  • Denise Richards Receives $55,000 Per Month For Child Support, Charlie Sheen Fights To Reduce Payments

    Actor Charlie Sheen wants to reduce his child support payments to ex-wife Denise Richards, according to court documents he filed just recently.

    Sheen says that he cannot afford to pay the $55,000 monthly child support as his income “drastically declined,” reported to TMZ. Richards is said to have been receiving that amount since 2009, but Sheen is no longer able to pay the same amount now.

    He claims that from $613,000, he is now earning roughly $87,384 per month, pays $105,000 for monthly bills, and spends $25,000 for medical fees reportedly not covered by insurance. However, the actor, who revealed he was HIV positive late last year, admitted that he sold his Two and a Half Men rights for $26,750,000.


    “We came up with a number a long time ago and I had a great job and everybody was living large and that’s not the case right now, but there’s still that expectation to still keep paying this kind of money,” Charlie Sheen said during an interview on the The Dr. Oz Show, where he talked about his child support payments to Denise Richards.

    Sheen had also asked for his child support to Brooke Mueller, his other ex-wife and mother to his six-year-old twins Max and Bob, to be reduced for the same reasons.

    Richards has two daughters with the actor: 11-year-old Sam and 1-year-old Lola. She is currently suing Sheen for forcing her and their daughters to leave their home. Richards also claims that the actor sent unpleasant text messages to their younger daughter.

    However, Sheen’s legal representative, Martin Singer, believes that Denise Richards is just “being greedy.”

    “I’ve been representing Charlie for more than 20 years,” Singer says. “Patty [Glaser, Denise’s lawyer] is just the latest in a long string of lawyers who Denise has hired to squeeze as much money as she can out of Charlie. This motion has nothing do with their children. Denise is simply being greedy.”

    According to court documents obtained by People magazine, Charlie Sheen pays Brooke Mueller $55,000 per month for in child support.

    Sheen feels he should pay less child support than he has been paying because his income has taken a big hit since the divorce and child support agreement was made. When Charlie Sheen starred on Two and a Half Men, he brought home $613,000 per month. These days he’s bringing in about $87,384 monthly, even in light of selling his rights to Two and a Half Men for more than $26 million.

    In addition to the significant decrease in income, Charlie Sheen also maintains he spends $25,000 per month in medication–he recently revealed he is HIV positive–not covered by his medical insurance. He spends another $105,000 per month in bills and fees, and is carrying about $600,000 in credit card debt.

    It was back in 2011 that the child support agreement between him and Brooke Mueller was reached. He will return to court on April 13 to see if that amount can now be reduced.

    Of course the Hollywood set seems to think kids need a lot of luxuries they could very well live without. Do you suppose that might be the case in this scenario?

    In February, Charlie Sheen told Dr. Oz, while he was a guest on his show, that he would like to reduce child support payments paid to Denise Richards, too. He and Richards are parents to daughters Sam, who is 11, and Lola, who is 10.

    Charlie Sheen has definitely been through a lot in the last decade, and people are still wondering about the reasons behind his questionable behavior.

    The 50-year-old actor made a guest appearance on Wednesday’s episode of The Dr. Oz Show where talked about getting fired from Two and a Half Men, his coke-fueled rampage, and his continued tailspin towards HIV.

    The star, who publicly admitted in November of last year that he was HIV-positive, recalled the tumultuous moments of his infamous meltdown and attributed some of it to his use of a topical hormone supplement.

    “It was a lot of highs and lows. I was taking a lot of testosterone cream, and I think I went too far with it. It was kind of like a borderline… not a ’roid rage, but a ’roid disengage.”

    Needless to say, people were quite confused about whether his bizarre antics were staged or a real psychological problem. He proceeded to go on a nationwide tour called “My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not An Option,” the tickets of which sold out in less than 20 minutes.

    Sheen also opened up about his relationships with former wives Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller. Dr. Oz asked him about allegations that he threatened to kill Richards and their daughter.

    Richards filed a $1.2 million lawsuit against Charlie Sheen for selling a house that he gave to their daughters as a gift. The actor denied the allegations and thought that the lawsuit was preposterous.

    “I’m basically being punished for giving her a house. It doesn’t make any sense,” he said. “My thought was, ‘She’s burning down the bank and then trying to rob it.’”

    But, the whole episode was centered around his 2011 meltdown, the subsequent years of bizarre behavior and the possibility that steroids, alcohol and drugs all played a role.

    Charlie Sheen: Denise Richards Disses Him in Court Documents, Says He Threatened Her and Their Children

    Charlie Sheen is part of a court battle again, as ex-wife Denise Richards claims–via legal documents–that he not only threatened her, but their children, too.

    E! News reports Richards has filed documents that say Charlie Sheen isn’t adhering to the terms of a trust he set up for their daughters. Denise Richards claims Sheen told her if she and the children moved into a home located next door to his, they wouldn’t be evicted.

    Richards agreed, taking into consideration Charlie Sheen’s HIV-positive diagnosis, as well as his claim he wanted “repair his relationship with his children.”

    Now she claims Charlie Sheen has become “hostile and aggressive” over the past few years, and even threatened to take away the children’s Christmas presents a couple of years back.

    “I’m giving all your gifts including the air hockey table to the homeless,” he allegedly said, after which he began threatening to evict them.

    This past September, Charlie Sheen allegedly moved Denise Richards and the children from their home, forcing Richards to rent a home for $15,000 per month. She is asking a judge to rule in her favor, and requests $1.2 million from Charlie Sheen so she can buy a new house.

    Denise Richards also claims Charlie Sheen has sent scathing text messages to her as well as to the children. One sent to daughter Lola Rose Sheen reportedly said, “Have a merry Xmas with your loser f–k s–t mom … your dad is a rock star genius … your mom is a puss wart.”

    “Denise is fighting for her children. This has nothing to do with her, the money is for her kids. This is about him providing for the children as he agreed to do,” a rep for Ricgards tells E! News.

    Charlie Sheen’s lawyer, Marty Singer, claims otherwise. He tells E! News, “It is disappointing that Denise Richards always tries to use the children to get more money for HER. This has nothing to do with the extra gift that Charlie gave to his girls by establishing a trust. She has another $7 million home that was paid for from the money Charlie gave her and she wants Charlie to pay another $35,000/month for a second home and pay a down payment of $1.2 million.”

    “$55,000/month tax free is not enough. This matter is simply money, money, money,” Singer adds.

    Denise Richards not only dissed Charlie Sheen, she also took to Twitter to diss Marty Singer.

    Is Charlie Sheen in hot water once again? Or is Denise Richards simply trying to get more money out of her ex-husband?

    Neither Sheen nor Richards has proven to be a particularly upstanding parent. As in many cases like this one, the kids are the ones who lose out.

    According to a report from RadarOnline, “she was so graceful, accessible to everyone,” as she cared for those less fortunate on Thanksgiving Day.

    “The people were thrilled and really impressed to see Denise volunteering with her daughters,” a source added of Denise Richards.

    Taking to social media to share an adorable photo of her daughters Sam and Lola, Denise Richards shared how proud she was of her girls for helping the homeless.

    “Proud of my girls for helping out others,” she captioned her Instagram post. “Serving homeless families & friends Thanksgiving dinner. Grateful we can help & give back.”

    Charlie Sheen, who recently announced he is HIV-positive, is trying to reduce the child support payments he gives Denise Richards for Sam and Lola. He presently pays Richards $55,000 per month for the girls, but has his lawyers working on a plan to reduce those payments to $10,000 per month.

    Sheen was recently exposed for “orchestrating a $10 million coverup” to keep his HIV-positive status quiet, using up a substantial amount of his wealth. Now that he made the announcement about his health situation, he is in the process of making some financial changes. It seems his daughters will pay the price.

    Denise Richards hasn’t publicly discussed the cut in child support. It’s uncertain if Charlie Sheen will get away with making such a drastic cut, or what Denise Richards will do to supplement the loss if he does.

    Kudos to Denise Richards for bringing her daughters to serve Thanksgiving dinner to homeless people. Too many children have no empathy for others, and that’s due in part to parents who shelter them.

    Denise Richards insists that Charlie Sheen hasn’t always been the man people see today. In fact, she claims he wasn’t a “bad boy” when she married him.

    During a conversation on the podcast Allegedly With Theo Von and Matthew Cole Weiss, Denise Richards says even though she has a history of dating “bad boys,” Sheen wasn’t one of them.

    “Charlie, when I married him, he wasn’t a bad boy. He was sober for almost four years. He was a very different person. His lifestyle was very, very different. He was a former bad boy, I guess,” she explained.

    “I have a lot of empathy for anyone that struggles with addiction,” she added. “I’m not going to judge the choices they made under the influence. I can only judge the person I’m meeting and I think sometimes past experiences make who you are so I just went off the person I had met and gotten to know and fell in love with. He was very different.”

    Denise Richards recalled her public shunning by Hollywood’s elite when she and Charlie Sheen split up. She attributes that to the popularity of Two and a Half Men at that time.

    “I was surprised how much that affected me work wise…I was perceived as being a lunatic and crazy,” she explained. “There are people that have [since] come up to me and apologized for drinking the Kool-aid…It was hard.”

    Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen do their best these days to get along, for the sake of daughters Sam, 11, and Lola, 10.

    “[It’s] up and down,” she said of their current relationship. “I’m always here [for him,] but he’s an addict. I believe we move past your s–t. Don’t sweat the small stuff. For better or worse, he’s going to be in my life for the rest of my life so I personally like to keep the peace.”

    Denise Richards has known about Charlie Sheen’s HIV-positive status for several years. He became infected after they had split up.

    Brooke Mueller has been in the spotlight for the last few days since news broke that her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, is HIV-positive.

    Sheen explained how he began his journey. He said, “It started with what I thought was a series of crushing headaches. I thought I had a brain tumor. I thought it was over.”

    He also admitted that while Brooke Mueller and his other ex-wife, Denise Richards, have been supportive, others in his inner circle have extorted around $10 million to keep his secret.

    He said, “What people forget is that that’s money they’re taking from my children.”

    He added, “I trusted them and they were deep in my inner circle, and I thought they could be helpful. My trust turned to their treason.”

    Apart from confirming his HIV-positive status on The Today Show, actor Charlie Sheen also revealed that his ex-wife Denise Richards had been privy to the whole situation for quite some time.

    A source close to Richards told the gossip show that Sheen had contracted the virus a few years after their divorce in 2006. Denise Richards went on to confirm that neither she nor their daughters – 11-year-old Sam and 10-year-old Lola – have the virus and that she hasn’t been “intimate” with her ex-husband since they separated.

    Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen met for the first time in 2000, and started dating a year later after a guest appearance on his hit sitcom, Spin City. They tied the knot in June 2002 after a six-month engagement, and divorced in 2006.

    Bree Olson was a guest on The Howard Stern Show on Tuesday shortly after Charlie Sheen divulged during an interview with Matt Lauer on The Today Show that he is HIV-positive. Sheen made a point of telling Lauer that he had told all of his sexual partners about his condition. Bree Olson says he never told her.

    “I watched, right before I came in here…the interviewer asked him: ‘Was this during the tiger blood thing, is this because of that?’ And he even admittedly said, he’s like: ‘Well, I don’t know if it’s necessarily because of that,’” she told Howard Stern. “So he just admitted right in that interview that is the tiger blood time–that’s when I was with him!     Howard Stern directly asked Bree Olson if Charlie Sheen told her he was HIV-positive.

    “Never said anything. Ever. ‘I’m clean,’ he told me. ‘I’m clean, I’m clean,’” she replied.

    So far two of Charlie Sheen’s ex-wives have confirmed that they aren’t HIV-positive. Second ex-wife Denise Richards says neither she nor the two daughters she and Sheen share are positive. Third ex-wife Brooke Mueller and the twin boys she shares with Sheen are negative, too. His first ex-wife has yet to confirm or deny anything with regard to an HIV status.

    Bree Olson–whose real name is Rachel Oberlin–was one of the two young women Charlie Sheen referred to as his “goddesses.” She tested negative for HIV on Tuesday.

    Heather Locklear took to Instagram this week to share an old photo of herself with Charlie Sheen, offering some words of support to him after news leaked that he is HIV positive.

    Sheen himself sat down with Matt Lauer on the Today show on Tuesday to talk about the diagnosis, which reportedly came about four years ago. Before that, however, news began to spread online–notably, from TMZ–that Sheen was going to share the personal news, and speculation began to grow about whether his former fiancee and ex-wife had contracted the disease.

    Sheen was married to actress Denise Richards until 2005, and the couple had two children together; while Richards has allegedly known for years about Sheen’s diagnosis, he apparently became infected after their divorce in 2005.

    While it’s unclear whether Charlie Sheen was intimate with women without telling them about his diagnosis, he was allegedly involved in a lawsuit with a woman who claims he did just that.

    Heather Locklear has had a longtime friendship with Sheen since their Spin City days, and her message on Instagram was short but sweet.

    Charlie Sheen has been pretty open in recent years about his struggles with drug and alcohol addiction and about the large amount of money he’s spent on prostitutes (over $50,000 in the early ’90s), but it’s unclear how he contracted the disease. Sheen has been in the headlines quite a bit in the last few years after being fired from Two And A Half Men, filming rants about various topics–including his ex, Richards–and announced he was considering a run for public office.

    Denise Richards, Charlie Sheen’s second ex-wife and mother of his daughters Sam and Lola, has long known Sheen is HIV-positive. A source confirmed this to People magazine shortly after the topic of tomorrow’s announcement on the Today Show made news.

    “She’s known Charlie was HIV-positive for a number of years,” the source says.

    “He was infected after they divorced, and they haven’t been intimate since,” the source adds. “Neither she nor their daughters [Sam, 11, and Lola, 9] are HIV-positive.”

    It was earlier on Monday when rumors ran rampant about Charlie Sheen’s upcoming announcement. After a few hours, several outlets confirmed he is HIV-positive and that likely will be announced tomorrow.

    Denise Richards divorced Charlie Sheen back in 2005. The two were married for about three years. Their divorce was deemed final in 2006.

    Howard Bragman is a Hollywood publicist and crisis manager. He has never dealt directly with either Charlie Sheen or Denise Richards. He claims “the interview could open up a lot of sympathy for him, but he has to be concerned about a fear of litigation from former sexual partners. You don’t take that lightly.”

    Bergman has been told by people close to Sheen that he “is getting treatment, and a lot of people in his life know about it.”

    “It’s been going on for quite awhile. He’s not necessarily comfortable talking about it. It was very hard to get up the courage for him to talk about it,” he adds.

    Denise Richards is in a rather tenuous situation with this announcement on the horizon. Daughters Sam and Lola are 11 and nine, respectively–smart enough to understand what HIV is, and the implications that go with it.

    While it’s uncertain whether Charlie Sheen contracted HIV during unprotected sex or IV drug use, Denise Richards will likely be having a very serious conversation with her daughters. Hopefully Charlie Sheen will be a part of that, too–if the two are even speaking. He recently dissed Denise Richards via Twitter, so the two may not be on the best of terms.

According to a source at Access Hollywood, Richards has known Sheen was diagnosed with the disease, but that he contracted it after their divorce in 2005. She and their two children are reportedly free of the illness.

    Charlie Sheen has had a tumultuous few years, starting with his well-publicized rant about whether or not he was bi-polar and merging into his career, when he was fired from Two And A Half Men. Warner Brothers representatives reportedly sent Sheen’s lawyer a letter saying he needed to seek help and that he was self-destructive.

    “Focus your energies on what no one so far has been able to do: get your client the sustained, rigorous and effective treatment he so urgently needs. It is clear that Sheen has no intention of agreeing to the intensive evaluation and treatment that his condition requires. It is also clear he does not believe he has a problem and that he will continue to conduct himself in a destructive manner,” the letter reads.

    Charlie Sheen released a statement last year regarding his breakup with fiancee Brett Rossi, whom he called “Scotty”. The couple decided to go their separate ways after several months together; she has not commented on the rumors that he is HIV positive.

    “Scotty and I had a great year together as we traveled the world and crossed a lot of things off our bucket list. She’s a terrific gal, but we’ve mutually decided to go our separate ways and to not spend the rest of our lives together.     Charlie Sheen has been the subject of much speculation throughout most of the day, with several media outlets reporting he might announce on tomorrow’s Today Show that he is HIV-positive. E! News has since confirmed this is true.

    The sources that confirmed this information also confirm that Charlie Sheen’s ex, Denise Richards, and the children they share are all HIV-negative. There is thus far no such confirmation on Charlie Sheen’s other two ex-wives, Donna Peele (1995-96) or Brooke Mueller (2008-11). Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards were married from 2002-06.

    Sheen is scheduled to give a live, on-air interview to Today’s Matt Lauer on NBC in Studio 1A tomorrow. A press release issued earlier today says Charlie Sheen “will make a revealing personal announcement.”

    Charlie Sheen was fired from his role on Two and a Half Men in 2011. In recent months no one has seen Sheen in photos or on TV, adding much speculation to this upcoming announcement. Is it possible Charlie Sheen might have full blown AIDS? His physical absence hasn’t prevented him from doing something he is incredibly good at–trashing one of his ex-wives via social media. Most recently his victim of choice was Denise Richards and his forum of choice was Twitter.

    It will be interesting to learn exactly what Charlie Sheen has to say to Matt Lauer on Tuesday’s Today Show. Hopefully, despite the disturbing health revelation, Sheen is on track with a proactive treatment plan.

    Does this upcoming revelation from Charlie Sheen come as a shock, or is this something you might have expected all along? After all, Sheen is known for his sexual dalliances with a bevy of women, as well as for drug use.

    Sheen slammed ex-wife Denise Richards in a Twitter rant that has since been deleted, but began with a tweet that read, “Brooke M is a sexy star whom I adore; D Richards a heretic washed-up piglet Shame pile. Happy Father’s Day.”

    After that Denise Richards became the subject of an “open letter to the media” that Sheen posted calling her, among other things, “a shake down piece of s— doosh phace & worse mom alive” and “A despicable charlatan who sux ISIs a–.”

    In true Charlie Sheen style his insults, while creative, were barely coherent.

    Denise Richards took the high road in a tweet that seemed to address his rampage, and has also since been deleted. It read, “@charliesheen have a great trip in Mexico. Kids were disappointed u weren’t here for it- Hey we’ll celebrate when u r back!”

    Charlie Sheen’s press agent then released a statement defending Sheen’s rage at Denise Richards, saying, “Charlie was upset and chose to express his displeasure through his Twitter rant.”

    Ballard explained that Sheen was angry that Denise Richards decided not to bring their two daughters Sam, 11, and Lola, 10, to spend Father’s Day in Mexico where Sheen was.

    Then, Denise Richards tweeted this accusation:

    Now, a source close to Denise Richards has revealed to People, “Charlie hasn’t seen his daughters in about two months. And he had no plans to be in town for Father’s Day. There was no invite for Denise or the kids for them to join him in Mexico.”

    The source continued, “Denise is doing her best to take the high road. Her number one concern is her children. She knows that they are at the age where they could become aware of anything being said or written about them or their family, and she’s trying to protect them.”

    Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen had a bit of a social media feud over the weekend.

    The feud seemed to begin when Charlie Sheen went on a Twitter rant, which has since been deleted, and then issued an “open letter” to media, which has also been deleted.

    The pretty much incoherent and rambling letter had a few confusing gems about Denise Richards, like, “Denise Richards is a shake down piece of s— doosh phace & worse mom alive! A despicable charlatan who sux ISIs a–.”

    The entire letter about Denise Richards was pretty much on the same level.

    However, according to Charlie Sheen’s press agent, Jeff Ballard, the rant wasn’t spontaneous. It began when Denise Richards couldn’t meet Charlie Sheen in Mexico for Father’s Day.

    Ballard explained, “Charlie was upset and chose to express his displeasure through his Twitter rant.”

    He added that Sheen believed Denise Richards was saying that “Charlie didn’t know it was Father’s Day until last Sunday” and at that point it was too late for her to make plans for her and their two girls, Sam, 11, and Lola, 10, to meet him.

    He continued, “That trip had been planned for almost three weeks. Charlie invited Denise and their two girls, but for whatever reason Denise chose not to go. For her to claim he only realized it was Father’s Day on Sunday just isn’t true. This trip had been planned for weeks.”

    Denise Richards was slammed via social media harder than any celebrity has been slammed in a long time. Her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, let loose with a rant about his second ex-wife, in a vulgar exhibition on Twitter.

    Among the things former Two and A Half Men star called Denise Richards a ‘shake down piece of sh*t,’ ‘a doosh phace,’ and an ‘evil terrorist sack of landfill rash.’

    He went on, calling Richards the ‘worst mom alive,’ and he even insulted her talent as an actress.

    “bitch couldn’t act hot in a fire or wet in a pool,” he Tweeted. “you should all hear her acting lessons: sounds like dolphins sucking off Coyotes!!! this gangster Sheenius will be Winning! Duh!! really grandma? I’m the ARCHITECT OF THE TERM YOU LEAKY AND MALARIA RIDDLE PUDDLE OF S–T STINK DECAY!! and now I’m out.”

    Brooke Mueller, former wife of Charlie Sheen, seemingly got the best of a nasty exchange on Twitter over Father’s Day weekend after Sheen posted a rant aimed at another of his ex-wives, Denise Richards.

    Sheen reportedly took to the micro-blogging site to slam Richards, both in short tweets and in an open letter in which he calls her various names and says she calls him a “deadbeat dad” even though he’s given her millions of dollars in support (they share two daughters). However, he gave a glowing review of Mueller, calling her a “rock star”.

    “Brooke M is a sexy rok star whom I adore D Richards a heretic washed up piglet Shame pile Happy Father’s Day!!!” Sheen allegedly wrote.

    The tweets appear to have been deleted, but the open letter remains online and can be found here. In it, Sheen slams Richards’ acting abilities and says he’ll see her in court.

    Denise Richards then posted a response on Twitter, saying simply, “Happy Dad’s Day! @charliesheen have a great trip in Mexico! Kids were disappointed u weren’t here for it- Hey we’ll celebrate when u r back!”

    Sheen has become well known for his rants over the years and has reportedly had beef with quite a few people, leading to backlash that included his leaving Two And A Half Men and a rift between him and co-star Jon Cryer. Cryer told Seth Meyers that he didn’t feel conflicted about including the story in his memoir, because it was such a huge story at the time and fans were eager to hear his side of the story.

    Brooke Mueller has not responded to Sheen’s rant, but hasn’t been immune to her own set of troubles; last year she regained custody of her children after a drug overdose sent her to a psychiatric hospital.

    “The judge in child dependency court signed off on the move. Brooke was extremely emotional and grateful that the ordeal has finally come to a conclusion. There will be no more random drug tests required or required parenting classes,” a source said.

    The tweets about Denise Richards have been deleted now, but according to ET online the rant began with a tweet that read, “Brooke M is a sexy rok star whom I adore D Richards a heretic washed up piglet Shame pile Happy Father’s Day!!!”

    Of course, that spelling is Sheen’s as are the nonsensical yet creative word pictures he paints.

    Brooke M seemingly refers to another of Charlie Sheen’s ex-wives, Brook Mueller, whom he divorced in 2011 and is the mother of his twin sons, Bob and Max.

    Denise Richards was continually mentioned in some more tweets, and was also the subject of an open letter to the media that Sheen posted.

    That letter is just as nonsensical as his tweets and absolutely NSFW, but I will say it contains gems such as, “I have paid that Klay-Vinnik leaky diaper over 30 Mil and she calls me a DbD!” and “you should all hear her acting lessons: sounds like dolphins sucking off Coyotes!!! this gangster Sheenius will be Winning! Duh!!”

    Denise Richards responded to Charlie Sheen’s rant with a tweet:

    When a follower asked Denise Richards if Sheen was in Mexico for work, she simply replied, “Nope.”

    Perhaps he is in Mexico detoxing from whatever he has stewed himself in this time around.

  • Charlie Sheen, Denise Richards To Battle Over Housing and Child Support Payments

    Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards are definitely not seeing eye-to-eye these days. As a matter of fact, it appears their estranged relationship will probably get much worse before it gets any better.

    According to Yahoo! News, the former Two and a Half Men star wants his ex-wife, their two children, and her 2-year-old daughter to find somewhere else to live. The publication reports that the Twisted actress is currently residing at a home that Sheen owns.

    “He has claimed to have a buyer for the home lined up. Charlie wants Denise and the girls out – right away. Put simply, he doesn’t seem to care where Denise moves to.”

    NZ City reports that Sheen’s fiancé porn star Brett Rossi has been a contributing factor to Sheen’s decision to oust his ex-wife from the house.

    A source close to Sheen claims that Rossi has persuaded him to push Richards and his children to vacate the home. Rossi reportedly feels Richards doesn’t deserve to live in the home since she has allegedly stopped Sheen from seeing the children over the past several months.

    “Brett convinced Charlie to sell the mansion, arguing that Denise has cut off access to their daughters, why should he allow her to live in the house for free?,” the source explained. “Charlie hasn’t spent any significant time with the girls in several months and thinks it’s ridiculous that he continue to pay Denise $55,000.”

    TMZ reported back in January that Sheen only paid a little more than half of the $55,000 monthly child support payment. However, he hasn’t made any more payments this year.

    It has also been reported that Sheen wants his child support payment reduced for their two daughters, Sam, 10, and Lola, 8. A source close to the Anger Management actor spoke exclusively with Radar Online with details about Sheen’s decision. The source claims that the actor’s lawyers have “formally notified Denise and her lawyers that they will be headed to private mediation next week to try and get the child support reduced.”

    However, things may not go according to Sheen’s plan. His actions could actually put him in a predicament far worse than the on he’s already in with Richards. “Charlie could be taking a huge gamble by taking Denise to the mediator. There is a chance that the judge could actually increase the child support to Denise because of his lucrative ‘Anger Management’ deal with FX. This could be a can of worms Charlie might wish he never opened,” said the source.

    If should be interesting to see how the battle ends between Sheen and Richards.
