  • Kandi Burruss Refers to Family as the Black ‘Beverly Hillbillies’

    Kandi Burruss of The Real Housewives of Atlanta fame dished recently to Us Weekly about her thick southern accent, admitting that when she’s together with her family members that it’s even thicker.

    Burruss even shared that while watching an episode of her Bravo spinoff, Kandi’s Ski Trip, it reminded her of ‘the black Beverly Hillbillies.’

    “I am born and raised in Atlanta and I am very country and I have a definite accent, but when I get around my family, it gets worse! So I laughed so hard at points watching because it reminds me of the black Beverly Hillbillies,” she said.

    Kandi’s Ski Trip is a three-part series that features Kandi Burruss, her husband Todd Tucker, and their extended family, as they all travel to a Colorado ski resort to deal with some issues. Kandi Burruss said that her mother–Mama Joyce–was on her best behavior. Anyone who watches RHOA knows Mama Joyce doesn’t have much love for Todd Tucker. Still she managed to behave herself in Colorado–close quarters and all.

    “My mom was pretty good because before the trip we had just lost Todd’s mom, so she was being very nice to Todd,” Kandi Burruss said. “She was there for him and was better to him, so their relationship was pretty cool.”

    Mama Joyce spread a rumor during season six of the Real Housewives of Atlanta about Kandi Burruss’s friend Carmen having an affair with Todd Burruss. Of course, Carmen went along on the ski trip, too. Was Mama Joyce as nice to her as she was to Todd?

    No.

    “She has not talked to Carmen since before my wedding. It’s hard because Carmon and I are so close. It was important for me to get them back on the same page,” Kandi explained.

    Fourteen of Kandi Burruss’s family members went along on this ski trip to Colorado. Only two had ever attempted the slopes before.

    “The funny thing is, the show is called the Ski Trip, but it’s not really about the skiing! You don’t even really see that much skiing going on,” Kandi said. “It’s about the dynamics of these families.”

    Filming Kandi’s Ski Trip took more out of Kandi Burruss than filming The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

    “Dealing with your family, it makes it much more emotional for me because you take everything to heart. When I have a thing with the ladies, it’s like whatever, but when I go through these things with my family, I really, really care about how they feel and making up with them,” she said. “It’s more of a serious issue with me. My family, they’re very open and they say anything in front of the camera–they don’t hold back–so you never know what they’re going to say. It’s very different from the ladies on Housewives!”

    Fans can check out Kandi Burruss in the first episode of Kandi’s Ski Trip. It airs tonight–Sunday, May 17th–on Bravo, at 8:00 p.m. ET.

  • Vicki Gunvalson: Her Mother Dies And Bravo Airs Her Breakdown On Mother’s Day In ‘RHOC’ Trailer

    Losing a loved one is a pain that never goes away, but imagine if you have to relive that moment with the rest of the world watching?

    Vicki Gunvalson of the Real Housewives of Orange County experienced just that when Bravo released the trailer for season 10 of the series.

    The trailer started out as with a lot of drama and bitching going on. One scene showed Gunvalson lamenting that she’s “being nailed to the cross like Jesus was” while in another she’s facing off against newest Housewife Meghan King Edmonds.

    But the trailer’s final scene shows the usually cool and collected Gunvalson falling to the floor in hysterics after receiving a phone call.

    It turned out to be the phone call that each one of us dreads receiving – the call that would inform us a love one has passed away.

    The RHOC star was filming when she received the news that her beloved mother died in her sleep, the pain and shock causing her to break down.

    The sad event happened earlier in the year, with the 53-year-old herself announcing on Instagram last February 4 that her “amazing, beautiful and strong mother passed on and is now with the love of her life my father in heaven.”

    If using footage of someone breaking down because their parent just died wasn’t tasteless enough, Bravo released the trailer on Mother’s Day.

    Fans of the show called out the channel for its rude and heartless move, and even Gunvalson weighed in.

    “It’s the most terrible thing to have to re-live again… Especially on Mother’s Day,” the heartbroken reality star tweeted.

    Aside from that totally insensitive segment, Gunvalson is also up in arms over allegations that her on-again, off-again boyfriend Brook Ayers’ cancer diagnosis is a sham.

    “It’s nothing short of disgusting,” she told a fan after the Bravo trailer was aired.

    The trailer for RHOC season 10 still continues to be aired on the NBC/ Universal-owned network.

  • Melissa Gorga: ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ Star Talks Joe and Teresa Giudice

    Melissa Gorga of Real Housewives of New Jersey fame spoke to Bravo’s Andy Cohen Sunday on Watch What Happens Live, and talked about Joe and Teresa Giudice. Gorga says Joe (her brother-in-law) is ‘rising to the challenge,’ caring for his four daughters while wife Teresa Giudice is in prison.

    Asked how Teresa Giudice was doing as well, Melissa Gorga had the following to say.

    “She’s doing well. My mother-in-law gives me updates all the time. She’s doing really good,” she said.

    Joe Giudice will head to prison when Teresa is released.

    “It’s heavy on his heart. It’s a lot,” Melissa Gorga said. “I pass him in the morning, and he’s driving the girls to school. It’s heartwarming to see him. He’s manning up, and he’s doing what he has to do.”

    Teresa Giuduce is Melissa Gorga’s husband, Joe Gorga’s sister. The two have long been close and used to see each other every day before Teresa went to prison. Her sentence has been difficult on the Gorga family, too.

    Joe and Teresa Giudice were both charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud, wire fraud, and bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications, and bankruptcy fraud in a 39-count indictment. The indictment also charged Joe Giudice with failure to file tax returns for tax years 2004 through 2008, during which time he allegedly earned nearly $1 million. In March of 2014, the couple entered a guilty plea in a deal they struck with federal prosecutors.

    On October 2, 2014, Teresa Giudice was sentenced to 15 months in a federal prison. Joe received a 41-month sentence, followed by potential deportation to Italy. Together the couple must also pay $414,000 in restitution. They are allowed to serve their sentences separately, so one parent may be allowed to stay with their children.

    It’s good to learn from Melissa Gorga that Joe Giudice is stepping up to the plate and caring for his and Teresa’s daughters while she is in prison. Hopefully the Giudice girls emerge from this horrible time in their lives as unscathed as possible.

  • Dorinda Medley Expected To Bring More Drama To ‘The Real Housewives Of New York’

    New York socialite Dorinda Medley will be joining the cast of The Real Housewives of New York. The new season of The Real Housewives of New York is set to premiere on April 7 and promises more drama and more excitement with the inclusion of Medley in the cast. Medley had the opportunity to join the reality show with the help of her friends, cast members Ramona Singer and Countess Luann De Lesseps.

    “I live on the Upper East Side, and it’s a small fishbowl up here. I am not going to be that ball of yarn that came out of nowhere,” the 50-year-old Medley told the NY Post. “I know these girls. I know their world. I’ve even done a few cameos. So I thought, why not give it a try and see if it is something that suits me?”

    In the late ‘80s, Medley married a Scotsman and moved to London. She started a cashmere company that became a favorite of the late Princess Diana. “It was 1989. I got Princess Diana to be one of my clients, and project [the company] forward with the British classes,” Medley said. After 10 years in London, she got divorced and moved back to New York.

    Medley ventured into the realm of real estate. She met her second husband, Richard Medley, after she sold him an Upper East Side townhouse. Richard passed away in 2011. “I’ve been presented with a lot of different challenges and that’s why I wasn’t afraid to be on the ‘Housewives.’ The whole point is to keep going foward and try again,” Medley says.

    In the same interview, Medley reveals that she knows how to handle the drama that comes along with being in a reality show. “I like to see a good argument between two people. I think you learn when you argue,” she says. “It’s just an expression of your opinion.”

     

  • Lisa Edelstein Stars In Bravo’s First Scripted Drama Series

    Lisa Edelstein is making a comeback to television almost two years after she ended her stint as Dr. Lisa Cuddy in the award-winning show House. Edelstein stars in Bravo’s first scripted television show called Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce.

    The cable network is mostly known for their slew of popular reality shows like The Real Housewives series, but in Guide, they will provide another dose of female power for their avid viewers. Edelstein plays Abby McCarthy, a self-help author who is currently undergoing a painful divorce from her stay-at-home husband. The series will see the character’s struggles as she reunites with her co-divorcees played by Janeane Garofalo and Beau Garrett.

    In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Edelstein talked about her excitement about the new show. “The writing is so smart, raw and funny; it’s everything that you could wish for in a show,” she praised. “It’s the tragic reality of life sometimes, where ridiculous things happen or you get in certain situations that are unavoidable.”

    The show was described by Edelstein as “multicolored” and “multifaceted.” Although it is the first scripted show from the network, Edelstein is confident that Guide will resonate among Bravo’s most avid viewers. One fan that she met recently even claimed that the show will be a hit simply because “it’s on Bravo!”

    Guide was described by Edelstein as being closer to HBO’s female-centric programs like Girls and Sex and the City than Bravo’s reality programming. The promotional materials for the upcoming show was met with much criticism and were banned in a few cities after it depicted Edelstein holding up her ring finger on the poster. Edelstein recommended seeing the show first before making quick assumptions about her new program. “People had opinions on either side of the argument as to whether it was mocking marriage, but no one had seen the show, which does not mock marriage, by the way.”

    Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce airs every Tuesday at 10 PM.

  • Teresa Giudice Spends Last Holidays With Family Before Prison

    Teresa Giudice is making the most of her time with her family before her prison sentence begins in January, friends say, by cooking and decorating her home for the holidays and spending as much quality time as she can with her children.

    The reality star will head to jail on January 5 for 15 months following charges of fraud; her husband Joe will begin his 41-month sentence when she’s done so that one parent will always be with their four children.

    “She’s running back and forth with the four kids. She doesn’t even have a nanny. Her life is her kids and maintaining a happy home. Every day she’s trying to make them such a priority…What is to come in the future is going to be hard, there’s no question. Nobody is a substitute for Mom,” a source told People Magazine.

    According to The Daily Mail, Giudice recently signed a lucrative deal with Bravo to host her own cooking show once her prison sentence is up and will also still appear on The Real Housewives Of New Jersey on a part-time basis.

    Giudice is already the author of three successful cookbooks and is expected to be a big moneymaker for Bravo throughout her incarceration.

    “Teresa and BRAVO have been taking this time to plan a big media event when she is released from prison either late next year or early 2016. Teresa has been so popular with the viewers that they know this is going to be an amazing event. They are going to stay in touch with Teresa while she is in prison by taping phone calls and if possible, they will do jailhouse interviews with her,” a source told The Daily Mail.

    Caroline Manzo recently opened up to In Touch Magazine about her time on the series The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

    “I don’t miss it,” said the 53-year-old reality television star.

    And it isn’t just the fact that Manzo remains estranged from her sister Dina. She said that a major reason she walked away from the Bravo series is that it “stopped being fun”.

    “I never liked all the conflict,” said Caroline. “I prefer to peacefully resolve things. When you have an argument just for an argument’s sake, like we did a lot, it’s exhausting.”

    But don’t think Manzo is overly opposed to scripted reality television as she traded in Real Housewives for her spin-off Manzo’d With Children.

    The Bravo series will wrap up its first season on November 2nd. Coincidentally, Manzo’s show will end the same day we get to witness the first half of a drama-packed Real Housewives Of New Jersey reunion show.

    With so many terrible things said behind the backs of every cast member, there’s little doubt that Caroline Manzo is glad she will have no part of the inevitable fallout.

    “I didn’t leave on bad terms with anyone, but I don’t hang out with any of them, except Jacqueline [Laurita]. It was more of a working relationship.”

    Meanwhile, Manzo’s sister Dina returned to the Housewives series this past season.

    Despite reaching out to her older sister Caroline and former friend Jacqueline, both women declined her personal invitation.

    It seems that whatever the circumstances of their falling out, the ice has not yet thawed.

    As for Caroline Manza, it could be that she’s too busy coping with cheating rumors to think about Dina’s hurt feelings.

    The Manzo family is currently weathering gossip that patriarch Al has been less than faithful.

    But Caroline Manzo stuck up for her husband.

    “I love our marriage,” she told In Touch. “We have a mutual respect for each other and we just have fun.”

    Teresa Giudice: Why She Received Jail Time When She Could Have Possibly Gotten Probation

    Teresa Giudice could have possibly gotten by with just probation.

    However, one wrong move reportedly changed everything.

    According to US Weekly, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star failed to disclose a number of high-end expenditures on her government report when she was ordered to do so on March 4.

    Her failure to comply with the judge’s request was reportedly considered as blatant disregard for the law, which is why Judge Esther Salas refused to sympathize with the 42-year-old reality star.

    On Thursday, Oct. 2, Judge Salas gave a detailed closing statement that explained her reason for sentencing Teresa to 15 months in prison.

    “I will say on the outset, I’m going to focus on what I didn’t say to your husband that all of the false declarations, wire fraud, and bank fraud is still your fault,” Judge Salas said to Teresa.

    “For a moment, I thought about probation until I read the government’s report. What you did in the financial disclosure really sticks in my craw. It’s what the court has a problem with. It shows blatant disrespect for the court,” she explained.

    Apparently, Teresa left out a number of notable expenses including some of her luxury household furnishings, a 1997 Chevy Corvette and her Milania Hair Care and Fabellini lines.

    “I’ve seen a lot but I’ve never seen the confusion and work that went into these financial documents…I need a full picture of who you are, I need a full disclosure of your financial assets,” Judge Salas continued.

    “It’s not because I want to be nosy. Because of that, I don’t think you respect the laws of this country. You are not as bad as your husband, you do not have the criminal record that he has had, but you are complicit in it.”

    The couple reportedly made the process difficult with their refusal to provide the information needed.

    “Getting this financial information that I need to judge this case was like pulling teeth, it was the most difficult in all my years as a judge and as a lawyer,” Judge Salas added.

    Although the judge expressed disdain for the couple’s actions, she did sympathize with them for the sake of their children. So, Teresa will begin her sentence first in order for their four daughters to still have one parent.

    The couple is expected to tape their first post-sentencing interview on Watch What Happens Live on Monday, Oct. 6. Teresa Giudice is reportedly scheduled to begin her prison sentence on Monday, Jan. 5, 2015.

  • Kelly Ripa Makes Anderson Cooper Totally Blush

    Kelly Ripa went there.

    Ripa and Anderson Cooper appeared on Andy Cohen’s show Watch What Happens Live, and the results were both hilarious and a bit uncomfortable to watch. Of course, we know Cooper to be the serious CNN news anchor who travels to dangerous parts of the world in order to get the story.

    But the atmosphere is just a bit lighter on Cohen’s Bravo show than on a CNN broadcast. The host, who is a mutual friend of both guests, told Ripa and Cooper to stand face to face and fire questions at the other person. The goal of the game was to make their opponent feel frustrated or embarrassed.

    Ripa brought out the penis question right off the bat, and it was game on. She asked Cooper, “Are you circumcised?” She also rapidly followed the penis question with asking him if he wanted to have sex and if he wanted to see her vagina. The Silver Fox never really recovered and admitted through tears of laughter, “You’re flustering me! I’m flustered.” He also added, “When she said ‘vagina,’ that’s when I had to stop. I got very nervous.”

    Later on in the segment, host Andy Cohen directed a question from a caller to Cooper. The caller wanted to know a secret about Cohen. Perhaps wanting to deflect some of the embarrassment off of himself, Cooper immediately obliged, “I know a lot of secrets about Andy. I guess the one that would surprise most people is he’s a top.”

    The tan host smiled but it was easy to tell that he was uncomfortable with Cooper’s declaration. An extended moment of silence followed while Cohen was attempting to get over his embarrassment, then he asked, “Why, you think people think I’m a bottom?”

    Ripa declared, “I don’t.”

    “Believe me, there’s nothing wrong with that, but I’m just saying I think that would surprise people,” Cooper explained. “And I don’t know this from personal experience, but from conversations I have had…I mean, it surprised me when I heard about it.”

  • Apollo Nida: ‘RHOA’ Star Gets Eight-Year Sentence, Wife Phaedra Parks Devastated

    Apollo Nida, husband of The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Phaedra Parks, was arrested in January. He plead guilty to mail, wire, and bank fraud in May.

    Judge Charles A Pannell, Jr. said that Nida will serve eight years in prison and afterwards will be placed on supervised release for five years. Initially, Nida faced up to 30 years in prison for his crimes, but his sentence was lessened, as he cooperated with the federal investigation.

    Nida’s lawyer Thomas D. Bever said, “On behalf of my client Apollo, right now he feels remorse. He thought the judge was fair, and accepts his sentence, although he was hoping it would be less”

    In a written affidavit, Nida reportedly made up fake businesses in order to access databases and find people he could rip off. He opened bank accounts under those names and funneled loan proceeds and checks to those accounts.

    An insider revealed how his wife Phaedra Parks is dealing with the entire situation. “The only thing she’s worried about is Ayden and Dylan growing up without their dad,” the source said. Nida and Parks’ two boys are both under the age of four.

    “She knows just how important it is for her children, and young black boys in general, to grow up with a father,” the source continued.

    The source revealed that Parks is devastated by the news and she is disappointed that Nida will be missing some of the most important events in his children’s lives, however the source said that Parks will be alright.

    This is not the first time Nida got in trouble with the authorities. From 2004 to 2009, Nida served time for auto title fraud.

    In a report, one of Nida’s homes was sold at a public auction after he was not able to pay the bills. Furthermore, his relationship with his wife seems shaky, but reports say that they are working on their marriage.

  • ‘Millionaire Matchmaker’ Bachelor Arrested For Extortion

    Adam Winters who appeared in an episode of Bravo’s Millionaire Matchmaker, has been arrested for purportedly extorting $5 million from a nuclear facility.

    In a February episode of Millionaire Matchmaker, Winters was described as a millionaire CEO from Beverly Hills. He is a Tennessee native who relocated to Los Angeles after establishing a shipping company. According to reports, the 25-year-old CEO is now broke and cannot even afford to pay for a lawyer.

    Winters was arrested on Friday for attempting to extort money by threatening to expose documents that he claimed contain negligent procedures at a nuclear facility located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Based on the complaint, Winters went after the company that operates the Y-12 National Security Complex, which is in charge of manufacturing and maintaining parts for nuclear weapons.

    In a May 8 email addressed to the company, Winters allegedly wrote that he possessed more 1,200 slides that consist of “documentation on how much radiation was used on animals and contamination of plants.” Winters ended the email by saying “You have 48 hours to respond before they go to auction. Contact info is below.”

    Upon learning of the email, DOE agents went undercover to investigate the issue. One of the agents spoke to Winters on the phone and Winters talked about a former lawsuit wherein residents claimed that pollution from Oak Ridge was damaging their properties.

    On May 20, Winters met an undercover agent and showed him some of the slides. Winters said that he did not know how much they were worth. “It ain’t worth leaking them out. It’s not worth the headache. I would rather give them to you and be done with it,” he said. Afterwards, he asked for $5 million which he later reduced to $2.5 million after the undercover agent told him his original asking price was “not feasible.” He then gave his bank information to the agent.

    Winters is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on June 6.

  • Millionaire Matchmaker Contestant Adam Winters Accused of Extortion

    It’s looking more and more like former Millionaire Matchmaker guest Adam Winters wasn’t actually a millionaire after all. In fact, he may be a criminal.

    A few weeks ago the Associated Press reported that an affidavit has been filed in federal court that says Tennessean Adam Winters attempted to extort nearly 2.5 million dollars from a nuclear power plant.

    How did he do it? By e-mail of all places. He claimed to have “evidence from testing the bombs, to documentation on how much radiation was used on animals and contamination of the plants,” and sent it to Babcock and Wilcox, contractors of the power plan. The message was clear: pay up or Winters would go public.

    The Smoking Gun thought this was too juicy a story to let go. According to them, Winters is no millionaire, since he can’t even afford to hire his own lawyer. They did manage to contact Winters who quickly said “I have no idea,” as his only comment, then promptly hung up the phone.

    It appears the trial is in the process of wrapping up. The Knoxville News Sentinel reported that Winters signed a plea agreement Monday. He will confess to a single charge of extortion. When he faces sentencing the Assistant U.S. Attorney Brooklyn Sawyers will seek a sentience of no more than six months.

    So much for the fresh faced young man who appeared on the Millionaire Matchmaker show. Looks like he met his match when Federal agents arrested him for the crime he stands accused of.   • Kenya Moore Talks Porsha Williams Brawl

    Kenya Moore opened up about the physical altercation between her and The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Porsha Williams that took place during a reunion taping that aired on Bravo Sunday evening. She shared her thoughts during an interview with PEOPLE magazine.

    “There are many inflammatory statements made by cast members to and about each other particularly during the reunion tapings,” Moore said in a statement. “Many have made untrue, denigrating, disparaging, and inflammatory statements against me in an attempt to provoke me, but I have never reacted in a violent way.”

    Moore was talking to Williams with a bullhorn during the show’s taping when she accused her of cheating on her ex. Porsha then pulled Kenya’s hair and the two women fell to the floor and tussled for a few seconds.

    “If people get so angry that they lose control and admittedly ‘black out’ and resort to violence, those persons must be held responsible for their actions,” Moore added.

    She also brought up her past–having been physically abused by a former boyfriend.

    “After being repeatedly attacked by an abusive boyfriend at the age of 17, if someone puts their hands on me, I will not just let it go,” she says. “With that said, I sought self-defense training developed for the Israeli military. I’ve also been trained in weapons. I can take someone down in three moves. It took discipline for me to not respond in kind.”

    Kenya Moore called 911 following the incident, which really didn’t require intervention by the authorities. Porsha Williams turned herself in to authorities on Thursday and was charged with battery.

    “Although the claim is unfounded, Ms. Williams is fully cooperating with investigators and looks forward to clearing her name,” an attorney for Porsha Williams said in a statement.

    “The authorities will decide her fate, not me,” Moore said.

    Bravo host Andy Cohen asked Porsha to leave the set following the altercation. The second part of The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion will air on April 27th sans Porsha Williams.

    Who watches this stuff? Obviously a huge number of people tune in to these shows regularly or they wouldn’t stay on the air. Clearly there is very little that is “real” about these Real Housewives.

    Will Kenya Moore forgive Porsha? Will Porsha ever return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta set? Will Andy Cohen set up a peacemaking session between the two ladies for airing at a later date?

    If you truly care about any of the aforementioned situations, seek help immediately. There has to be a support group somewhere for people who watch this stuff.

    For those headed to therapy today, do note that it is now rumored that Kenya Moore is now considering not returning for the next season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. That news is sure to set many who teeter on the edge of reality into a full-fledged tailspin.

  • Caroline Manzo Returning To Bravo With New Series

    If there’s two things Bravo loves it’s reality television and housewives from different cities all over the country.

    After spending five seasons on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Caroline Manzo left the show in late 2013.

    Fans of Manzo need not be depressed, the mother of three is getting her own series, Manzo’d With Children.

    The show will follow Manzo, her husband Albert, sons Albie and Chris, daughter Lauren and sister Fran.

    In a statement Manzo said, “It is a very exciting time for me and my family. We are grateful for this opportunity from Bravo and our fans. Expect a lot of smiles, laughs and good times.”

    Manzo’d With Children was announced at Bravo’s 2014 upfronts, along with a Kandi Burress spinoff, three new projects in development, and the renewal of 15 shows. Manzo’s series doesn’t have a specific release date yet, but will air later this year.

    Manzo took to Twitter to announce the show and link to a sneak peek of the upcoming show.

    Maybe the show will even enlighten fans on the upcoming nuptials of Manzo’s daughter Lauren to fiance Vito Scalia. Lauren recently celebrated her future with Scalia at an engagement party on Friday at the family-owned Brownstone restaurant.

  • Giuliana Rancic: Russell Crowe’s Awkward Interview

    Giuliana Rancic has interviewed countless celebrities throughout her time as an E! correspondent, and was recently asked if one interview stuck out among all of them as the most awkward. She told Bravo’s Andy Cohen that Russell Crowe really took the cake. What on earth did the Noah star do to qualify in this manner?

    “Russell Crowe was so mean to me,” Giuliana said. “I had been at E! for a year and I thought, ‘I’m going to go easy because he’s pretty tough.’ And so I said, ‘Are you excited to be here? Your big movie premiere.’ And he goes, ‘I’m contractually obligated to be here. What’s your next question?’”

    It didn’t end there either.

    “And I go, ‘OK, um, isn’t it so wonderful to see all the fans?’ And he goes, ‘That’s your second question?’ And then he goes, ‘One, two, you’re through’ and walked away,” she added.

    Wow. Can you even imagine being so rude? “Awkward” really seems to be a very mild description of Giuliana Rancic’s interview with Russell Crowe. He was completely, unacceptably rude to her.

    The Giuliana and Bill star will soon return to E!, as the next season of the show starts back up on April 1st. Fans are no doubt wondering if the couple will consider adding baby number two to their family. Will they move to Chicago permanently? One thing they definitely won’t be wondering is will Russell Crowe make a guest appearance on their show?

    Does Russell Crowe’s behavior during his interview with Giuliana Rancic surprise you? Or is this apropos for the actor?

  • Lisa Vanderpump Nervous About RHOBH Reunion

    If you’ve ever watched the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, you know it’s filled with crying, lying, backstabbing, and drama so juicy you need a towel to clean up with afterwards. If you’ve ever watched a reunion of the show, however, you know that is when s*** gets real.

    Most television shows on Bravo tape a reunion after the season is over, in which cast members come back together after they have seen the episodes. Many of the shows include “talking head interviews” in which the ladies spill and often say nasty and snarky things about their cast members, who have no idea these comments are made until the episodes are aired.

    As you can imagine, the reunions can get quite intense, as they are often filled with confrontations regarding what was said in those interviews, and this is precisely what housewife Lisa Vanderpump is worried about.

    Vanderpump has been at odds with most of the ladies this season, including ex-besties Kyle Richards and Brandi Glanville. She has also gotten into it with other cast mates with whom she previously got along with, like Yolanda Foster and Kim Richards.

    “Lisa has been trying to spin everything in anticipation of the reunion not being good for her,” stated an inside source in an interview. “She’s scared and concerned that people’s opinions of her might change. She might come out of this no longer as the queen.”

    One of the most shocking events of the season was the falling out of the Vanderpump Rules star and Brandi Glanville. The two have been partners in crime since Glanville joined the show, and Vanderpump even seemed to treat Glanville like an adopted daughter. All of that came to an end this season when Glanville revealed she felt that Vanderpump constantly manipulated her.

    Glanville also told Kyle Richards that Vanderpump encouraged her to bring tabloids that featured cheating rumors about Richards’ husband Mauricio on a girls trip to Palm Springs, just to stir things up — an accusation that Vanderpump vehemently denies.

    “I’ve been under your spell for two years,” Glanville told Vanderpump on last night’s season four finale. “Truth is, I’m stronger on my own. I don’t ever want to be on the other side of your anger. With this fight, I finally feel free. I love you, but I’m not part of your game anymore.”

    “We loved you,” replied Vanderpump.

  • Lisa Edelstein: ‘House’ Actor Stars in Bravo Series

    Lisa Edelstein–best known for her role on House–will star in a new series on Bravo. This will mark the first time the network has produced a scripted series. Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce will star Edelstein as a 40-something self-help book author who is trying to hide the fact from her readers that she is separated from her husband. The series aims to depict a new look at women recreating themselves after getting divorced–all with the help of their girlfriends.

    The Bravo series will follow Lisa Edelstein–who plays the role of Abby–as she learns to take advice from her divorced girlfriends instead of her married ones. It will follow Abby as she navigates her single life in L.A.

    Frances Berwick is the president of Bravo and Oxygen Media. She says Lisa Edelstein “owns the role” of Abby.

    In addition to Lisa Edelstein, Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce will also star Janeane Garofalo. She will play the role of a divorced entertainment lawyer. Beau Garrett plays a recent divorcee and a former model. Paul Adelstein appears in the pilot as Abby’s husband.

    Edelstein tweeted her excitement recently about signing on the dotted line for Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce.

    This news will likely raise many antennae on House fans who loved Edelstein in her role as Dr. Lisa Cuddy. They should sit on their enthusiasm for a little while yet, however, as Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce isn’t set to premiere until some time in 2015. Bravo has signed on for 13 hour long episodes thus far, so it is definitely a done deal.

    Now if only the powers that be could arrange for House star Hugh Laurie to guest star on Lisa Edelstein’s new show, then fans would be dancing in the streets. It’s probably not likely that this will happen, however, as he is off making music and has given his acting life a rest. Nonetheless Edelstein’s fans can count the months until she makes her new TV series debut.

    Will it be worth the wait?

    The outspoken reality show star NeNe Leakes has successfully shown her different dimensions by showcasing her acting chops on Glee as well as a regular spot on the well-received new comedy The New Normal, and she opened up with Dr. Oz on Thursday to get really personal about a recent health scare.

    In November, Leakes suffered a pulmonary embolism, the very same condition that rendered the pregnant Marlise Munoz brain dead. Fortunately, Leakes is still with us and fully recovered, and wishes to pay it forward by educating women of the symptoms and what actions prevent this often deadly occurrence.

    On the show, Dr. Oz warned watchers that sitting for extended periods of time can cause pulmonary embolisms; blood clots often start in the legs, and travel up to a person’s heart causing the severe reaction. Other factors such as high blood pressure, being overweight, or crossing your legs also contribute to this condition.

    During the show, Dr. Oz and Leakes discuss vegan-ism, and Leakes expressed that she is definitely is altering her diet to prevent the recurrence that she had to admit “scared her to death.”

    Dr. Oz went on to emphasize to Nene Leakes as well as to the audience the importance of supplements to prevent pulmonary embolisms such as Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin D and multivitamins.

    Nene Leakes’ testimony certainly helped those who watched, and both she and the audience left with a bounty of helpful information from Dr. Oz. His knowledge obviously impressed her,

    and her appearance touched viewers to give sentiments such as these:

  • Real Housewives Kim Zolciak Gives Birth to Twins

    The women of Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta are either going for lunch dates accompanies with mani/pedi’s or simply at each others throats. The reality show captures the intricate lives of the housewives that go from glamorous to downright vicious. Kim Zolciak of the Atlanta girls is known for her often crude, but funny behavior and extensive wig collection. But the blonde has something else to get excited about these days aside from hair extensions and that juicy Georgia drama.

    The 35-year-old welcomed two beautiful babies into the world today. Zolciak is used to playing the role of mommy with four children already at home.

    The twin babies mark her third and fourth child with football hubby, Kroy Biermann. Kroy Jr. is 2 and Kash is only 1. Zolciak also has two daughters from previous relationships, Brielle, 16 and Ariana, 12.

    It looks like things are going to stay pretty busy for this happy mommy as she cares for all of her children.

    Zolciak announced that she was pregnant earlier this year in June on the reality show. After taking several pregnancy tests, the housewife announced she was without a doubt pregnant.

    “Pregnant, pregnant, pregnant, pregnant, pregnant, pregnant,” Zolciak said on the show as she examined her plethora of tests.

  • Brandi Glanville Celebrates 41st Birthday, Housewives Noticeably Absent

    Sharpen your claws, kitty cats – a new fight could be in the making. “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Brandi Glanville celebrated her 41st birthday with fabulous food and friends, but who wasn’t there is what has people talking.

    Fellow housewife, Yolanda Foster, wife of music mogul David Foster, was supposedly invited and ready to attend, but dropped out at the last minute.

    Although this might not seem like a big deal, you may remember (or not) the two outspoken mamas recently had bad blood. You see, Glanville told Bravo producer and “Watch What Happens Live” host Andy Cohen that Foster’s marriage to her former husband Mohamed Hadid ended because of an alledged affair with “Real Housewives of Miami” cast member Joanna Krupa.

    In fact, Glanville went so far as to discuss the lurid details of the so-called affair and revealed tidbits so juicy – and vulgar – that Glanville’s friend, and castmate, Lisa Vanderpump, spoke out against the model.

    Glanville, one of the newer members of the cast, is known as much for her outspoken nature as she is for her former marriage (her ex, actor Eddie Cibrian, left her for singer LeAnn Rimes.)

  • Sheree Whitfield Leaving Real Housewives Of Atlanta, Tweets Decision

    “The Real Housewives Of Atlanta” is one of Bravo’s most popular shows, perhaps not so much because it gives a behind-the-scenes look at the lives of the rich and pampered, but because there’s always drama to be found between the women, and catfights make for good t.v.

    But that’s precisely the reason Sheree Whitfield–ex-wife of NFL player Bob Whitfield–says she’s done with the show and won’t be returning for another season.

    “After four solid seasons of helping Bravo build the show into its most successful Housewives franchise, I have decided to leave,” Whitfield told Wetpaint. “The direction the show is going in is no longer a fit for my lifestyle. I’m tired of the fighting and the cattiness.”

    But cattiness and fighting are such a huge part of reality shows, though; in fact, it’s what Bravo seems to bank on with most of it’s programming. The “Housewives” franchise has spawned several shows in different cities, and all of them have been fairly big for the channel in terms of ratings because. let’s be honest…no one tunes in to see what these women are doing in their spare time. We want snide remarks and hair-pulling! If we’re lucky we might even see a table turned over!

    The Atlanta series has been so successful–and Whitfield has been on for so long–that it’s reasonable to wonder if the show will bring in as many viewers with her gone. But not to fear, Houswife fans: we still have Kim.
