  • Taylor Swift And Katy Perry Feud Is About To Get Worse, ‘1984’ Gets Registered

    The Taylor Swift – Katy Perry feud has lasted longer than some families did in Game of Thrones, and without the body count.

    It’s an open secret that Swift’s “Bad Blood” is about her feud with the 30-year-old Perry and now that the track has dropped and is reigning supreme, fans were wondering what Perry’s next move would be.

    The answer appears to be “1984”, a title track that the “Firework” singer recently registered at BMI.

    Some keen eyes at the music licensing board were quick to notice the track and to come up with their own conclusions about the song and who it’s intended for.

    After all, it can’t be a coincidence that Perry (or the songwriter) will come up with a title that is suspiciously like Swift’s highly –acclaimed album 1989.

    But who knows, maybe fans are just reading too much into this. Maybe the song is about something else that happened on that year.

    It might not even be about Taylor and fans are just projecting how they think the sultry songstress should retaliate, because she has more or less said that she will.

    “If somebody is trying to defame my character, you’re going to hear about it,” Perry promised in one interview.

    An insider says that fans will definitely hear about it and confirms that “’1984’ is without a question a diss track.”

    The feud has gone on for so long that some people don’t even know that the two singers were once fast friends, posing together during awards shows, exchanging cute tweets and even guesting on each other’s shows.

    But all that seemed to change in 2012 when Perry started dating John Mayer, one of Swift’s well-known exes.

    While the digs were still subtle at first, the 25-year-old Taylor drew first blood when she slyly hinted that Perry was the inspiration for her hit “Bad Blood”. Or at least, she described it as being about a female artist who was mean to her.

    However, the “Shake it Off” singer was more forward in a Rolling Stone interview when she wondered if she and Perry “were friends or not.”

    Things apparently came to a head when Perry apparently “did something so horrible.”

    Some might say it was Perry stealing Mayer away from Swift, but it was apparently over some backup dancers.

    Needless to say, the feud has since moved on to video format and fans are eagerly waiting how bad the burn would be once Perry unleashes it.

    The collaboration between director David O. Russell and actress Jennifer Lawrence seems to be one of the most fruitful ones in recent years. Their work on Silver Linings Playbook led to a Best Actress Oscar award for Lawrence, and singlehandedly restored Russell’s status as one of Hollywood’s most unique filmmakers. They teamed up again for the critically-acclaimed crime caper, American Hustle, proving that there is indeed something to this collaboration. Now, Lawrence and Russell are working together again in Joy, a biopic about Miracle Mop inventor Joy Mangano. However, rumors started circulating that there is trouble onset between Lawrence and Russell.

    A source told reporters, “He was screaming at her. She was screaming at him. It was loud.” However, a publicist for the film dismissed it as a simple case of method acting. “There was no fight. David is very passionate. He yells lines back at actors. He gets right in the scene with them. This scene was a big argument. Jennifer had a crying baby in her arms. There was a lot of screaming and yelling,” the publicist said. Lawrence herself dismissed the rumors by posting a status update on her Facebook page. “There’s been a terrible rumor going around the last 24 hours so I wanted to clear it up,” Lawrence wrote. “David O. Russell is one of my closest friends and we have an amazing collaborative working relationship. I adore this man and he does not deserve this tabloid malarkey. This movie is going great and I’m having a blast making it”

    Russell is known for his volatile meltdowns on the set of his films, as evidenced by his infamous fight with Lily Tomlin on the set of his existentialist comedy I Heart Huckabees. It was also rumored that he and George Clooney were on bad terms during the filming of Three Kings. Joy is a Silver Linings Playbook reunion of sorts, with Bradley Cooper and Robert de Niro also being part of the cast.

  • Paris Hilton Boots Amanda Bynes Out Of VIP?

    According to reports, troubled actress Amanda Bynes was seen feuding with Paris Hilton on Thursday, November 13. The former Nickelodeon star and Easy A actress was seen being escorted from the VIP area of LA nightclub 10ak after she and a male friend tried to join the heiress, who was not happy about the intrusion. Bynes proceeded to act strangely the rest of the evening.

    A source told Page Six that Hilton was joined by Brandon Davis at the time of the incident. “Amanda tried to sit at Paris and Brandon’s table, and they were not happy about it. There was a scene, and words exchanged, before they kicked her out of their area.” The source added, “Amanda wasn’t drinking, but she was acting really weird. She stood in the middle of the club with her friend, looking really awkward, and just seemed totally out of it.”

    It’s been reported that Bynes practically idolized Hilton. She even got a puppy so she could imitate the hotel heiress-turned-DJ. “Amanda thought Paris was so glamorous when photographers would follow her around all the time,” said a Radar insider about the pet purchase. “When she got that puppy she said it was to try and be more like Paris.”

    Bynes got in trouble recently after a tape surfaced wherein she talks about wanting to kill her parents. “I want to literally like lead him into a ditch and… I haven’t decided how I’d want to murder him, because now I have like this war wound on my face, and I don’t believe in murder. Nothing would give me greater pleasure than like, slitting his throat,” Bynes said in the recording.

    According to reports, Bynes’ family wanted the tapes released because the recordings could be used as a “wake-up call for medical professionals to intervene and get her help”.

  • Katy Perry’s Boyfriend Starts “Get Taylor Swift A Booty Campaign”

    DJ and producer Diplo, who is rumored to be dating Katy Perry, dissed Taylor Swift on Twitter. The producer, whose real name is Thomas Wesley Pentz, tweeted “Someone should make a Kickstarter to get Taylor Swift a booty.” He took the joke one step further by tweeting a link to an actual Fundly page for “Get Taylor Swift a Booty Campaign”. Outspoken musician Lorde, defended Swift by replying to Diplo’s tweet and saying, “Should we do something about your tiny penis while we’re at it hm”.

    According to Lorde, her tweet was meant as a joke and that she actually loves Diplo. Diplo and Perry reportedly started dating back in April, and this incident has led to rumors that this has something to do with the feud between Perry and Swift. The feud started out in September when Swift revealed in a Rolling Stone interview that her song “Bad Blood” is about a fellow pop star who is now an enemy of hers.

    “She would come up to me at awards shows and say something and walk away, and I would think, ‘Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?’ Then last year, the other star crossed a line. She did something so horrible, I was like, ‘Oh, we’re just straight-up enemies.’ And it wasn’t even about a guy! It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me,” Swift told Rolling Stone.

    Shortly after the interview became public, Perry tweeted, “Watch out for the Regina George in sheep’s clothing…” a reference to the villain in the comedy film Mean Girls. This tweet led to speculation that Swift was referring to Perry in the interview. Perry reportedly lured three of her back-up dancers away from Swift’s tour.

    However, reports claim that the back-up dancers weren’t lured away but were fired when they told Swift they asked for a 30-day out clause to join Perry with whom they have toured with in the past.

    During last week’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, Valerie Bertinelli opened up about an incident involving Christina Aguilera. Bertinelli, who was there to promote her show Hot in Cleveland, was asked by Andy Cohen about her ‘feud’ with the singer. “I didn’t have a feud with her,” Valerie began. “I was a fan at that time – a long time ago – and I went up to her ’cause she was at a Van Halen concert, and I said, ‘Oh my god, I think you’re a beautiful singer.’”

    According to the sitcom star, Aguilera brushed her off and reportedly said, “Yeah, whatever.” “She gave me the cold shoulder and I thought, ’B****, I’m a fan. You can’t be nice to me?’” Bertinelli says she hasn’t ran into Aguilera ever since. “She might have gotten better. But I heard she hasn’t,” she said in the interview.

    A few days after Bertinelli talked about the incident, Aguilera seemingly dismissed the actress yet again. On Friday, November 7, the singer posted a photo of herself inside a recording studio with the caption “In more important news…” This may be a coincidence, but the timing definitely lends itself well to rumors that this was indeed a response to Bertinelli’s story.

    Back in 2008, the actress also talked about the incident in a radio interview. She said, “I met her, and she was so mean to me.” Bertinelli added, “You know what? Forget you! I don’t need your new album!’ What’s up with that? She’s too young to be blowing people off.”

    Bertinelli was known for her role as Barbara Cooper Royer in the sitcom One Day at a Time. She married rock star Eddie Van Halen on April 11, 1981, and together they raised their son Wolfgang. The couple divorced back in 2007, and in 2011, she married financial planner Tom Vitale.

    Instant Mom star Tia Mowry is doing some damage control over what she claims are overblown reports that she’s in a feud with Oscar-winning actor Charlize Theron. In an interview with In Touch recently, Mowry talked of an encounter at a SoulCycle class where Theron snubbed her. Mowry is now backing up, saying the incident was “blown out of proportion.”

    The original report had Mowry saying that she tried to introduce herself to Theron in the spinning class, but that Theron had rolled her eyes and said, “Oh my God.” Mowry claimed that she had approached the veteran actor politely, without being “over-the-top,” and that Theron was being “mean”.

    This presented a feeding frenzy for media, with reports coming out later that Theron had lashed back at Mowry. A source told Dish Nation that Theron had demanded that Mowry be banned from SoulCycle because she was so angry that Mowry had spoken to the tabloids about her. SoulCycle reportedly refused, which made the 39-year-old star of Snow White And The Huntsman even more angry. She was apparently concerned about her privacy during the 45-minute spinning classes, and a source claims that she said, “This nobody who was famous for a minute 20 years ago can complain to the tabloids about me but I can’t expect you to protect me from hangers-on in your studio?”

    However, sources are now coming out saying that the story is completely “fabricated and untrue.” Mowry herself is saying that she doesn’t know Theron personally, and admires her enough to even have a crush on her. “I absolutely love her, she’s my ‘woman crush Wednesday,’ you can even see it on my Instagram!” she said. “I’m obsessed with her, I love her, it was definitely blown out of proportion. So that’s all I’m going to say about that.”

    Adding one more to the large army of “haters”, Justin Bieber is fitting a narrative that has exponentially lead to a permanent label to his character: douchebag.

    Yesterday on the Howard Stern Show, Seth Rogen expressed his sentiment of dislike for the (now) bad boy mop bucket tinkling, house egging, strip club attending ‘musician’:

    “He’s a good example of someone you meet, who you think you’re going to hate, and then you get to hate him as much as you thought,”

    “You meet him, and he lives up to every one of your expectations of how you hope he will be.”

    Rogen said his thoughts became solidified after appearing on a German talk show with Bieber. While there, Justin sent one of his lackeys to Rogen’s dressing room in hopes to meet the Pineapple Express star.

    All jokes aside, Justin Bieber is a piece of shit.

    Rogen stars in the new film Neighbors with Zac Efron, who he says is way cooler than Justin Bieber.

    Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus have been poking fun at each other on Twitter. It all started when Katy guested on Australia’s morning program, Sunrise, where the interview led to the discussion on her recent kiss with Miley in one of her shows. The Roar singer was in Australia to promote her upcoming Prism tour.

    The singer said that she attended one of Miley’s shows and saw a kiss cam. She wanted to give Miley a girly and friendly kiss. However, Miley moved her head and went deeper into the kiss and Katy pulled away. She ended the statement by saying “God knows where that tongue has been.” Katy also said that Miley’s tongue was infamous.

    A couple of days after Katy’s interview, Miley tweeted screenshots of the interview with the caption “Girl if ur worried abt where tongues have been good thing ur ex boo is ur EX BOO cause we ALL know where THAT (tongue) been.”

    Miley may be referring to John Mayer, who has dated a string of personalities including Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson, Heidi Klum, and Taylor Swift. She may also have been referring to Russell Brand, Katy’s ex-husband, who has confessed to being a sex addict.

    Fans of the two singers were not sure if Katy and Miley were having a real girl fight about what Katy has said on her interview, or if they were just joking around.

    A few days later, Miley has posted an illustration of the kiss tagging Katy on twitter. “”Dontchyouuuu act like you didn’t lurvvvvv it @katyperry,” Katy then tweeted back saying “Oooo gurrrl I’m gonna give you the BIGGEST spanking when I see you in the UK bb!”

    Apparently, the two were just having fun with each other on Twitter and still remain good friends despite the things that were said.

    Leah Remini Is A “Bigot” Says Kirstie Alley

    Kirstie Alley seems to be upset by Leah Remini’s public criticism of the Church of Scientology. Alley, who was a guest on “The Howard Stern Show” Wednesday, ended up calling Remini a Bigot for attacking her religion.

    Alley has been a staunch and vocal supporter of the controversial church and says she joined the church to overcome her cocaine addiction when she was younger. Alley was asked whether she feels offended when people attack her because of her beliefs. “I think that is the most repulsive thing a person can do, attack another person’s faith,” she said, “Because a faith is what you look to to have hope, and is what you look to to help other people, and I just think it’s really wrong.”

    Actress Leah Remini has been on the offensive against the Church of Scientology, an organization she broke away from since July. Remini had been one of the church’s celebrity members for almost 30 years but broke away from the church because according to her, the church attempted to modify thoughts and use interrogations on members. “I don’t think everybody knows that’s what is required when you leave… its the friends and family members, mothers and daughters, that is what is required,” Remini said on “The View.”  “They can no longer have relationships with me, my family, so I don’t get to see my god kids, friends that we’ve known for 34 years.” said Remini.

    Now, the former “King of Queens” star is receiving push back from Alley, who thinks that the 43-year-old (Remini) is a bigot.

    “When you are generalizing, and when your goal is to malign and to say things about an entire group — there are tens of millions of Scientologists in the world — when you decide to blanket statement, ‘Scientology is evil,’ you are my enemy,” Alley said.

    Alley also admitted that she had blocked Remini on her Twitter although they had not seen each other for seven or eight years. “She’s a bigot,” Alley said, as she seemed quite unapologetic on her aggressive stand against Remini, “If someone was out there attacking your religion, would they be your friend? They wouldn’t be mine .. It’s not selective, I just won’t have people in my life that are bigots.”

  • Sinead O’Connor Calls Miley Cyrus “F***ing Stupid” in Second Open Letter

    Miley Cyrus and Sinead O’Connor are at it again. The controversial 46-year-old Irish singer, blasts Cyrus for mocking her mental illness.

    On Thursday, Sinead O’Connor wrote an open letter to Miley Cyrus, “The music business doesn’t give a s*** about you, or any of us.” she wrote,“They will prostitute you for all you are worth, and cleverly make you think it’s what YOU wanted …and when you end up in rehab as a result of being prostituted, ‘they’ will be sunning themselves on their yachts in Antigua, which they bought by selling your body and you will find yourself very alone.” 

    The twerking sensation, Cyrus, then responded with this tweet “Before Amanda Bynes…. There was….”

    The tweet compares Sinead O’Connor to Amanda Bynes, both of whom have been treated for psychiatric problems. As to be expected, this prompted yet another heated open letter by O’connor via Facebook. Sinead’s new letter to Miley, calls  Cyrus’ tweets ‘anti-female’, ‘irresponsible’,  ‘dangerous’, and ‘f***ing stupid’.

    “Miley… Really? Who the f**k is advising you? Because taking me on is even more f**kin’ stupid than behaving like a prostitute and calling it feminism. You have posted today tweets of mine which are two years old, which were posted by me when I was unwell and seeking help so as to make them look like they are recent,” O’Connor wrote. She then threatened legal action against Cyrus if the tweets were not removed and urged Cyrus to apologize to her and all the people that suffer from mental illness.

    After reading O’Connor’s response, the 20-year-old Pop singer tweeted, “Sinead. I don’t have time to write you an open letter cause I’m hosting & performing on SNL this week.”

    The SNL (Saturday Night Live) reference seemed to be a slight jab, considering O’Connor was banned from the comedy show for ripping up and image of the Pope on live TV, in 1992.

    Cyrus then extended an invitation for them to meet up and talk about the issue.

    Chances are there will be more jabs and low blows to come from these two.  Let’s see if there’s another round.

  • LeAnn Rimes Feud With Brandi Glanville Just Keeps Going

    LeAnn Rimes has a long and storied past with Brandi Glanville; since LeAnn married Brandi’s ex, Eddie Cibrian, the two have been going at it in the press nonstop. Brandi was initially upset that Eddie cheated on her with LeAnn while the two of them were filming a movie together, but now she’s set her sights on LeAnn’s mothering skills and even the way she gives Mother’s Day gifts.

    Glanville took to Twitter to talk about LeAnn’s gift–a bouquet of flowers–and said that the two of them don’t speak when they run into each other in public.

    LeAnn reportedly replied with, “This was actually the first acknowledgement of my gesture I was made aware of. I didn’t see anything else sent to me. It wasn’t for the ‘thank you.’ It was to just simply say Happy Mother’s Day,” though that tweet appears to have been deleted. She did seem to allude to the situation in another post, however.

    LeAnn has claimed in the past that she entered a rehab program to learn how to cope with stress after two of Brandi’s friends allegedly began harassing her and making threatening phone calls. They have also had Twitter wars before, after Brandi accused LeAnn of keeping laxative pills in her purse and being negligent when Brandi’s son ate them, thinking they were candy.
