  • Chrissy Teigen Dresses Up As Guy Fieri For Halloween, Rides Bus, Kicks Doors

TV host, personality, and model Chrissy Teigen dressed up as celebrity chef Guy Fieri for the Halloween episode of her talk show, the FABlife.

The Sports Illustrated model shared her experience on Instagram to show everyone her costume this year.

According to a report, the 29-year-old model did not only flaunt the self-made costume in the studio, but even rode the bus wearing it. Teigen reportedly “wandered around shouting nonsense” about Flavortown.

The soon-to-be mother even kicked doors just to make her portrayal of Fieri more realistic. The talk show host wore a wig, multi-colored facial hair, and polo with fire streaks on it. Teigen and her Guy Fieri costume will be seen on FABlife’s special Halloween episode on Friday.

However, in Sports Illustrated-related news, the model said that she is actually not a huge fan of the annual spooky event, and that she thinks it is a bit overrated.

Still, Teigen has been a favorite in Hollywood when it comes to elaborate costumes.

When asked what her best Halloween costume was, she recalled a costume that she forced her husband, John Legend, to wear.

“The best costume I ever wore was actually something I forced John to wear,” the TV star explained. “I made him a cowboy and I was an Indian, so we were “cowboys and Indians.” It was, to me, very cute, but now thinking back I’d never do it again. Bad idea, Chrissy, bad idea!”

Just recently, the sweet and cute couple broke the news that they would be having their first baby after years of struggling to conceive.

In the report, Chrissy Teigen revealed that Legend, 36, is already working on a new song that he wrote for her and their baby. She believes it would be her hubby’s next big hit.

“With Frightgeist,we went on a hunt to find the most popular costumes. Pulling from the top 500 costume searches in the United States, Frightgeist uses Google Trends to tell you what’s trending at a costume party near you and help you find a costume that’s sure to turn heads – if they have them. • Ellen DeGeneres’ Halloween Costume Revealed

Ellen DeGeneres dressed up as Amal Alamuddin for Halloween this year.

During her talk show The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Ellen revealed her unique costume to her viewers, surprising them by dressing as George Clooney’s new bride. The couple married on September 27 in Italy in front of their closest family members and friends.

DeGeneres wore a replica of Alamuddin’s Oscar de la Renta wedding gown and a brown wig to finish off the look. Of course, her costume was complete with her groom in tow. “You can probably tell who I am. I’m Amal, the luckiest woman in the world, Mrs. George Clooney. Say hi, George,” the comedian joked.

“I like Halloween because it’s the one time you can dress up however you want and pretend you’re someone that you’d never be in real life. For me, that’s married to a man,” DeGeneres jokingly explained.

“You know, I went all out for you people, because I didn’t even wear a wedding dress to my own wedding,” she continued. “This might be my sexiest costume yet, because what’s sexier than a woman with a brain?”

Last Halloween, DeGeneres dressed as Nicki Minaj, and as Sofia Vergara in 2012.

Woman Fired for Boston Marathon Costume [IMAGE]

Yes, Halloween has been over for four days. No, there isn’t any shortage of awful costumes that are making headlines. This costume might not be quite as offensive as the Trayvon Martin costume that outraged many people, but it’s close. Really close. A Michigan woman, Alicia Ann Lynch, came under fire after posting a photo of her tasteless costume on Twitter–she went as a Boston Marathon bombing victim.

Not only did the 22-year-old woman think that dressing as a Boston Marathon victim was a good idea, she wore the costume to work. According to BuzzFeed, Lynch has since lost her job. Check out the costume Lynch posted to her Twitter account below. The account, @SomeSkankinMI (yes, that’s her real handle) has since been suspended, but once it’s on the Internet, forever it stays, right?

    (image)

The smiling young woman is dressed as a marathon runner, complete with open wounds and blood trickling down her legs. Lynch received a flurry of Twitter posts condemning her costume, as should be expected. Post your thoughts below.

Things went downhill for Lynch after one enterprising Twitter poster discovered that the young woman had posted a copy of her driver’s license on her profile, complete with her home address. After that, someone else found some nude photos and videos containing Lynch on Tumblr, which they quickly circulated.

NY Daily News managed to get a screen capture of some posts made from Lynch’s account regarding the costume before her account was suspended:

    (image)

Once Lynch’s private information was made public, she says that she has received death threats for her costume choice. “I’ve had voicemails where they want to slit my throat and they want to hang me and tear off my face,” Lynch said. “I’m just like, I don’t even know how to respond to this right now.”

Lynch’s parents are also receiving threats. Lynch said that someone told her parents “they’re going to blow up her house and hang her child.” Lynch feels really bad for her parents because they had nothing to do with her Boston Marathon bombing victim costume. “My family didn’t know what I was doing. I don’t live with them. And they’re all getting dragged into this for something I did.”

While the young woman did apologize, she still doesn’t think what she did was that bad. “Honestly, it’s the Day of the Dead,” she says. “I wasn’t a dead person, I wasn’t being disrespectful. I was a survivor of a marathon. And it’s not like I was walking around with a fake leg or my arm torn off or something like that.”

  • The Honey Boo Boo Family Goes as the Kardashians for Halloween [IMAGE]

Reality TV show lovers will be thrilled to see the costumes the family from TLC’s Here Comes Honey Boo Boo sported for Halloween. The Honey Boo Boo clan dressed up as another reality TV show family for Halloween–the Kardashians.

“We decided to dress up like the Kardashians because everyone seems to compare our family to them,” Mama June told People magazine. “Now we’re just the redneck version.” One thing is for sure–despite all of the negative feedback Mama June and her family have gotten since first appearing on TLC’s Toddlers & Tiaras in early 2012, they certainly haven’t lost their sense of humor.

See how the self-professed redneck family from Georgia pulled off their Kardashian family costumes below.

    (image)

Just in case you aren’t quite sure who’s who here, Mama June went as Kim Kardashian; Alana/Honey Boo Boo went as Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner; Sugar Bear went as former Olympian Bruce Jenner; Honey Boo Boo’s sisters Anna and Jessica went as Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian; sister Lauryn went as Kourtney’s boyfriend, Scott Disick.

If you don’t watch much reality TV and don’t have a clue who those people are, here’s a picture of the real Kardashian family so you can do a comparison:

    (image)

Of all of the Kardashian costumes, Honey Boo Boo took the cake as Kris Jenner. We’re not sure why the 8-year-old went as a 57-year-old woman, but she certainly looked cute in her costume.

    (image)

And in case you wanted to see some closeup shots, TLC has provided one each of Mama June and Honey Boo Boo via their Twitter page:

The members of the Honey Boo Boo family weren’t the only ones to decide on celebrity Halloween costumes this year. Ellen DeGeneres dressed as Nicki Minaj, plus Hugh Hefner and his wife went as Robin Thicke and Miley Cyrus.

If you didn’t get any Halloween frights in last night, check out how Mama June makes “sketti” below. The recipe is probably scarier than anything you saw on Halloween. New episodes of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo will air on TLC in January 2014.

  • Nicki Minaj Costume: Ellen Wins Halloween

Nicki Minaj Costume: Ellen Wins Halloween

Holy cleavage, Batman! Ellen DeGeneres got all dressed up for Halloween this year as none other than Nicki Minaj. Minaj did an interview with Ellen last month and showed off her spoof exercise video, “Nicki Minaj’s Extreme Home Twerk Out.” The outfit Minaj wore in the video inspired Ellen’s costume.

    (image)

“Let me start by saying my eyes are up here,” DeGeneres joked. “This year I decided to go as something really scary–half naked. Of course, I’m Nicki Minaj,” she said. “Nicki was on the show a few weeks ago and her shirt was not. She took our show from PG to double D.”

“I got the whole look down,” Ellen continued. “I even have the same shoes on. I think I do–I can’t see my feet–but I think I do. I normally don’t wear things this sexy, but when you dress as Nicki Minaj you have to. So here are my boom booms and my super bass. And in case you’re wondering these are real.”

Ellen finished all that up with some twerking of her own and certainly gave Miley Cyrus a run for her money. See Ellen and her new figure below.

In case you were wondering, Minaj didn’t miss seeing Ellen’s costume, which she praised on Twitter earlier today:

If you missed Nicki Minaj’s appearance on Ellen last month, check out her “Twerk Out” video to see where Ellen got her costume inspiration.

What is the best celebrity costume you’ve seen for Halloween? Respond below.

Ellen isn’t the only celebrity who decided to dress up as Nicki Minaj for Halloween. Check out Miley Cyrus’s Nicki Minaj costume below. Miley has inspired quite a few celebrity costumes herself, including Hugh Hefner and his wife Crystal and Paris Hilton.

  • Hugh Hefner Gets in on Halloween Fun [IMAGE]

Let’s face it–after Miley Cyrus and Robin Thicke’s performance at the MTV VMAs in August, we all knew that it would spawn couples costumes come Halloween. And it has–everyone wants the cool topical Halloween costume. What we didn’t expect was to see, however, was a man in his 80s and his significantly younger wife dress up as Robin and Miley, but that’s exactly what Playboy owner Hugh Hefner and his wife did.

Hugh Hefner throws a Halloween party every year at Playboy Mansion and this year was no different–Hefner held his star-studded shindig on Sunday night. Not only did Hefner and his wife Crystal go as Robin Thicke and Miley Cyrus, the 87-year-old tweeted photos of the costumes, which has to be the only thing better than the costume itself.

Check out the tweets below to see what will undoubtedly be the best portrayal of Miley Cyrus and Robin Thicke this Halloween:

It looks like Hugh Hefner’s Robin Thicke costume was more of a silky pair of prison pajamas than a referee’s uniform, but it’s the effort that counts, right? Take a look at the party video Crystal Hefner posted to her Instagram account:

What grade would you give Hugh and Crystal Hefner’s Miley Cyrus/Robin Thicke inspired costumes? Respond below.

Neither Robin or Miley have commented on the Hefners’ costumes, but Miley did make a vague tweet earlier today about not worrying about stupid stuff. Maybe it was in regards to the Halloween costume, or it could have been related to some of the constant criticism she gets.

If you liked this celebrity Halloween costume, check out some other celebrity costumes below.

  • Another Controversial Halloween Costume: A Mom and Daughter Go As White Trash

With Halloween rapidly approaching, everyone is looking for that clever costume that stands out from the crowd, and sometimes that is hard to find without being at least slightly offensive. A mother and daughter in Roseville, Michigan learned this the hard way after they went as white trash to an elementary school trick-or-treat function.

The two made their white trash costumes by painting their faces white, giving themselves black eyes and by wearing white trash bags that had “White Trash” written on them with a marker. Check out another photo of the costumes below.

    (image)

The names of the white trash pair haven’t been released, but the Huron Park Elementary principal did confirm that the two were mother and daughter. The principal confronted the mother about the costume, but said that she couldn’t force the parents to follow the same rules as students at school events.

A FOX station in Detroit interviewed some of the parents that were at the Halloween function:

Some of the parents at the trunk-or-treat event were offended by the costume choice. “I was a little appalled. To me, how can you dress yourself and your child in a white trash outfit?” commented Roseville parent Nicole Ekmeian.

Another parent said that the costume was racist and offensive because of what Roseville is known for. “Roseville is known for “white trash” and you just don’t do that at a kids function,” said mom Megan Manchenko. “You can’t have weapons; you can’t have blood; you can’t have gory stuff, but racial slurs? Go right ahead!” Manchenko said.

One man that attended the Halloween function says that there are far more things to worry about than a Halloween costume. “I don’t get offended easily,’ Eric Frasier said. “There’s more important things in this world right now–people are out of jobs, people are homeless and not eating. Lighten up.”

Quite a few posters on Twitter agree with Frasier and say that the costumes aren’t really offensive. Add your opinion below.

This is just another offensive Halloween costume that has surfaced over the past few days. Two Florida men decided to go to a Halloween party on Friday as Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman. Not only did the man who went as Martin use blackface as part of his costume, he also wore a hoodie that was stained with blood. Actress Julianne Hough also donned blackface as part of her Orange is the New Black costume, which she apologized for via Twitter.

  • Hugh Hefner’s Robin Thicke Costume Goes Viral

Everyone loves a good Halloween costume. And there’s no reason why everyone can’t get in on a holiday usually enjoyed mostly by kids.

Hugh Hefner has proved time and time again that age doesn’t define a man. The 87-year-old Playboy Magazine Tycoon and his lovely wife Crystal Harris dressed as Robin Thicke and Miley Cyrus at Hef’s annual Playboy mansion Halloween party this past Saturday.

Hef sported Thicke’s pinstriped blazer jacket and aviator style sunglasses. While, Harris put her hair up in Cyrus’ token Princess Leai-like buns and of course brought out the now legendary iconic foam finger.

Here’s yet another look at the Twerktastic, infamous performance from August’s MTV Video Music Awards:

And a pic of the couple recreating the moment:

    (image)

Hefner and Harris’ costumes have become so delightful to people that they have even gone viral. There are only a few days left before Halloween. Could the Playboy Mansion Couple top the list for the best costumes of the year?

Hefner and Harris both expressed their delight on their personal Twitter Accounts:

  • Trayvon Martin Costume Sparks Outrage [IMAGE]

Many Facebook and Twitter users were outraged after seeing a photo of a man dressed up as Trayvon Martin for Halloween. Not only did the man wear blackface, his costume depicted Trayvon after he was killed.

The photo, which has been called racially insensitive among other things, was taken at a party. The Halloween costume comes just months after neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman was found not guilty in the 2012 shooting death of the unarmed 17-year-old.

The picture, which was first posted to Facebook on Friday and later removed from public access only to show up on Twitter on Sunday, shows a female posing with the two men who decided to go as Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman for Halloween:

According to The Smoking Gun, the men in the offending costumes are from Cape Coral, Florida. One of the Florida men portrayed Zimmerman by wearing a “Neighborhood Watch” t-shirt and the other portrayed Martin by painting his face black and wearing a hoodie that had a bullet hole and bloodstains.

The woman who originally posted the photo on Facebook, Kt Cimeno, posted the following caption: “Happy Halloween from Zimmerman & trayvon :).” Many of Cimeno’s friends were quick to point out that the photo wasn’t funny.

    (image)

The photo was later posted to Twitter by user @jamievandekamp. The photo has been retweeted more than 200 times and has received dozens of comments, most of which condemn the Trayvon Martin costume. Even NFL player Chad Johnson responded to the photo.

The news of the Trayvon Martin costume comes on the heels of actress Julianne Hough’s apology for wearing blackface as part of her Halloween costume. Hough went as a character from Orange is the New Black. She darkened her face and neck to portray the African American character Crazy Eyes.

  • Julianne Hough Apologizes for Blackface

    Julianne Hough Apologizes for Blackface

Netflix’s Orange is the New Black is the streaming service’s most successful original series ever, so it should come as no surprise that it is a popular costume choice for Halloween this year. Safe Haven star Julianne Hough teamed up with a few friends to do an OITNB costume theme, but found herself facing backlash after she donned blackface as part of her costume.

Hough decided to go as the character Crazy Eyes, who is played by Uzo Aduba on the show. Check out the group shot of Hough and her friends as the Orange is the New Black characters below.

    (image)

As you can see, Hough darkened her face and neck, plus darkened her hair and knotted it up to look like Crazy Eyes. Once pictures of Hough in blackface hit Instagram and Twitter, people began attacking the actress for what many considered to be a racially insensitive costume.

What do you think? Is the outrage over Hough’s costume choice much ado about nothing or is it justified? Respond below.

After Julianne Hough received quite a bit of criticism, she posted an apology on Twitter yesterday.

The rest of Hough’s apology was posted to TwitLonger, which read “It certainly was never my intention to be disrespectful or demeaning to anyone in any way. I realize my costume hurt and offended people and I truly apologize.”

Check out a close up of Julianne Hough in blackface:

    (image)

And here is a picture of Uzo Aduba in character as Crazy Eyes:

One thing is for sure–anyone who was thinking about using blackface to pull off an Orange is the New Black Costume–or any other Halloween costume, for that matter–will think twice now.

  • Stick Figure Costume for Toddler Goes Viral [VIDEO]

Still looking for great Halloween costume ideas? You may not be able to pull this one off as adorably as 22-month-old Zoey Hutain, but you will turn some heads at the party if you go with this. One dad in California wasn’t satisfied with putting his toddler in a run-of-the-mill Halloween costume this year, such as a pumpkin or cute animal. Instead, Royce Hutain got creative and made a stick figure costume using LED lights for his daughter Zoey.

Hutain took a video of his daughter in the stick figure costume on the beach and uploaded it to YouTube earlier this week. The video has racked up more than 11 million views so far. Check it out:

One thing is for sure–Zoey and her dad are going to rack up on some candy this Halloween!

Before you ask–no, Hutain isn’t in this for the money, even though some people have asked him to make them similar costumes. “I don’t have the time to try to make money off these things, but it’d be great to be able to show other people how to make them. I’d love to see other videos of other people doing it,” said Hutain.

Hutain has another stick figure costume video on his YouTube account. This one shows two people in the LED stick figure suits snowboarding. We’re pretty sure that Zoey didn’t participate in this one.

  • ‘I Dream Of Jeannie’ Costume Worn By Barbara Eden At Charity Event

The iconic I Dream Of Jeannie costume was donned by Barbara Eden during a charity event over the weekend.

People reports that Eden wore her now-famous I Dream of Jeannie costume at the Life Ball charity event in Vienna over the weekend. Eden, 78, still looked great in the costume that made her a household name in 1965. She hung out on stage in costume with former president Bill Clinton. There’s got to be a weird cross over fan-fiction in there somewhere, but we’ll save that for another time.

I Dream Of Jeannie hasn’t been on the air since it was canceled in 1970 after five years of fulfilling America’s wishes. Eden did, however, reprise her role as Jeannie for two made-for-TV films in I Dream Of Jeannie: 15 Years Later and I Still Dream Of Jeannie. With Eden adorning her Jeannie costume after more than 20 years, fans will undoubtedly request that she star in a third film. At best, we’ll probably get a film reboot with a younger star while Eden cameos.

Either way, Eden reprising her role as Jeannie surely raised plenty of money at Europe’s largest charity event dedicated to AIDS and HIV research.
