  • Adolf Hitler Was A Junkie, Used Painkillers 24 Times A Day According To New Documentary

Hard evidences have been uncovered pointing to Adolf Hitler’s dependence and addiction to drugs.

According to a new TV documentary Hitler the Junkie which premiered on Foxtel on Wednesday, the villainous leader had regularly consumed a cocktail of different drugs including tranquilizers, morphine and crystal meth.

During his reign as the Third Reich, Hitler’s followers who worshiped him like a god believed him to possess superhuman strength. However, recent reports exposed that Hitler was a nervous wreck who required a constant dose of morphine.

The documentary dissects Hitler’s declassified documents to examine if use of drugs had caused Hitler’s neurotic leadership. Records and letters obtained from Hitler’s personal physician, Dr. Theodore Morell, played a vital role in proving that the dictator was indeed a drug addict.

Hitler was reportedly addicted to Eukodal, a morphine-based painkiller which he used 24 times a day. The documentary also uncovered Hitler’s excessive use of Pervitin, an early form of crystal meth.

Dr. Morell started treating Hitler of his ailments in 1936. His assignment had been quite peculiar given that the physician did not seem committed to the Nazi cause.

According to Professor Sir Richard Evans of Cambridge University, Dr, Morell “showed no genuine interest in politics and was not a suitable person to be in the entourage of Hitler because he was simply not ideological.”

“Eva Braun, Hitler’s partner, complained to Hitler about Morell’s body odor and Hitler said, ‘I don’t employ Dr. Morell for his fragrance, I employ him to treat me medically.’”

Hitler received a collection of over 70 addictive narcotics, homemade drugs and uncanny alternative medication from Morell throughout the Second World War. Morell even used leeches to treat the leader of stress. When the leeches fail, Morell started giving Hitler shots of animal tranquilizers to put him to sleep.

In a journal entry, Morell wrote, “20th of August 1941: Hitler was jittery, his hands were shaking and he was dazed. I gave him dessert spoon of Brom-Nervacit and after that he slept fine.”

The documentary will replay on Tuesday 7 April 2015 at 1:00PM on National Geographic Channel.

  • Adolf Hitler: Dossier Reveals New Details on Dictator’s Secret Addiction to Crystal Meth

Adolf Hitler — the German dictator, who instigated World War II — allegedly had a secret addiction to crystal meth.

According to the Daily Mail, U.S. military intelligence has compiled a 47-page wartime dossier containing information that suggests Hitler was a hypochondriac and took 74 different kinds of medication and pills, including methamphetamine.

Intelligence suggests Hitler took crystal meth before a meeting with Mussolini in 1943, and he had nine injections of Vitamultin, a drug which contained methamphetamine, during the final days in his bunker.

According to the report, Hitler also was given intravenous injections of methamphetamine from 1942 until his death in 1945 by his personal physician Theodor Morell, known by Nazis as the “Reichsmaster of injections.”

In an interview for the National Geographic Channel’s Nazi Underworld, psychiatrist Professor Nassir Ghaemi said, “It’s not whether Hitler was an amphetamine addict or not – it’s that Hitler had bipolar disorder and amphetamines made it worse.

“That is the issue. That has never been described before and that would explain a lot why Hitler changed in the late 1930s and the 1940s.”

  • Waitress in Oregon Receives Methamphetamine for Tip

Most people have probably heard the saying, “If you can’t afford to leave a tip, then you can’t afford to go out to eat.” Apparently a couple in Oregon takes this saying to heart because even though they didn’t leave their waitress a cash tip, they did leave something behind–just not something any law-abiding citizen would want. When the waitress found an envelope left after a couple paid for their drinks, she looked inside and found methamphetamine.

The waitress, whose name hasn’t been released, discovered the meth on Friday morning. The waitress says that after a couple paid their bill at Twisted Fish in Seaside, Oregon, they left an envelope. When she looked inside, she saw what she suspected to be meth and called the police. The police officer on the scene confirmed that the substance in the envelope was indeed crystal meth.

Police arrested two people in the meth tip case–Ryan Bensen and Erica Manley. After police searched Bensen and Manley, they ended up finding more meth on Manley. According to reports, Manley was arrested for possession of meth, manufacture and delivery of meth. Bensen was originally arrested for possession of methamphetamine and manufacture of methamphetamine, but reports say police later released Bensen without filing charges against him.

Check out the mugshots for Bensen and Manley below.

Police aren’t sure whether the meth was really left behind as a tip or if it was a mistake. “I don’t think it is clear whether it’s a tip or not,” Marquis said. “They left it behind, whether it was an accident or joke or serious. We’ll probably find out in grand jury next week.”

As strange as the meth tip case is, this isn’t even the most bizarre crime story that has been reported on this week. A man in McLoud, Oklahoma is being accused of killing his stepfather by giving him an atomic wedgie.

    S. Korea Paper: North Has Meth, Hooker Problem

So if you thought the fake phone factory was bad enough, let alone the appeal to defectors, you may have to do a double-take. A journal entitled North Korea Review published a report that claimed rampant prostitution, human trafficking and drug abuse are happening throughout North Korea. The regime blames these conditions entirely on the influence of capitalism, if you can believe it.

The Wall Street Journal refers to a study published in the review called “A New Face of North Korean Drug Use: Upsurge in Methamphetamine Abuse Across the Northern Areas of North Korea” that describes similar conditions as the U.S. finds itself experiencing regarding the methamphetamine scourge.

North Korea released no confirmed numbers regarding the quantity of drug use going on, but the WSJ notes that this would not be the first time the cash-strapped regime had been busted with narcotics. For at least the last 20 years of Kim Jong-il’s regime, opium fields were common, but those were quickly replaced by meth labs.

The study’s co-author, Kim Seok-hyang, has said that a vast quantity of people in North Korea have “experienced using ice [crystal meth] and not just once… I estimate that at least 40% to 50% are seriously addicted to the drug.” Indeed, some refugees who fled North Korea have claimed that the substance is completely nonaddictive.A former Unification Ministry official and lecturer at Ewha Womans University, Prof. Kim, explains why they say they can’t be addicted: all they need to do to quit is “is sleep all day long, for three or four days.”

A second study published in the same journal also claimed that North Korean defectors are embracing a kind of self-medication involving self-diagnosis without the help of experts and abuse of prescription medications such as sleeping pills.

With regard to the prostitution, The ChosunIlbo reported one source as saying that North Korean prostitutes of the past only hung out at military bases, but now women are turning to the street in record numbers. Even college-aged North Korean youth are turning tricks.

The girls are spending their money in a variety of ways, from putting groceries on the table to buying smartphones and paying for expensive weddings, and North Korean officials aren’t afraid to frequent the streetwalkers. Open-air markets near the North Korean border in China are finding that condoms are their bestselling items, and a defector who used to be an official with the North Korean Worker’s Party spoke of the results following a physical exam for drafted 16 year-old girls that claimed 60 percent of the girls were ‘sexually experienced.’
