  • Charlie Sheen Not Impressed With Two and a Half Men Finale

Charlie Sheen was not impressed with how he was depicted in the series finale of Two and a Half Men. And, make no mistake, it was Charlie Sheen, not Charlie Harper, who was put up on that screen. Just not the real Charlie Sheen.

Apparently Chuck Lorre thinks that revenge is a dish best served cold. He spent the entire episode making fun of Carlie Sheen, with characters making unveiled references to Sheen’s past rants, tweets, and blowups.

At one point, Ashton Kutcher’s character receives a text from “Charlie.” It reads:

“You despicable troll… you thought you could replace my ninja awesomeness, you lame clown. I will deploy my army of assassins to destroy you. I will bring my bayonets of truth to the hexagon of death where I will carve my initials into your reptilian skull and cover you in tiger blood.”

All of that is very much in character with real-life statements from Charlie Sheen, some of which were directed toward Ashton Kutcher.

In the end, Chuck Lorre kills “Charlie” off with a falling piano, then reveals himself in a director’s chair where he says to the camera, “Winning.”

    Charlie Sheen was unimpressed.

“I don’t care. To go that long, with that immature and that completely unevolved and that stupid, in my face, really? You must feel safe, motherfucker. I’m just saying, you must feel safe where you live.”

Lorre explained in the shows final vanity card that he had tried to come to an agreement with Charlie Sheen, but they could not agree on it.

“For the record, he was offered a role. Our idea was to have him walk up to the front door in the last scene, ring the doorbell, then turn, look directly into the camera and go off on a maniacal rant about the dangers of drug abuse. He would then explain that these dangers only apply to average people. That he was far from average. He was a ninja warrior from Mars. He was invincible.

“And then we would drop a piano on him.

    “We thought it was funny.

    “He didn’t.

“Instead, he wanted us to write a heart-warming scene that would set up his return to primetime TV in a new sitcom called ‘The Harpers’ starring him and Jon Cryer.

“We thought that was funny too.”

  • Charlie Sheen Returning to Two and a Half Men?

Charlie Sheen Returning to Two and a Half Men?

It remains to be seen whether or not Chuck Lorre is willing to let bygones be bygones, but Charlie Sheen may be.

Charlie Sheen famously called the Two and a Half Men producer a “contaminated little maggot” and an “earthworm”, which got him canned from the hit show.

But rumors have been swirling about bringing Sheen back to button things up. There are, of course, a few hitches. Like the fact that the show killed off his character.

But that aside, Extra says that Sheen is game if they are.

“I would definitely do it, yeah, yeah,” Sheen enthused. “If they’ll still have me, I will be there. Yeah, I owe it some measure of closure. I owe it to the fans… I just think it makes sense.”

Sheen told TV Guide back in September that he was actively pursuing a return, however brief, to his role as Charlie Harper.

“I’ve reached out to them and they’ve reached back,” he told the mag. “We’re trying to figure out what makes the most sense.”

But even after offering an olive branch to Chuck Lorre then, including talking “after I make amends to you and yours,” producers nixed the rumor publicly.

But how to bring the dead Charlie Harper back, anyway? Sheen said he has pitched the Two and a Half Men team an idea.

“If [the show runners] figure it out like I’ve presented it to them and they want to include me in some final send-off, I’m available and I’m showing up early. If not, it’s on them,” Sheen said.

  • Charlie Sheen Wants to Return to ‘Two and a Half Men’

Charlie Harper may rise from the dead on Two and a Half Men.

Charlie Sheen has reached out to the Two and a Half Men production team about ressurrecting his role as Charlie Harper. Sheen was imfamously fired from the show after he did a series of interviews attacking the series’ creator, Chuck Lorre, and the people who control CBS Network and Warner Bros. Sheen hopes to put the bad blood behind them, at least briefly, to reward long time fans of Two and a Half Men by bringing his character back to it.

Two and a Half Men approaches its final season next month; the series ran for 12 seasons (from 2003-2015). The show originally revolved around Alan (played by Jon Cryer) and his son Jake (played by Angus T. Jones) moving in with Alan’s playboy older brother, Charlie. After Sheen was fired from the series in 2011, the show rebranded itself by becoming a show about Alan and Waldon Schmidt (Ashton Kutcher), a millionaire who buys Charlie’s old estate.

Sheen told TVGuide exclusively that he was interested in revising his role for the final season. He said that, “I’ve reached out to them and they’ve reached back,” Sheen stated. He continuned on to say, “We’re trying to figure out what makes the most sense. If they figure it out like I’ve presented it to them and they want to include me in some final send-off, I’m available and I’m showing up early. If not, it’s on them.” An insider told the magazine that no one at Two and a Half Men contacted Sheen, and that they may not take his request seriously. He has expressed interest before about reprising his Two and a Half Men role. TV Guide’s insider also doesn’t believe that Sheen will return as Charlie, but they didn’t rule out the possibility.

Last year, Sheen attempted to publicly make amends with Lorre by sending out a tweet directed at him, despite his lack of a Twitter presence.

Two and a Half Men‘s final season premieres on October 30. Sheen is currently filming some new episodes of his FX series Anger Management.

  • ‘Big Bang Theory’ Stars Push for More

Stars of the CBS hit sitcom, “The Big Bang Theory” have recently sought to begin negotiations with network executives regarding a pay raise for future seasons of the show. The Emmy award winning comedy is about to begin it’s 7th season on September 26th. The show first aired in Fall 2007 and has recently been renewed in 2011 for three more seasons due to an immense level of success. The show has quickly risen to prime-time supremacy throughout recent years and is currently the most watched comedy on CBS. Since the show has branched out, contracting with TBS, the cast continues to reach new heights of popularity.

When it became known that the newcomers to the cast, Melissa Rauch (Bernadette) and Mayim Bialik (Amy) had underwent some ‘favorable salary negotiations’ where their salary per-episode had doubled to $60,000, veterans of the show have cited intentions to begin these ‘talks’ as well. Jim Parsons (Sheldon), Johnny Galecki (Leonard), and Kaley Cuoco (Penny) have collectively decided to approach the show and network producers to demand an increase of salary per-episode.

The trio each individually make $325,000 per-episode as of the most recent episodes. However, after the current deal/contract ends and the crew sets off to begin recording the next two seasons, the three hope to change that number to $1 million an episode. Rumors have surfaced that the remaining cast members Simon Helberg (Howard) and Kunal Nayyar (Raj) will team-up to raise discussions on potential raises also. At the end of the upcoming season the show will have aired over 159 complete episodes and doesn’t show signs of stopping anytime soon.

The series has enjoyed critical success winning two People’s Choice awards for Favorite Comedy, three straight nominations for the Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series, as well as several individual achievement awards among the cast.

  • Charlie Harper, Charlie Sheen’s Two and a Half Men Character, To Be Killed

The new season of Two and a Half Men is set to premiere in September, and we know that Charlie Sheen won’t be a part of it.

His battles with writer/producer Chuck Lorre have been quite public. He was fired from his gig as Charlie Harper on the hit show after some tough substance abuse issues and a stint in rehab. CBS and Lorre decided to part way with the actor, spurring his transformation from sitcom star to social media star and viral sensation.

Many wondered if the show, CBS’s biggest hit, would continue without its main character. Folks got their answer last month, when it was announced that eternal searcher of lost cars Ashton Kutcher would replace Sheen on the show. It was unclear what the word “replace” meant, as few expected Kutcher to simply assume the same character of Charlie Harper. That would most likely have been suicide for the program.

Now we might be getting a clearer picture of what will happen when the new version of the show premieres. TMZ is reporting that Chuck Lorre plans to kill off Charlie Harper at the beginning of the season. Although no definite script has been hashed out, it looks like one possible idea is to hurl Harper’s car over a cliff.

Man, Charlie Sheen really did piss off Chuck Lorre.

A Facebook group “RIP Charlie Harper” has already sprouted and fans are reacting on Twitter as well –

The news might have confused some on Twitter, as the character has the same name as the singer from the British punk band UK Subs.

Not headline music fans exactly wanna see: “Charlie Harper Dies Tragic Death.” Don’t worry, UK Subs bufts, it’s about C. Sheen’s character. 3 minutes ago via web · powered by @socialditto

I’m sure people on Twitter are also thinking that the Cincinnati-based Modern Artist Charley Harper has passed. That great artist passed 4 years ago.

While the details aren’t finalized, it’s pretty clear that Charlie Harper will find himself six feet under in some way. How will Ashton’s character fit in? The rumor is that he may play a guy who buys Harper’s house after his tragic death.
