  • Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Boyfriend Nick Gordon Reportedly Under Investigation For Possible Foul Play

    Bobbi Kristina Brown’s boyfriend Nick Gordon is reportedly the focus of an investigation underway in in Georgia in Whitney Houston‘s daughter’s case.

    TMZ has reported the criminal investigation launched this week centers on possible foul play.

    Authorities reportedly told CNN that certain injuries sustained by Bobby Kristina Brown “piqued their interest.”

    “We do not know the nature of the injuries,” claimed TMZ, but they say multiple sources have said there is a history of violence between the couple.

    On Tuesday, an attorney for Bobby Brown issued a statement denying the couple were married and confirming that the family also was investigating the incident.

    “We are currently investigating the events that led to the hospitalization of Bobbi Kristina,” Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC said in the statement. “To correct earlier reports, Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon.”

    Police are said to be looking into a possible altercation that may have occurred more than an hour before Bobbi Kristina was found submerged facedown in a bathtub.

    Max Lomas, the friend who discovered Bobbi Kristina in the tub, reportedly arrived at her home around 9 a.m. on Jan. 31.

    TMZ reports that Lomas said he hung out with Nick, but Bobbi Kristina was nowhere to be found. When he asked where she was, he was told she was in the bedroom. Nick apparently then wandered away, but Lomas told the website he didn’t pay attention to his whereabouts.

    The website further claims a cable technician arrived shortly after 10 a.m. and Lomas said he let him in. When the technician said he needed access to the bedroom, that is the moment when Gordon discovered Bobbi Kristina facedown in the tub. Lomas said he screamed for Gordon, who ran in and administered CPR before first responders arrived and continued attempts to resuscitate Bobbi Kristina.

    TMZ further reports that Lomas claims Nick Gordon allegedly cleaned up the home and removed blood stains.

    Roswell Police Chief Rusty Grant told People magazine that the police are “going to follow the evidence and see where it leads us.”

    Bobbi Kristina Brown has been moved to Atlanta’s Emory University Hospital from the smaller hospital that was closer to her home.

    Bobbi Kristina is still fighting for her life with little change since she was placed in a medically induced coma.

    On Monday, Bobbi Kristina opened and closed her eyes a few times, but doctors told the family not to read too much into it.

    She also had seizures on the same day. Doctors were going to reduce the sedatives to check her brain function, but they decided to leave her in the coma for now.

    Bobby Brown released a statement asking for privacy.

    He said, “We continue to request privacy in this matter. Please allow for our family to deal with this matter and give Bobbi Kristina the love and support she needs at this time.”

    Family members told People that Bobby Brown is “inconsolable.”

    “This is his worst nightmare,” the source said.

    Friends and family are concerned that Bobbi Kristina was found in an eerily similar situation as her mother, Whitney Houston, was found almost three years ago to the day.

    “Losing Whitney was hard, but this is a million times worse,” the source says. “And to lose her in the same way would devastate him.”

    While Bobbi Kristina Brown and her father have had a rocky relationship and their family life is tense sometimes, she is still his daughter.

    “This is not the time for family feuds,” a family member said. “It doesn’t matter what happened in the past. All that matters is that everyone’s here for Krissy.”

    The family member added, “No one is holding any previous grudges.”

    The family is reportedly holding a vigil around her bed as they wait anxiously for a sign from Bobbi Kristina that she’ll pull through.

    They sing songs to her and talk to her.

    “If she’s in there somewhere, we want her to hear us,” a family member said. “We keep it positive. We tell her that God loves her, that we love her. That America is praying for her and that everyone loves her.”

    Prayers are being said through the nation for Bobbi Kristina. Will she be able to pull through?

  • Nick Gordon Deemed Bad Guy in Wake of Bobbi Kristina Brown Incident?

    Nick Gordon will likely be blamed for whatever caused Bobbi Kristina Brown to be found unresponsive in her bathtub on Saturday. At least that’s what some who are close to the situation fear.

    “He’ll be the bad guy again,” a source told People magazine.

    “Nick knew that a lot of the family weren’t fans of his; he sort of kept her away from some of her family members because he didn’t want [the family] to say bad things about him to [Bobbi Kristina]. It’s not exactly his fault,” the source added.

    The source–who is said to be a member of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s family–says Nick Gordon didn’t get along with many members of the late Whitney Houston’s family. Whitney’s mom and Bobbi Kristina’s grandmother, Cissy Houston, is among those he didn’t get along with.

    “Everyone had a preconceived notion about him, and it wasn’t always fair. But he didn’t do himself any favors. He was disrespectful a lot of the time, always ‘f’ this and ‘f’ that, using language that Cissy didn’t approve of. To her face. If there’s one thing that Cissy doesn’t stand for, it’s people who swear in front of her,” the source explained.

    Nick Gordon and Bobbi Kristina Brown had what some are calling a ‘rather unconventional’ relationship. Raised very much like a brother and sister (Whitney Houston raised Nick Gordon like her own, but never adopted him), many found it peculiar when the two fell in love. They went public with their relationship shortly after Whitney Houston died in 2012, and got married in January of 2014.

    The source feared that when word hit the media of the police doing a drug sweep of Bobbi Kristina and Nick’s home, that he would be blamed right away.

    “I don’t want to blame Nick for any drug use, because that’s not fair. Bobby Brown was blamed for Whitney’s drug use, and that always bothered him. She was a grown woman who made her own choices,” the source said. “Krissy makes her own choices, too. No one influences her to do anything she doesn’t want to do; she’s stubborn just like both of her parents. Nick may not be the best influence on her, but she makes her own choices.”

    “She said, ‘I know how my mother died, and I’ve learned from her mistakes,’ ” the source recalls Bobbi Kristina saying. “She seemed very adamant.”

    Do you expect Nick Gordon will be blamed for whatever happened to Bobbi Kristina Brown? Hopefully she can one day speak for herself and explain the situation, although current reports on her condition vary.

    Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unresponsive in the bathtub inside her Georgia home on Saturday, and for the first time since word of the situation hit the media, her father, Bobby Brown, is speaking out. Bobbi Kristina is the daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston. Houston died just under three years ago. She was found unresponsive in a bathtub in the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills.

    Bobby Brown reportedly rushed to his daughter’s side once learning of the frightening situation. He issued a statement on Sunday.

    “Privacy is requested in this matter,” Bobby said in a statement to E! News. “Please allow for my family to deal with this matter and give my daughter the love and support she needs at this time.”

    “The report that Bobbi Kristina Brown has been taken to the hospital in Atlanta, Georgia is accurate,” Brown’s lawyer added. “No additional information will be forthcoming.”

    Bobbi Kristina’s condition is a bit unclear. Some media outlets have reported that she is in a medically induced coma, while others are listing her condition as stable.

    Nick Gordon, who was raised by Whitney Houston, and now is married to Bobbi Kristina Brown, found his wife in the bathtub on Saturday. A friend was there as well. Gordon is said to have started CPR, which was taken over by paramedics when they arrived on the scene.

    Hopefully the next statement Bobby Brown issues will have more concrete–as well as more positive–information about his daughter. It will also be interesting to learn if Cissy Houston, Whitney Houston’s mom and Bobbi Kristina’s grandmother, is at the hospital with the family members, too.

    Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, is reportedly in stable condition on Sunday after being found unresponsive in a bathtub on Saturday morning.

    According to People Magazine, Brown was discovered at her home by her husband Nick Gordon, who immediately began lifesaving procedures and phoned for help. While it’s not clear what caused the incident, a source says that Bobbi has struggled since her mother’s death. Houston was found in a hotel bathtub in 2012, having accidentally drowned with heart disease and cocaine as contributing factors.

    “It’s been a difficult time for Bobbi Kristina, who’s struggled in the years after her mother’s death. She has been vacillating between extremes for a while now and is fighting grief and demons of her own creation. The loss of her mom and her intense craving for attention of any sort are just the tip of her mountain of issues,” the source said.

    Bobbi Kristina was reportedly put into a medically-induced coma as soon as she was brought to the hospital to protect her brain from injury, but her cousin, Jerod Brown, told Sky News on Saturday that the family was hoping for a speedy recovery as she continued to improve.

    “She’s pretty good right now, she’s around family. What I do want to say is thanks for all the prayers and support that the fans have been showing Bobbi Kristina. We’re just praying for a speedy recovery, that’s it,” Brown said.

    One of the last things Bobbi Kristina posted on Twitter was about how difficult it is for a Pisces to accept things.

    A friend of the family told People that Bobbi Kristina had admitted to using drugs in the past but was aware of what had happened to her mother and was intent on not making the same choices.

    “The last time I talked to her was before Halloween, and I said, ‘You know that we’re worried about you. I hope you’re not using.’ And she said, ‘I know how my mother died, and I’ve learned from her mistakes,’” the source said.

    Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only child of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, is reportedly in a medically-induced coma after she was found facedown and unresponsive Saturday in the bathtub of her Roswell, Georgia, home.

    Bobbi Kristina was rushed to the hospital and has been placed in a medically-induced coma to protect her brain as she fights for her life.

    On everyone’s mind is what could have happened to Bobbi Kristina. The déjà vu sense of Bobbi Kristina’s husband finding her facedown in the tub — exactly in the the same manner in which her mother was discovered at her death — is disturbing.

    It’s no secret the 21-year-old has faced some of the same demons as her mother and her father, Bobby Brown, after the devastating death of her mother, nearly three years ago on Feb. 11, 2012.

    “Bobbi Kristina will be the first person to say that she has used in the past, and that she dealt with a lot of pressure from growing up in the spotlight. You’ve seen the pictures on the Internet, so you know,” a source close to the family told People magazine. “But as of five months ago, she swore up and down that she wasn’t using, and she seemed very adamant.”

    According to the friend, Bobbi Kristina was well aware that she struggled with many of the same addictions as her mother.

    “The last time I talked to her was before Halloween, and I said, ‘You know that we’re worried about you. I hope you’re not using.’ And she said, ‘I know how my mother died, and I’ve learned from her mistakes.’”

    Bobbi Kristina’s grandmother, Cissy Houston, has addressed the negative impact her daughter’s death has had on her granddaughter.

    “Of course I worry about her,” said Cissy. “It doesn’t mean that she is going to follow her [mother’s] same path. She could but anybody could. I don’t want to jinx her. I’m trying to make sure she doesn’t.”

    In March 2014, Bobbi Kristina came under scrutiny once again for her emaciated appearance, but she fought back on Twitter.

    This past July, a photo appeared on her Instagram account showing her allegedly smoking pot out of a bong. Once again, she denied the photo was hers on Twitter.

    The irony of how she was discovered by husband Nick Gordon seems all the more questionable when reading a tweet Bobbi Kristina posted this week.

    Investigators continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.

    It’s a sad and frightening situation for the Brown, Gordon and Houston families and everyone is hoping Bobbi Kristina pulls through and can find some peace in her heart and life.

    Bobbi Kristina, the 21-year old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, found herself in the middle of some controversy on Monday when a photo that reportedly shows her taking a hit from a bong was posted to her Instagram account. The picture was given a lengthy caption describing how the image was old but is still relevant to her life while she’s dealing with some personal issues.

    “This picture may be inappropriate but I want to make a connection with you all. Don’t worry this picture isn’t recent just hear me out. Do you know what I feel? I feel strange I can’t feel any pain anymore. I don’t take any drugs as of recently. People kinda expect more from me. But I can’t. I have lost my sense. It just happened. Then here we go again I’m in the same pain. I’m hurt. I’m trying to. I really do. But I know that I’m hurt and in pain but I can feel it but I don’t know what it is,” read the caption.

    However, Bobbi took to Twitter to clear her name, saying her account was hacked and that the image didn’t come from her.

    The photo was particularly shocking to many because drugs were thought to be a factor in Whitney Houston’s death in 2012, although the official cause was drowning. Bobbi Kristina’s fans are worried because of posts to her official Twitter account before the Instagram photo appeared which seem to indicate she’s going through a hard time.

    Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina is not happy about the Lifetime biopic about her late mother.

    Angela Bassett, who worked with Houston in the 1995 movie Waiting To Exhale, is making her directorial debut for the late singer’s biopic. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Bassett said that she never thought of casting Bobbi Kristina for several reasons. “One being that she’s not an actress. I know she’s acted here and there. I know she’s been on their family’s reality show, but she’s not an actress and acting is a craft,” she said.

    The 21-year-old Bobbi Kristina took to Twitter to show her anger towards Bassett’s statement. “When I win my first Grammy or Oscar, *Shrugs* hmm whichever comes1st, I’ll be sure 2shout URname out bitch! hahUrTestResults=MALE. Lmao,” she tweeted. Reports also stated that Bobbi Kristina called Bassett a “bassketcase.” Bobbi Kristina deleted the tweet from her account.

    America’s Next Top Model alum Yaya DaCosta is set to play Houston’s role. DaCosta has been working as an actress since she was a child and she also had recurring roles in Ugly Betty and All My Children.

    Bassett also said that the biopic will attempt to shed light on the “complexities of human behavior and life.” However, they have a very tight schedule and they only have 21 days to tell the entire story. Bassett explained that it’s not merely about memorizing lines. “You have to drive the story – there’s a technical aspect.”

    Whitney Houston’s family thinks the biopic is ‘cheap’.

    Sources said that Nina Terrero, who conducted the interview with Bassett, said that the 55-year-old actress said her comments about Bobbi Kristina “without a hint of malice.” She also said that Bassett is a sweet woman and an established actress who “has everything to lose” with the Houston biopic.

    Bassett has not commented on Bobbi Kristina’s outburst and even shared the interview to her followers on Twitter.

    A lot of people like to voice their frustrations on Twitter, and Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina, is no different.

    Bobbi was upset because she was not chosen to play the role of her mother in the upcoming Lifetime biopic. Yaya DaCosta was chosen for the role instead.

    Angela Bassett, who chose the cast, said that it was nothing personal and that she had a few very good reasons why she didn’t choose Bobbi for the role.

    “I did not think about casting [Bobbi],” she said. “One [reason] being that she’s not an actress. I know she’s acted here and there. I know she’s been on their family’s reality show, but she’s not an actress and acting is a craft. It’s an attempt to illuminate the complexities of human behavior and life … It’s more than just saying lines and turning the light on.”

    The explanation wasn’t good enough for Bobbi and she lashed out at Basset on Twitter.

    Bobbi later apologized for the tweet and said that she had made a mistake and was a big enough person to admit it. She also claimed that she never wanted to play the role of her mother in the biopic, and was upset with Basset for other reasons concerning the movie.

    Basset is an actress herself and played Tina Turner in the biopic What’s Love Got to Do with It.

    The Whitney Houston biopic will be her directorial debut.

    Bobbi Kristina Brown and husband, Nick Gordon, are lashing out after fans reacted to Bobbi Kristina’s super skinny frame.

    Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown‘s daughter shared pictures of herself on vacation over the weekend in an ity-bity-black bikini.

    Her husband Nick Gordon posted a pic of the 21-year-old newlywed with the caption, “I gotta bad b––––.”

    When the Twitterverse and the media began commenting that she was too skinny, the duo lashed out with Tweets of their own.

    “My baby is perfect the way she is,” Gordon Tweeted on Tuesday, peppered with a few choice profanities. “And for the record she was made that way why change I know she is beautiful.”

    Bobbi Kristina joined her husband on Twitter in her own defense, saying she was built just like her famous mom.

    “I am my mothers child! Have you ever heard of a #fastmetabolism ?” she wrote. “Damn, lol, it’s incredible how the world will judge you 4ANY&EVERYthing.”

    Criticism is not something new to the newlyweds. They caused a stir when they married in January.

    Brown and Gordon were raised as brother and sister when Houston took Gordon into her home at the age of 12, so when they announced their engagement, it created another brouhaha from the media.

    As reported by People, Bobbi said her marriage to Gordon had the blessing of her grandmother Cissy Houston and said Whitney wanted them to be together.

    “I would tear up, this is exactly what she wanted, us together,” said Brown.

    However, other reports said that Cissy was furious over their relationship.

    Apparently, Cissy told a close friend, “What they’re doing is incestuous.”

    “Krissy has told her grandmother that she doesn’t need her blessing to marry Nick, and the more Cissy objects to the relationship, well that only cements Krissy’s decision,” Star magazine reported a source as saying at the time.

    19-year-old Bobbi Kristina was spotted smooching and holding hands with 22-year-old Nick Gordon; it is rumored that the two are engaged and living together. Gordan was raised by Whitney Houston since he was 12 years old. The pair grew up as brother and sister, but Gordon was never formally adopted.

    Bobbi Kristina has been through a lot since her mother died; she has been hospitalized twice in the past month for anxiety and other reports claim that she received care after combining alcohol and prescription drugs.

    Following her hospitalization, Bobby Brown released a statement obtained by OnTheRedCarpet.com which read, “My daughter Bobbi Kristina is doing much better. We continue to provide love and support to Bobbi Kristina. She is dealing with the tragedy of her mother’s death and would prefer to do it outside of the public eye. I ask again that our privacy be respected.”

    ABC News reported on Wednesday that Gordon said he and Bobbi Kristina were not dating, “We’re just close — just going through her mom’s passing and grieving together.” He went on to say that Whitney considered him her Godson.

    Gordon reportedly talked about his relationship with Bobbi Kristina Brown on his Twitter page, however, the account has been stripped of nearly all of its Tweets.

    But a family friend of the Houston’s said, “Yes, they are engaged, but the family is trying to coax her away from it.”

    The couple supposedly became engaged on March 10th.

    Cissy Houston, Bobbi Kristina’s maternal grandmother, is furious about the relationship, according to TMZ she thinks, “What they’re doing is incestuous.” In fact she is so mad that she is taking steps to evict Gordan from Whitney’s Estate.

    Oprah Winfrey’s interview with Whitney Houston’s daughter (Bobbi Kristina), brother (Gary Houston), and sister-in-law and manger (Patricia Houston) on Sunday set an OWN record with over 3.5 million viewers. Winfrey’s new Own primetime series, Oprah’s Next Chapter, capitalized on Whitney’s demise and how the people closest to her wished her to be remembered. Prior to this exclusive interview, OWN’s 14-month run has never been able to capture so many viewers.

    Bobbi Kristina shared that she treasured the relationship that she had with her mother and said that her favorite memories of her mother were when she was on stage performing. Bobbi plans to carry on her mother’s legacy through song and says her mother has prepared her to rise as a star. While her mother has passed away, Bobbi admitted to feeling her mother’s spirit “pass through her” and she even feels that Whitney is trying to communicate with her.

    The interview also showed a powerful clip of Kevin Costner speaking at Whitney’s memorial about her fragile self-esteem. He said she always wondered if she was pretty or good enough, and while this helped her push through in the industry, he cited her insecurity as the reason for her final stumble. Bobbi also shared moments where her mother had exhibited a lack of confidence.

    Her family said that Whitney took it really hard when her voice began to weaken and she became depressed. Patricia said the siren started to make excuses for not being able to hit the high notes and really struggled with her emotions.

    Whitney’s family did not point a finger at ex-hubby Bobby Brown, despite the physical, verbal, and emotional abuse that was evident in their relationship. Apparently Bobbi and her father have a decent relationship and he has been reaching out to her throughout the mourning process.

    The family denied rumors that they had asked Bobby to not attend the service; in fact they say that he “was supposed to be there.” But Bobby was not present during the memorial; he visited the lifeless Whitney before the service began.

    The family was more appalled by a photo of Whitney dead in her coffin that was leaked and published by a tabloid. Her brother said that the act was plain “evil.”

    While Whitney’s family is saddened, they say Whitney’s mother is taking it the hardest. Her mother refused to comment and seemed to be in desperate need of closure. What is most haunting is that Gary said their mother predicted that Whitney would die young and become an angel.

    I am sure that more details about Whitney’s death and estranged dynamic with Bobby will unravel over the next few months.
