  • Demi Lovato Plays Coy About Being Bisexual, Performs New Single On ‘Alan Carr: Chatty Man’

    Former Disney child Demi Lovato has been rumored to be bisexual after she discussed her newest track in a recent interview.

    Lovato sat for an interview on England’s famous late-night talk show Alan Carr: Chatty Man to promote her latest single “Cool for the Summer.” She talked about the meaning behind the lyrics of the song, which turned out to be about experimenting in relationships with both men and women.

    The host directly asked the singer if the song is referring to lesbianism, to which she responded: “I’m not confirming and I’m definitely not denying…”

    Carr, threw another hot question to the 23-year-old singer: “Have you ever gone cool for the summer yourself?”

    Lovato answered the question in her roundabout way: “All of my songs are based on personal experiences. I don’t think there is anything wrong with experimentation at all.”

    The singer’s sexuality had been questioned in the past. In fact, Orange is the New Black actress Ruby Rose stated in a previous interview, that she once had a fling with Lovato.

    After the interview, the “Cool for the Summer” singer rocked the Alan Carr: Chatty Man studio with her rendition of her new track. She wore an edgy, tight-fitting black dress with slashes on the thigh.

    Lovato, who battled depression as well as self-harm and eating disorders in the past claims her newest album shows that she has become a more confident person after all those years.

    “I think there was something very liberating over this past year when I really honestly stopped caring,” she opened up.

    Now that she has gained more faith in herself, Lovato said she has become more comfortable in her own skin and the negative comments do not affect her as much as before.

    Miley Cyrus turned heads with her Paper magazine cover last week, but in a very different way than Kim Kardashian did when she shot the cover for the same magazine.

    While Kim Kardashian was nude and oiled up, Miley Cyrus decided to go for a more, shall we say, unique look. Her nudity, body paint and dyed pubic hair stood in stark contrast to Kardashian’s throwback approach to elegance combined with shock.

    When Kardashian posed nude for Paper, Piers Morgan came out to defend her as an icon of progress. Miley Cyrus posed with a pig.

    But it was Miley’s admission of being bisexual — or pansexual, as some would term it — that turned heads.

    “I am literally open to every single thing that is consenting and doesn’t involve an animal and everyone is of age,” Miley Cyrus said in the interview that accompanies the shoot. “Everything that’s legal, I’m down with. Yo, I’m down with any adult — anyone over the age of 18 who is down to love me,” she says. “I don’t relate to being boy or girl, and I don’t have to have my partner relate to boy or girl.”

    When pressed for more elaboration on that point by Time Magazine, Miley said that it is just an attitude she carries.

    “I’m just equal. I’m just even,” Miley explained. “It has nothing to do with any parts of me or how I dress or how I look. It’s literally just how I feel,”

    She says that she was open to bi-curious girls she knew growing up.

    “They all wanted to experiment. I was always the one,” Cyrus says.

    Her identification as not pinning an identification may flummox some, but Miley Cyrus is not swayed.

    “People try to make everyone something,” Cyrus says. “You can just be whatever you want to be.”

    As for how the public might respond to it, Miley gave up worrying about that when she left Hannah Montana behind.

    “Someone said the other day to me, ‘Should you ask your advisor?’” she says. “I’m like, ‘If I have an advisor, they should have been fired two years ago.’”

  • Miley Cyrus At 14 Confronts Mom, Tish, About Sexuality

    The 22-year-old “Wrecking Ball” hit singer, Miley Cyrus, recently laid down a revelation in an interview with Paper Magazine. She stated that she came out as bisexual to her mom, Tish Cyrus, when she was 14.

    “I remember telling (my mom) I admire women in a different way.” Miley explained.

    Albeit it was years ago when the singer opened up to Tish, the magazine decided to keep the story.

    Miley was only 14 during that time and was still working on the TV series Hannah Montana.  Her family didn’t think it was a good idea to share the news with the public.

    In line with her daring nude photos in Paper Magazine,  Miley further exposed herself with confessions of her bisexuality.

    “I don’t relate to being boy or girl, and I don’t have to have my partner relate to boy or girl.” Miley explained clarifying her sexual preference.

    Miley recalled that the confrontation with her mother Tish didn’t go very smoothly. The famous singer admitted that her mom had a hard time understanding the situation. But in the end, Tish accepted Miley for who she really is.

    “She didn’t want me to be judged and she didn’t want me to go to hell. But she believes in me more than she believes in any god. I just asked for her to accept me. And she has.” said Miley.

    Tish and her husband, Billy Ray Cyrus, have both shown solid support for their daughter. Despite the fact that Miley frankly described them as “conservative-ass motherf**kers”, she was still lucky to gain their acceptance.

    Miley is known for dating hot celebrity men like Liam Hemsworth and Patrick Schwarzenegger. It was only after her revelation that her fans found out she had been with women too.

    Miley’s life is now an open book. Tish Cyrus has been an understanding mom for embracing every chapter of her daughter’s journey.

  • Amber Heard, Johnny Depp: Marriage in Trouble

    Amber Heard and Johnny Depp may have gotten married in Paradise–a.k.a. his private island in the Bahamas–back in February, but there seems to be trouble in that Paradise now–just a couple of months later.

    Page Six describes that ‘trouble’ as possibly coming in the form of photographer Io Tillett Wright.

    Wright is an activist in the gay and lesbian community. She produced the notable project “Self Evident Truths,” which includes portraits of more than 2,000 subjects who identify themselves as “anything other than straight.” Johnny Depp and the openly bisexual Amber Heard are already experiencing “problems” in their marriage, in part due to Amber Heard’s friendship with the photographer.

    Wright and Amber Heard became close friends back in 2012, and at one point Wright even lived in Johnny Depp’s guest house.

    A source said tells Page Six that Johnny Depp “doesn’t like Io” and believed Amber Heard and Wright “were spending too much time together for it to be comfortable.”

    Wright eventually left Johnny Depp’s guest house.

    Just a few days ago, Io posted a photo of herself with Amber Heard, to her Instagram account.

    “I am so proud of my dear friend Amber Heard, for her performances, for defying stereotype, and for being a strong, out bisexual woman in a world that wants her to pick a team. It’s a big week for this birthday girl, and I’m so grateful to call her my family,” she captioned the photo.

  • Cara Delevingne and Kendall Jenner: A Couple?

    Are Cara Delevingne and Kendall Jenner a couple? Rumor has it the two are dating. The girls–both fashion models (Kendall also stars in Keeping Up With the Kardashians) were together at a New York City bar–and seemed to really be–well, together–the touchy-feely kind of together that people who are intimate engage in.

    “They came into the bar around closing time with bodyguards and did not drink,” a source said. “It was apparent that they had just finished a show because their makeup was over-the-top. I couldn’t take my eyes off of them because they were practically sitting on top of each other!”

    The source went on to say that Cara Delevingne “had her hand on Kendall’s inner thigh almost the entire time. They looked to be very much a couple.”

    This isn’t the first time that speculation over the type of relationship the two girls share has arisen. They caused a little stir at the British Fashion awards in London, too, when they arrived hand-in-hand.

    The icing on the cake is the photo of both Kendall Jenner and Cara Delevingne that appears on the cover of Love magazine.

    Cara Delevingne is said to be openly bisexual. Is Kendall Jenner, too?

    A source believes that may just be the case.

    “Cara is at the top of the game in the industry,” the source says.“That girl can get whatever she wants and can turn the even the straightest woman in the world gay for a night.”

  • Mel B: I Was With a Woman for Four Years

    Last year, former Spice Girl Mel B made headlines when she revealed that she had, at one time or another, kissed not one or two but all of her fellow Spice Girls.

    “They’re my homies,” she told shock jock Howard Stern. “I had gotten my tongue pierced and I wanted to try it out. So I kissed them all!”

    Back then, Stern jokingly asked Mel B if she considered herself a role model for gays and lesbians. Scary Spice pulled the plug on the interview. It was written up as a legitimately angry walkout, but in hindsight, it was probably a joke.

    Now Mel B is revealing more ab out her love life, and it involves ladies again.

    In a recent interview with The Guardian, Mel opened up about a past relationship.

    “People call me lesbian, bisexual or heterosexual, but I know who’s in my bed and that’s it… I have a huge libido and a great sex life,” she confirmed.

    But was Stern on to something? Is she bisexual?

    “Well, I did have a four-year relationship with a woman,” she said. “But I’ve been very happily married for seven years to a penis. Ha ha! An amazing guy.”

    In another twist to the tale, E! Online reports that the woman with whom Mel B had this four-year run was a fellow school mom. The woman’s saughter went to the same school as Mel’s daughter.

  • Russell Brand Gets Candid About His Sexuality

    Russell Brand is anything but shy. And when it comes to sexuality, he is anything but demure. He famously went to rehab for sex addiction. The list of women he has been with is long and star-studded, including: Kate Moss, Courtney Love, Holly Madison, Katie Perry, Gerri Halliwell, and many others.

    But is Russell Brand bisexual?

    Back in 2002, Brand was involved in a stunt for his show RE: Brand. On the show, he took a bath with a homeless man, stayed with a prostitute and her family, and masturbated a man in a pub toilet.

    “I w***ed off a man in a toilet,” Brand later elaborated about the incident. “I thought, ‘I think of myself as heterosexual but perhaps that’s ’cause of the environment that I grew up in where homosexuality may have been difficult for me to express.”

    Brand remembers the event not being his cup of tea.

    “I trawled around Soho… going [to] various gay bars, gay gyms trying to pick people up with a film crew… So we goes to the lavvy (restroom) – me, [a man who agreed to the act], the director – and… it was not nice.”

    Brand further recounts how he also dropped his trousers during the act, which was filmed by a director standing nearby.

    So how does Brand identify sexually after an experience like that?

    Recently Absolute Radio’s Geoff Lloyd interviewed Brand. Lloyd gave him a hug and jokingly leaned in for a kiss.

    “Oh, Geoff, I wish I was bisexual,” Brand said. “That’s one of the things about me where I’ve got a very traditional moral code. I’m tedious with my heterosexuality.”

    Brand is currently single, but isn’t down about it.

    “I’m single,” he said. “Well, you’ve got to go into relationships with the right attitude. All relationships, I’m always positive about them.”

  • Google Autocomplete No Longer Excludes “Bisexual”

    There are thousands of words that Google has “blacklisted,” meaning they won’t trigger any suggestions within Google’s autocomplete feature. If you don’t quite understand what I’m talking about, head on over to Google and type in “football.” Before your fingers even hit the letter “t,” there’s a good chance that “football” or “football score” or something similar is dropped down as a suggestion.

    Now search for “porn.” Nothing, right?

    In some instances, Google does this to protect copyright. For instance, searchers of the word “torrent” will find a dearth of autocomplete suggestions. Just recently, Google added The Pirate Bay to its list of blacklisted search terms for autocomplete. In some cases, words like “amateur,” “porn,” “boobs,” and other related terms are blacklisted to…really I don’t know. To protect Google users from *gasp* pornography, I guess.

    One of the words that failed to produce any autocomplete suggestions was “bisexual.” Notice the past tense here. That’s because a bisexual advocacy group is claiming to have won the battle and gotten “bisexual” off the blacklist.

    “Since late 2009, Google has had “bisexual” on a list of banned words; such words were de-prioritized by the Google search algorithm, leading to a drop in search rankings for all bisexual organizations and community resources. Since its search engine would not auto-suggest or auto-complete any term with the word “bisexual”, Google made it harder for any user to find bisexual content, whether that be on coming out as bisexual or finding local support groups across the United States and elsewhere.” explains BiNet, a longtime bisexual advocacy organization.

    They are claiming victory in an effort to change that. The group’s head, Faith Cheltenham, had this to say on her personal blog:

    Google search results WILL vary by user, one user has already reported seeing “bisexual” when typing in “bi” while other users don’t even see “bisexual quotes” when typing in “bisexual q”. The block was lifted on August 21st as far as some VERY DEDICATED volunteers can tell. It was on that date that “bisexual q” started producing “bisexual quotes”. Just a few weeks later, I get these results when typing in “bisexual q”.

    For me, typing “bise” produces a suggestion for “bisexual quotes.” I’m not seeing any other suggestions for “bisexual” on its own or anything else, however – but Google’s instant suggestions are different for everybody.

    What’s particularly odd about this is that for years, Google didn’t block autocomplete results for words like “heterosexual,” “homosexual,” “asexual,” and even “trisexual.”

    “We thank Google for making the right call here and for acting as a responsive corporate citizen committed to dignity and equality,” said Kate Kendell, Director of the National Center for Lesbian Rights.

    It’s important to note that Google has always been one of the most vocal companies in their support of LGBT rights.

  • Gillian Anderson Reveals that She is Bisexual

    In a recent interview with Out magazine, Gillian Anderson disclosed that she had intimate relationships with women. She started rebelling and having bi-sexual relations after moving from England to America. She said she indulged in other relationships that seemed mostly designed to shock people.

    Her dabbling includes a long-term relationship with another female while she was in high school. She went on to explain that she wasn’t a conformist as a kid: Her high school class voted her “Most Bizarre” and “Most Likely to Be Arrested.”

    Anderson says she has had more relationships with men than women and told Out, “If I had thought I was 100 percent gay, would it have been a different experience for me? “Would it have been a bigger deal if shame had been attached to it and all those things that become huge life-altering issues for youngsters in that situation? It’s possible that my attitude around it came, on some level, from knowing that I still liked boys.”

    Anderson has been divorced twice and has a 17-year-old daughter from her first marriage to producer Julian Ozanne. She has two young sons with her current partner.
