Justin Bieber: More Charges On The Way

Justin Bieber has managed to go a few weeks without getting into any trouble. He also dodged a charge for theft when a woman claimed that he took her phone from her purse when he caught her taking photos of him.

Bieber is still waiting on his charges from an incident that occurred a few months ago when Bieber was accused of egging his neighbor’s home along with some of his friends.

The prosecutor is expected to bring the charges against Bieber sometime next week. Bieber’s attorneys are claiming that Bieber and his friends were just playing a harmless prank on the neighbors and were not trying to harm them or their property.

Although Bieber could face felony charges, his attorneys are hoping that the judge will drop the charges to misdemeanors instead.

Bieber no longer lives at the property and has since moved and sold the home to Khloe Kardashian.

Bieber has been on his best behavior lately and has attempted to get back with his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez.

Unfortunately, trouble seems to follow the young singer and on top of everything else that he has been through and is going through, he is also being sued by a man who claims Bieber hit him with his car a year ago.

The man claims that he was badly injured and may never recover and that his hospital bills are overwhelming him. His injuries include lacerations, hematomas, deep abrasions on his left knee and leg and deep venous thrombosis.

Bieber was investigated for the hit-and-run at the time it occurred, but was cleared. Details about the lawsuit were not available.

Do you think the man was really hurt as badly as he claims and how do you think Bieber is handling the stress of all his court dates and charges?

  • Justin Bieber: Court Date Set, Deposition Released

Things just keep getting worse for Justin Bieber and his fall from grace has been a hard one. Just a year ago Justin Bieber was a teen heartthrob, idol and young singer with a lot of potential. As fame went to his head a new side of Bieber emerged and he began to get into trouble with the law. His problems seemed to be getting progressively worse until he was arrested for driving under the influence and street racing in Miami, Florida.

Bieber will go to court for the driving under the influence charge on May 5, 2014 and has pleaded not guilty. Since it is his first DUI offense, most people thought he would get a plea deal, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. According to Bieber’s attorney Roy Black, there was no plea deal on the table and none had been rejected.

“All we’re going to say is, we’re going to prepare for a trial and that Mr. Bieber has pleaded not guilty,” Black said.

While the young singer may be relieved to have the court date so soon and get it all behind him, recent video clips of a deposition he gave that is related to another case were released last week and show Bieber acting like a spoiled brat.

The deposition was given for the case pertaining to a lawsuit filed by a photographer who claims he was roughed up and threatened by one of the singer’s bodyguards.

During the deposition clips, Bieber cusses at a court reporter for asking him to talk a little louder so she could hear better. Bieber seemed agitated and even bored throughout the videos and can be seen rolling his eyes and even falling asleep at one point. When he is asked questions about his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez, Bieber gets even more angry and even leaves the room.

His bad attitude made it almost impossible for either side to make progress and as a result, the deposition took over 4 hours to complete.

If Bieber is not able to clean up his act and lose his bad attitude, he may find himself losing fans and getting into more trouble with the law. Perhaps he is just stressed out about his May court date or maybe he really is just a spoiled celebrity.

  • Justin Bieber’s Limo Searched: Pot, Pipes Found

Justin Bieber almost found himself in trouble with the law again, but this time he was not arrested. Bieber and his friends were having some fun in Georgia Tuesday night, but their good time got cut short when Bieber’s limo was searched by police.

The police noticed a camera inside the limo that had been reported stolen earlier in the evening by a reporter. They proceeded to search the vehicle and found illegal drugs and paraphernalia. The amount of pot found inside the limo was small, and the police decided not to press drug charges on Bieber or any of his party pals.

“Less than an ounce of suspected marijuana and two large glass smoking pipes containing suspected marijuana residue were found inside the vehicle,” the investigation report by a Sandy Springs, Georgia, police officer said. “Due to the small amount, no charges were filed related to the marijuana.”

Bieber’s bodyguard, Hugo Hesny, was arrested on a felony theft charge. The camera that Hensy has been accused of stealing belonged to Jason Winslow, a Miami-based photographer who sells his images through the Splash photo agency. Winslow admitted to following Bieber and waiting for him outside a family fun center in Georgia.

When Bieber and his friends exited the center, Winslow began taking pictures and Hesny asked him to stop. When Winslow refused to stop, Bieber, Hesny and the rest of the crew chased him down. Once Winslow stopped, Hesny took the camera and put it inside the limo.

Hesny admitted to police that he had chased Winslow and taken his camera but claimed that he did not plan to keep it and was going to delete the photos and return it to him. The driver of the limo was also arrested.

Bieber and his friends didn’t let the arrests of the bodyguard and driver get them down or stop them from having fun in Georgia. Bieber continued to enjoy some attractions and even posted photos on his Instagram account the day after the arrests. Hopefully Bieber can stay out of trouble while in Georgia, but with his 20th birthday coming up, it just might not be possible.

What do you think of Bieber’s latest run-ins with the law?

  • Justin Bieber’s Arrest A Sign Of Bad Things To Come?

It seems like Justin Bieber is headed down the wrong path. He has been in trouble with the law several times this month and now he has been arrested for drinking under the influence and street racing. Is Justin just feeling rebellious lately or are his actions and recent arrest a sign of more bad things to come for the young singer?

For many young celebrities, legal issues are only the beginning. Former Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes was arrested for numerous things, including setting a fire, throwing a bong out a window, drug possession and two hit and runs. Other young stars like Lindsay Lohan have had similar run-ins with the law, including DUI’s and drug possession charges.

Being a young celebrity can be demanding and while some are better at hiding their problems than others, eventually it all comes out. Child star Demi Lovato seemed to have her life together but recently finished a stint in rehab and admitted to being addicted to drugs and alcohol. While Demi Lovato doesn’t have an arrest record, she may have been one of the lucky ones who got help before she went to jail.

Justin has been acting out a lot lately. Aside from his recent DUI arrest in Miami, Justin has also been in trouble with the law in his own city. He was recently accused of egging his neighbors home. When police searched Justin’s home for evidence, they claimed to have found drugs in plain sight. One of Justin’s friends was arrested for suspicion of possession. If Justin is found guilty of the egging, he could be charged with felony vandalism.

Justin has been accused of several other bad behaviors as well, but has not been charged for them. He allegedly kicked a photographer and spit in his neighbors face. He is also being sued by his previous bodyguard who claims that Justin abused him verbally and physically.

Could Justin be crying out for help or is he just a spoiled celebrity that thinks he can do whatever he wants? It’s safe to say that if he continues down the path he is on, he will likely be doing his own stint in rehab in the near future or dealing with more severe problems.

Do you think Justin needs help or is he just being a spoiled brat?

  • Miley Cyrus is Justin Bieber’s Mentor

It’s news you never get tired about hearing, whether it’s displayed in the impulse buyers section on the magazine rack at a grocery store, or it’s your Facebook feed; America’s sweet hearts are Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus.  The child stars are buddies, and since Cyrus has been in the industry longer, she consoles Bieber in a business where the wild public degrades you for your behavior, and you never get a moment of privacy.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone Cyrus revealed that she provides some sage wisdom and peace of mind for Bieber.

“I’m not much older than him, so I never want it to feel like I’m mentoring him,” Cyrus said. “But I do mentor him in a way. Because I’ve been doing this for a long time, and I already transitioned, and I don’t think he’s quite done it yet.”

Though Cyrus doesn’t often hang out Bieber, with whom she describes as a “Baby” singer, she still deeply respects the artist and cares for him. Back in May during the Billboard Awards 2013, Bieber faced a wave of boos as he thanked Jesus Christ.

“He’s trying really hard,” Cyrus said. “People don’t take him seriously, but he really can play the drums, he really can play guitar, he really can sing.”

“I just don’t want to see him fuck that up, to where people think he’s Vanilla Ice. I tell him that. Like, ‘You don’t want to become a joke. When you go out, don’t start shit. Don’t come in shirtless.’”

Both celebrities have had a rough year. Bieber has a long list of controversies surrounding him; late last year a convict named Dana Martin hatched a plan to cut off the Bieb’s balls. On every Facebook feed and electronic device with a screen on it, 20-year old Cyrus twerked her buttocks against the sexist crotch of 36-year old Robin Thicke, then proceeded to film a music video where she’s riding naked on a wrecking ball.

“I think boys are, like, seven years behind. So in his head, he’s really, like, 12.”

And she might actually be right, Elite Daily reported that men don’t really mature until they’re around 32 or so.

  • Carly Rae Jepsen: Media Is “Brutal” With Bieber

Carly Rae Jepsen sat down for an interview with Billboard recently, and along with talking about her new album, she dove a bit into the way the media treats her buddy Justin Bieber.

Bieber had a hand in discovering Jepsen and she’s now signed to his manager Scooter Braun’s label, School Boy Records. Jepsen says she’s been so busy with her new project that she doesn’t keep up with all the drama surrounding the pop star, but she does think the media hypes things up a little.

“I actually am so out of the loop on any of that, to be honest,” she said. “People are constantly, like, ‘Is Justin OK?’ I’ve not really noticed any of that. I feel like Justin’s a guy who’s working hard every day, and I think the media can sometimes be a little brutal with stuff and over-exaggerate things. But I stand by him. I support him. I think he’s a good guy, and he’s doing the best he can.”

Bieber has been in the headlines quite a bit this year, between reported make-ups and break-ups with longtime girlfriend Selena Gomez, alleged reckless driving, and issues at shows. In March, Bieber took the stage late at a scheduled concert in London and was later reported being seen wandering around town shirtless; he took to Twitter to shoot down those allegations.

In May, he was attacked onstage at a show in Dubai by a crazed fan, and earlier this month, he was accused of driving at high speeds through a neighborhood. Rapper Tyler The Creator later took the blame for it, but witnesses don’t believe it.

  • Tyler, The Creator Takes The Blame For Bieber

Tyler, The Creator has set the internet abuzz this week after taking responsibility for reckless driving in Justin Bieber’s Ferrari.

When Bieber allegedly drove his sports car at high speeds through an L.A. neighborhood, former NFL player Keyshawn Johnson took it upon himself to follow the pop star to his home and then weighed in on the matter to TMZ.

“As celebrities, we want our peace of mind,” Johnson said. “We try to get behind gates so we can enjoy our families and enjoy our lifestyles. But you got a 19-year old kid, feeling entitled, speeding up and down … then you got him spitting on people in the neighborhood–you can’t do that!”

Following the backlash, Tyler, The Creator took to Twitter to announce that he was driving, not Bieber…but Johnson doesn’t believe it for a second.

“Look man, I know the difference between a black kid driving a car and a white kid driving a car,” Johnson said. “[Bieber] was sitting in the driver’s seat.

  • Bon Jovi Slams Bieber: “He’s An A**Hole!”

Bon Jovi Slams Bieber: “He’s An A**Hole!”

Bon Jovi apparently doesn’t think too highly of performers who keep their fans waiting.

The 51-year old rock star/actor brought up the rude behavior in an interview recently, citing a move by Justin Bieber as an example.

“Every generation has guys that do that, none of that is new,” Bon Jovi said. “They run the risk of disrespecting their audience members who have worked hard to pay for their ticket, to give you the permission to take two or three hours of their lives — or in that kid’s case, 80 minutes of their lives. Do it once, you can be forgiven. Do it enough times and shame on you. They won’t have you back. Then it just becomes a cliché. It’s really not cool — you’re an a**hole. Go to f***in’ work!”

He was referring to a recent performance which Bieber showed up two hours late for and left fans livid, although Bieber claims he was only 40 minutes late and blamed “technical issues”.

Bon Jovi has had problems with some performances of his own recently; the band had to find a replacement for guitarist Richie Sambora, who pulled out of their tour to seek help for addiction.

“It’s getting more and more difficult every day to not just sit here and say something,” he said. “Because all I can say is this — it’s for personal reasons. He’s been through it before, fortunately for us the same guy who filled in last time was available this time. Life goes on, so if someone chooses not to be here… unlike if this were, God forbid, The Edge, and he for some reason couldn’t make a U2 show, [then] it would be very difficult to just step in. You have a choice — you either figure it out, go and grow, not only survive but thrive. Or, you say, ‘I hate my brother and I’m gonna quit the band.’ ”

  • Bieber Cancels Concert in Portugal

This week has been a tough one for fans of live pop music. First, singer Rihanna this weekend cancelled her show in Boston due to laryngitis. Now, it appears that Justin Bieber has cancelled a concert that was scheduled to take place in Portugal tomorrow, March 12.

CBS News is reporting that Bieber’s second Lisbon, Portugal concert has been cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances.” Current rumors are pointing to “logistical issues” with unions as the reason fro the concert cancellation. Bieber’s first Lisbon show, scheduled to take place tonight, is still a go and the singer began tweeting about the concert this afternoon:

There doesn’t appear to be any connection between the cancellation and the odd journey that Bieber endured in London last week. After being spotted walking London streets with his shirt off early last week and having shown shown up late for a concert, the pop star went on a Twitter tirade against “rumors” and “fake stories.” Rumors about the star’s “diva-like” behavior persisted, however, as he collapsed during one of his London shows later in the week. Bieber’s European tour will take him through France, Switzerland, Italy, and Germany in the coming weeks.

  • Bieber, Kutcher Hoax: Arrest Made For Prank Calls

A suspect who allegedly placed fake 911 calls regarding shots being fired at the homes of both Justin Bieber and Ashton Kutcher was arrested earlier this month and has since been released.

The person responsible is a juvenile and police have not released a name, saying only that he lives in the Southern California area. They are currently investigating whether this could be the same person who had police called to the homes of Miley Cyrus and Simon Cowell earlier this year.

The calls concerned multiple people being shot at Kutcher’s home and shots fired at Bieber’s, and were made electronically. Luckily, neither star was home at the time. Investigators have not said whether charges will be filed.

“The swatting practice is extremely dangerous and places first responders and citizens in harm’s way,” police said in a statement.

  • Justin Bieber’s Twitter Account Hacked

Canadian Pop icon Justin Bieber had his Twitter account hacked into yesterday. The hacker unfollowed people and blocked some of Bieber’s followers. He also posted, “19 million my ass #biebermyballs” for Justin’s 19 million followers.

The hacker chose to purvey this most heinous crime as Bieber reached 19 million followers yesterday. I guess that was a milestone the hacker couldn’t deal with, as he began blocking followers left and right.

He also didn’t take too kindly to Bieber following anyone else either, as he unfollowed over 100,000 people Justin was following. Bieber’s people quickly re-followed who they could and restored order to the account and the universe. So far nothing strange has happened again.

“#biebermyballs” may sound familiar to you. Carly Rae Jepsen’s Twitter account was hacked a few weeks ago, and the same hashtag was used by that hacker as well. No one knows if it is the same hacker, as neither one has been identified yet.

Beliebers on Twitter have alot to say about the hack. Big surprise, there. It’s amazing how many people have a Twitter account for the sole purpose of watching everything Bieber does.

Justin getting hacked isn’t funny, but the #biebermyballs part just made me laugh. If that hacker really did unfollow Beliebers. He’s dead. 19 hours ago via web ·  Reply ·  Retweet ·  Favorite · powered by @socialditto

  • Scammers Continue to Post Fake Facebook Videos

It should be old news by now that if you see a questionable video on Facebook you probably should not click on it, and definitely don’t give any information or fill out a survey. But with the shear number of fake videos popping up and scammers relentless tactics, it can be difficult to discern which videos are fake and which your friends post because they actually want to share an interesting video.

The most recent of these fake videos is one claiming to depict a roller coaster accident in California. Variations talk about it being in the United Kingdom, Australia or Universal Studios. Basically if it claims a roller coaster accident in the title it is a scam. No such video exists.

False Video Links like this have been cropping up on Facebook for some time now. Some other ones to watch out for are claims of a sex tape involving Justin Bieber or a supposedly embarrassing video of Rihanna.

Scammers tend to post “videos” that people will click on out of morbid curiosity. They want you to click without thinking.

The scammers earn money by driving traffic to certain sites. They get paid for each survey you unwittingly complete, or any product you purchase, or even just by compromising your Facebook account. Many are designed to spread malware or are linked to phishing scams, whose sole purpose is to obtain your personal information.

The best way to avoid these kind of scams it to not click on friends video shares at all, or just use some common sense to determine which videos are most likely fake. Look for videos that are designed to exploit that part of you that can’t help but watch a train wreck. If it looks gross, morbid, or involves sex, don’t click. If it links to a page that doesn’t appear to be a reputable news source, don’t click. Also watch out for the language usage in the description. Many make grammatical errors, or generally don’t sound like the way people talk.
