  • Tori Spelling Says She and Dean McDermott Not Bankrupt or Struggling Financially

Tori Spelling has spoken out in recent days in her attempt to squelch rumors she and husband Dean McDermott are bankrupt and in the midst of serious financial struggles.

In an interview with People magazine, the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star hopes to clear up some of the rumors surrounded her finances.

Tori Spelling explains that the rumors started following the release of her 2013 book, Spelling It Like It Is.

“It was one chapter. I thought I was being relatable, talking about how celebrities go through financial struggles, too, we make mistakes, too,” she explains. “We’re not perfect, we have made a lot of choices financially with real estate that didn’t work out…and that just escalated into this story about financial struggles, bankruptcy. To this day that haunts me!”

“It’s like the plastic surgery story that came out about me when I was 16 when I’d had my nose done as a teenager,” Tori Spelling continues. “That still haunts me to this day when I’ve had nothing else done – well, except my boobs.”

There was one rumor/question about Tori Spelling that, even though the topic came up, she never really answered during her interview. In January, she was allegedly sued by American Express for $37,981.97–an outstanding balance from the previous summer.

When asked about the lawsuit, she had the following to say.

“I just want that story to go away!” she says. “We’re doing a great new series, I’m really happy, we’re doing a new show on Cooking Channel–we’re not bankrupt, we’re not struggling, we’re fine!”

See how Tori Spelling dodged the question?

“[The] kids [are] good, family’s good, I’m healthy, finances [are] good,” she continues.

Tori Spelling went on to say she and Dean McDermott frequently have discussions about money with their children.

“My husband and I work really hard. I mean, I’m constantly out there working,” she says. “It’s so important for my children to see that both their parents are working, and we talk to them about it. My kids are like, ‘It’s not fair, why aren’t you home more?’ And I explain [things] to them and we talk about money.”

Tori Spelling never did directly answer the question about the American Express lawsuit. What do you suppose that is all about?

If Tori Spelling owes American Express that kind of money, then things aren’t as “fine” as she says.

  • Megan Fox, Brian Austin Green Sell Home Once Belonging to Bing Crosby

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have sold their Toluca Lake, California home for $2.6 million in a private sale. The ranch-style home was once a carriage house belonging to the late Bing Crosby. It was built in 1936.

Undergoing an extensive remodel in 2008, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green’s home features 6,720 square feet of living space, including a master suite with his and hers bathrooms. An additional three bedrooms and five bathrooms grace the home, too.

Outside, those who purchased the home will enjoy a saltwater swimming pool, along with a spa, fire pit, and 563-square-foot pool house with its own kitchen.

So why are Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green selling this amazing home?

The two are in the middle of divorcing. Megan Fox filed for divorce from Brian Austin Green in 2015. She has agreed to pay him spousal support. They will share joint custody of their two sons, Noah and Bodhi.

Megan Fox is best known for her roles in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Transformers series of films. She is set to reprise her role as reporter April O’Neill in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, due out this coming summer. She also stars in the TV show New Girl.

Brian Austin Green starred in the original Beverly Hills, 90210 TV show. He also appeared on Anger Management and Desperate Housewives.

While the reason behind Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green selling their home is sad, whomever the new owners are, they are sure to enjoy this incredible home. It was likely fun to buy a home they knew Bing Crosby once owned, too.

  • Blake Lively, Jason Priestly: Who Knew They Had A Past?

Blake Lively shared a #TBT photo on Thursday that showed the world she had a past–with Beverly Hills, 90210 heart throb Jason Priestly. Who knew?

In the shot–shared on Instagram–Blake Lively has her arms wrapped tightly around Priestly’s neck.

“#tbt to when Serena Van Der Woodsen and Brandon Walsh were a thing. (Shh don’t tell @robynlively ???)” she captioned it.

A photo posted by Blake Lively (@blakelively) on

As you can see from the #TBT photo, Blake Lively–who is married to actor Ryan Reynolds–was just a little girl when this picture was taken. Her older half-sister, Robyn Lively, dated Jason Priestly for a while way back when, and that’s where the shot originated.

Blake Lively’s initial claim to fame came in the role of Serena Van Der Woodsen on the hit CW show Gossip Girl. She received accolades more recently for her role in the film The Age of Adaline, in which she starred opposite Harrison Ford.

You must admit Blake Lively and Jason Priestly look awfully cute together. Do you suppose big sister Robyn had any qualms about sharing her boyfriend with her little sister?

  • Shannen Doherty Graces Red Carpet After Breast Cancer Diagnosis

Shannen Doherty looked radiant on the red carpet of LA’s Baby2Baby gala despite the problems she is currently facing.

“At the @baby2baby gala. Such a wonderful evening with inspiring women like @kerrywashington who gave one of the most inspiring speeches and the gorgeous, funny @jessicaalba,” Doherty captioned her Instagram photo. “Check out #baby2baby an organization that helps supply necessities for children coming from low income or no income families.”

Doherty, who is best known for her roles in hit ‘90s TV series such as Charmed and Beverly Hills 90210, kept her style chic and classic with her black floor-length Vera Wang dress and silver jewelry as accessories. She styled her long, jet black hair in loose waves. This marks her first appearance since she revealed that she was battling breast cancer last month.

Shannen Doherty Played Prue In ’90s Drama Charmed

In her August interview with People, the actress admitted she was undergoing treatment for breast cancer but said she remains positive about her life. She opened up about her disease after she learned her former management firm, Tanner Mainstain, failed to pay her medical insurance on time. Her camp says that by the time Shannen Doherty was able to re-enroll with her provider and received medical attention, they found “invasive breast cancer metastatic to at least one lymph node.”

According to the lawsuit she filed, she could have undergone gentler treatment if the cancer had been detected earlier, and mastectomy and chemotherapy would not have been the only options left to treat her disease.

“In November 2013, SAG sent the premium invoice to Tanner Maintain for Plaintiff’s medical insurance coverage for the year 2014,” the suit stated. “However, Defendants ignore it, failed to pay it (without informing Plaintiff) and then promptly terminated their relationship with [Doherty] effective February 7, 2014.”

Kurt Iswarienko, Shannen Doherty’s husband is also filing charges against the management firm for mismanagement of their assets.

Shannen Doherty Makes First Public Appearance Since Breast Cancer Diagnosis

Shannen Doherty made her first public appearance this weekend since announcing her breast cancer diagnosis this past summer. The former Beverly Hills, 90210 star appeared at the Baby2Baby gala in Los Angeles on Saturday. The organization provides diapers, clothing, and other essentials to low income moms for their babies.

Looking elegant at the event, Shannen Doherty wore a long black Vera Wang gown. She added just the right amount of bling to her look with a pair of long, sparkly earrings.

“At the @baby2baby gala. Such a wonderful evening with inspiring women like @kerrywashington who gave one of the most inspiring speeches and the gorgeous, funny @jessicaalba check out #baby2baby an organization that helps supply necessities for children coming from low income or no income families. Thank you @aliparkerkay for inviting me and letting me be a part of your table filled with such great women. @annemkortright … Love you. And thanks #verawang for making such a comfortable yet stylish dress! Thanks to the amazing @debwakninstylist for years of friendship and her expertise,” Shannen Doherty captioned a photo of herself in her gala attire that she shared with her followers on Instagram.

It was in August that Shannen Doherty revealed she was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. She filed a lawsuit against her former business manager, stating the firm “failed to procure insurance premiums through the Screen Actors Guild in a timely manner, leading to her untreated diagnosis.”

“In November 2013, SAG sent the premium invoice to Tanner Maintain for Plaintiff’s medical insurance coverage for the year 2014,” the suit read. “However, Defendants ignore it, failed to pay it (without informing Plaintiff) and then promptly terminated their relationship with [Doherty] effective February 7, 2014.”

Despite her breast cancer diagnosis, Shannen Doherty looked lovely at the Baby2Baby gala this past weekend. Fans were no doubt thrilled to see her out and about in L.A.

  • Jason Priestly Upset by Tori Spelling Divulging Sex Secrets

Jason Priestly, best known for his role on Beverly Hills, 90210, isn’t happy with Tori Spelling’s recent claims that the two had sex.

Of course, he isn’t denying it took place, either.

It was during the Lifetime show, Tori Spelling: Celebrity Lie Detector on Saturday that the former True Tori star admitted to having sex with one of her former Beverly Hills, 90210 cast mates.

“Half my friends don’t even know this,” she said, dishing about having sex with Jason Priestly.

“It was a summer fling, it was off set, It was our version of, like, a summer romance, the 90210 version and that was it,” she said. “You know, we stayed great friends for the rest of the run, and beyond that, but yeah, we had that one summer fling.”

Jason Priestly was asked about whether or not Tori Spelling’s statement was true.

    “I’m not getting into this… It’s nobody’s business… Either way..,” he replied.

Jason Priestly isn’t the only person a bit peeved with Tori Spelling right now. Beverly Hills, 90210 cast mate Shannen Doherty is none too happy either. Tori Spelling dished about Shannen Doherty’s fist fight with Jennie Garth, as well as the actress’s diva-like behavior. She also talked about how the cast worked together to get Doherty fired.

It’s quite understandable that Jason Priestly and Shannen Doherty are upset with Tori Spelling right now. Some sleeping dogs should be left to lie, but Tori Spelling woke the up instead.

How do you think you would feel if you were Jason Priestly or Shannen Doherty?

  • Tori Spelling Says She Had Sex With Jason Priestly While Filming ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’

Tori Spelling said Saturday during her one-hour Lifetime special, Tori Spelling: Celebrity Lie Detector that she had sex with her Beverly Hills, 90210 costar Jason Priestly.

Spelling, in a teaser for the special, confessed to sleeping with two of her former costars. But it wasn’t until the special aired that viewers became aware of the identity of one of them, as reported by Us Weekly.

“Was there anyone else from the original cast, I’m just going to say it, that you had sex with?” host Louise Roe asked the former actress.

“Yes, but I’m not going to tell you who it is,” replied an anxious Spelling, who was hooked up to the lie detecting device. “I’m not telling you. I’m trying to do my lie detector poker face.”

After thinking about it for a moment, Roe exclaimed, “It was Jason Priestley.”

“Yeah,” Spelling replied. “It was a summer fling. It was off-set. It was our version of a summer romance. The 90210 version. And that was it, and we stayed great friends for the rest of the run and beyond that, we had that one summer fling.”

Priestley, for his part, didn’t deny the revelation when he took to his Twitter to address the claim following the interview.

    “I’m not getting into this… It’s nobody’s business… Either way…” he wrote.

In the early ’90s, Spelling also famously dated Brian Austin Green, who played David Silver, the love interest of Spelling’s Donna Martin.

“He was a little bit of my everything,” Spelling told Roe. “We grew up together. I think I was always in love with Brian.”

Spelling was also asked about her other costar Luke Perry.

“From the very first episode Luke Perry was on, I had a mad crush on him,” the actress confessed. “What everyone felt on TV, we all felt in real life.” However, the two kissed — and that was all.

So what do you think about Tori Spellings revelation? Are you surprised?

  • Shannen Doherty’s Bad Behavior Gets Televised In Lifetime’s ‘Unauthorized Beverly Hills, 90210’

For the Beverly Hills, 90210’s 25th anniversary, Lifetime aired The Unauthorized Beverly Hills, 90210, a film about what went on behind the scenes of the show, played by a younger set of actors and actresses.

And a lot was revealed about Shannen Doherty, who was the reputed bad girl of the show. According to the film, Doherty displayed a lot of bad behavior that her co-stars had difficulty dealing with. Doherty often got herself into fights, some with her co-stars and some with other people. She has been arrested and was always late for filming. At first, Tori Spelling defended her tardiness because she was her friend, but Doherty made her biggest mistake when she dared to threaten Spelling. Doherty allegedly warned Spelling to “watch her back” after arriving late on set again. After that incident, Doherty was never seen again in the series. Also, Shannen Doherty and Jennie Garth were shown having a fight in a carpark because of a red dress they both wanted to wear. In the next scene, Doherty was arrested for picking a fight in the club.

The police officer even said to her, “Do I know who you are? Yes. You are a big pain in the ass. Everybody thinks that.”

Ian Ziering also tried to talk some sense into her, “You’re like a shark, you’re like a tornado – you’re like a mixture between a shark and a tornado.”

At the end of the scene, Doherty crashes Ziering’s sports car and Ziering predicts the creation of Sharknado the movie.

While Shannen Doherty is known for her antagonistic personality, all that aggression cannot seem to subdue her present condition.

Doherty recently revealed that she was diagnosed with breast cancer and might undergo chemotherapy and mastectomy.

Unfortunately, she was let go by her management firm Tanner Mainstain. The firm was allegedly responsible for her medical expenses but failed to pay them, and did not inform the ‘90210’ star.

Doherty has filed a suit against Tanner Mainstain, claiming that her cancer could have been prevented if the firm had just done its job for her.

  • Tori Spelling Reveals Past Secrets About Sex With Jason Priestly and Her Disbursement from Dad Aaron Spelling’s Will

Tori Spelling revealed several past secrets during Lifetime’s Tori Spelling: Celebrity Lie Detector on Saturday. The former Beverly Hills, 90210 actress talked about sex with Jason Priestly, and even how much her late dad Aaron Spelling left her in his will.

Strapped to a lie-detector test while a polygraph expert asked her some very personal questions, Tori Spelling said she had sex with her ex-boyfriend Tom Green before admitting she’d slept with another one of her hunky cast mates.

“Half my friends don’t even know this,” she said, talking about her relationship with Priestly.

“It was a summer fling, it was off set, It was our version of, like, a summer romance, the 90210 version and that was it,” she said. “You know, we stayed great friends for the rest of the run, and beyond that, but yeah, we had that one summer fling.”

Tori Spelling said she was kissed by another Beverly Hills, 90210 cast mate. The kiss came from Luke Perry on Spelling’s 18th birthday.

“It was like for a second, but it was like for a young girl that was everything,” she said. “But no, we never had sex.”

A hurtful subject was raised during the polygraph–one that pains Tori Spelling to this day.

She was asked how much money her later father, Aaron Spelling, left her in his will. The producer only left his daughter $800,000–a tiny amount compared to his vast fortune.

“It still confuses me,” Tori Spelling said. “I know he worked so hard…I don’t really understand the thought process behind it.”

Spelling is married to Dean McDermott, but her marriage has been a rocky one. The two are parents to four children.

Are you surprised to learn any of these secrets Tori Spelling divulged on Tori Spelling: Celebrity Lie Detector?

  • Jennie Garth Announces Engagement Shortly After Ex-Husbad Peter Facinelli’s Engagement Announcement

Jennie Garth of Beverly Hills, 90210 fame is engaged. The actress confirmed her engagement to David Abrams, her boyfriend of just a few months, earlier this week. Coincidentally (or not?), Garth’s engagement comes on the heels of her ex-husband, Twilight star Peter Facinelli’s announcement of his engagement to Jaimie Alexander.

Us Weekly confirmed back in January that Jennie Garth and Peter Abrams were dating. At that point the couple had enjoyed the holidays together, and Jennie Garth had introduced him to her family.

David Abrams tweeted very special birthday wishes that professed his love for Jennie Garth just days before their engagement announcement.

The couple–along with Jennie Garth’s three daughters–Luca, 17, Lola, 12, and Fiona, eight–spent her birthday in Mexico at the Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa.

Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli were married for 11 years. He has been dating Jaimie Alexander since November of 2012.

Do you think Jennie Garth’s engagement announcement so soon after that of Peter Facinelli is merely coincidental, or did Garth want to prove to Facinelli that he’s not the only one to move on? She had a very difficult time following their split, but he moved on very quickly–causing some to speculate if he had moved on prior to their divorce.

Either way, congratulations are in order for both Jennie Garth and David Abrams, as well as for Peter Facinelli and Jaimie Alexander. May they all find happier lives in their upcoming marriages.

  • Tori Spelling Bashed by Former ‘Beverly Hills 9021’ Co-Star Shannen Doherty

Tori Spelling was slammed by her former Beverly Hill 90210 co-star Shannen Doherty in a recent interview.

It’s no secret that Shannen Doherty and Tori Spelling don’t exactly have the best relationship. In an interview on the Sirius XM’s Just Jenny show, Shannen Doherty said that she would never dream of following in Tori Spelling’s footsteps on a reality show.

“I would never in a million years choose that for myself,” said Shannen Doherty. “Ever.”

“But, uh, you know, she’s gotta…That’s what she…That is her choice of how she wants to deal with it. Some people need to put it out there,” Shannen Doherty said of Tori Spelling’s decision to allow the world to see her every problem. “Whatever her reasons were, I think whether she wanted to own it herself in the sense of owning what she was going through because it was going to be in the papers regardless. It is a choice I’d never make because there’s just no mystery.”

Shannen Doherty is still a bit bitter about being axed from the show after four seasons all those many years ago and said a reunion is not in the future — at least not for her.

    “Not for me!” she exclaimed.

Shannen Doherty also had a few things to say about another co-star, Jason Priestley, in response to comments he made about her in his autobiography, Jason Jason: A Memoir.

“I love Jason, but you know he had a car accident, a racing accident, and I think maybe parts of his memory got altered from that,” said Shannen Doherty. “Everybody changes…They have their own perception of the truth. His is definitely different than mine.”

Shannen Doherty explained what bothered her most about Jason Priestley’s book.

“Supposedly I wanted a limo, and I’ve always hated limos my entire life. I find them embarrassing and grotesque. I mean, there are things that would in no way happen. Like, I didn’t even go on that jet at that point in time…It’s like, ‘Wait, wait, wait! You totally confused me with somebody else maybe from the show?!”

“I don’t really know. I just know that at some point everybody just needs to sell a book…Right?”

  • Tara Reid, Ian Ziering Sign on for ‘Sharknado 3’

Tara Reid and Ian Ziering are ready to do it again. The two have signed on for Sharknado 3, which is set to air in July 2015. The SyFy phenomenon will once again feature Tara Reid as April Wexler and Ian Ziering as Fin Shepard.

SyFy made an official announcement about the upcoming TV movie, telling fans that Sharknado 3 will start in Washington, D.C., and “will cause mass destruction in the nation’s capital then roar down the Eastern Seaboard.”

Time magazine reports that director Anthony C. Ferrante is back on board too. Thunder Levin is writing the script.

The first Sharknado was about a freak hurricane that whipped deadly sharks into the air throughout Los Angeles. It became an internet sensation back in 2012 and was followed–just as successfully–by Sharknado 2: The Second One in July of 2013. The network also revealed this week that the sequel became the most watched original movie the network had ever aired. It brought in 3.9 million viewers.

Tara Reid joked about the possibility of a Sharknado incident coming to life during an interview last summer.

“You know, it actually can happen,” she said at the time. “I mean, the chances of it happening are very rare, but it can happen actually. Which is crazy. Not that it—the chances of it are, like, you know, it’s like probably ‘pigs could fly.’ Like, I don’t think pigs could fly, but actually sharks could be stuck in tornados. There could be a ‘sharknado.’”

Aside from the Sharknado franchise, Tara Reid is known for roles in Saved by the Bell: The New Class, Days of Our Lives, California Dreams, and Scrubs. She shared a nude Instagram photo with her followers to ring in 2015. Ian Ziering is best known for his role as Steve Sanders on Beverly Hills, 90210. He is presently a contestant on Celebrity Apprentice.

Will you be tuning in in July to see Tara Reid and Ian Ziering reprise their roles as April Wexler and Fin Shepard in Sharknado 3?

  • Tori Spelling to Stick With ‘True Tori’ After Dean McDermott Leaves

Tori Spelling has confirmed that her husband Dean McDermott is in fact quitting their reality TV show True Tori. She has also confirmed, however, that this doesn’t indicate the end of the show. Tori has vowed she will stay on with True Tori even after Dean makes his exit.

The former Beverly Hills, 90210 star visited Meredith Vieira on The Meredith Vieira Show recently. The episode aired the day before Thanksgiving. She told Vieira she stands by her decision to keep her ‘personal life public.’

“We let it all hang out,” Tori said. “I don’t [think I reveal too much] because if everything hadn’t been made as public as it was, I would’ve chosen to deal with this privately with my husband.”

“We’re talking about the affair that my husband had almost a year ago. I chose to deal with it because it was my journey, it was my truth. Women everywhere go through this and I wanted to put it out there, Spelling added, addressing Meredith Vieira’s audience.

Tori Spelling finds it helpful to air her dirty laundry.

“It’s completely cathartic for me and it’s very individual,” she said of sharing her recent struggles. “I know everyone has an opinion about me putting my life and relationship out there, and it’s something… I needed that. I felt like I didn’t have a voice for so long.”

Dean McDermott, on the other hand, doesn’t find it helpful at all.

“I can’t keep opening a vein, opening my soul and sharing my feelings and thoughts and demons with the world. I don’t watch it. I can’t. It’s really difficult. I can’t do it anymore, for my soul,” he said a few weeks ago.

Will True Tori draw the viewers it has once Dean McDermott leaves the show? After all, they’re likely tuning in to watch things transpire between Dean and Tori–not just Tori Spelling on her own. Could his leaving signify the beginning of the end of True Tori?

  • Lindsay Price and Celebrity Chef Curtis Stone Welcome Second Son

Lindsay Price and celebrity chef Curtis Stone welcomed their second child to the world on Tuesday, his rep confirmed to Us Weekly.

The celebrity couple’s new son, Emerson Spencer, was born in L.A. and weighed in at 7 lbs, 11 oz.

“Both Lindsay and Emerson are doing well,” the rep told Us in a statement. “Curtis is officially the happiest man in the world!”

Emerson is little brother to the couple’s two-year-old son, Hudson, who was born in November 2011.

The announcement that Curtis, 38, and his wife were expecting their second child came on an appearance on The Queen Latifah Show.

“My beautiful wife is pregnant again with my second baby!” he exclaimed to the cheering audience on May 7.

The announcement wasn’t a huge surprise, however, since the Lipstick Jungle actress had already been the recipient of speculation after being photographed with a visible baby bump at a gas station in Studio City, California before the big revelation.

In August, the Australian author told E! News that his favorite part about being a dad is “watching Lindsay with him. She’s such a beautiful mom, but to watch him with her—to watch them interacting, it’s so special.”

Stone and the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum dated for three years before becoming engaged in July 2012. The couple married in Majorca, Spain, in June 2013.

  • Shannen Doherty Responds to Priestley Tell-all

Shannen Doherty responded to Jason Priestley’s tell-all memoir and commiserated with Tori Spelling on Thursday’s Arsenio Hall Show.

Doherty starred alongside Priestley, Spelling and Luke Perry on the original Beverly Hills 90210 series in the 1990s.

“Back in the day,” said Hall to Doherty, “there was always stuff on my card about who you were battling with. They would say you’re battling with Tori, you’re battling with Jason, you’re battling with Luke’s pig. Remember, Luke had a pig?” Doherty, responded with a laugh, “I mean, I only met it once. It didn’t like me, I guess, but I hear it’s writing a memoir! Can’t wait for that!”

The 43-year-old actress was referring to Priestley’s memoir and a story he told in the book of an interesting episode he had with Doherty on a private jet.

“I could not believe my ears at Shannen’s very first words after she boarded,” Priestley wrote in his book. “Her butt had barely hit her seat before she said loudly to the PR person, ‘Really? A town car? You send a town car to take me to the airport, not a limo?’ She sighed a very put-upon sigh. I laughed, as I couldn’t really tell if Shannen was kidding or not.”

Doherty took a let’s-let-bygones-be-bygones approach in responding to Hall’s questions about the infamous plane ride.

“It was so long ago,” she said. “I always say that everyone has their own version of the truth, and memories are very funny things.”

The actress also chatted about Spelling’s current marital woes, which is on display for the world to see each week on Lifetime’s True Tori. Admitting she tunes in to the reality show, Doherty said each episode leaves her slightly shocked.

“Wow, it’s just all out there!” Doherty said.

“She is baring her soul and I think that everybody has their process of what’s cathartic for them in how to deal with something, and this might be hers,” she said of her co-star.

“My heart does break for her,” Doherty continued. “It breaks for anybody that’s in that situation. I mean, that’s pretty awful and I certainly hope everything works out for the best. And in meantime, it’s making for some amazing TV. I just hope that Tori loves herself. She’s a beautiful girl and she needs to ignore the haters.”

  • Jason Priestley Dishes on Brad Pitt, Shannon Doherty

In a new memoir by Jason Priestley, the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star recounts his years as a teen idol and the pitfalls of Hollywood superstardom.

Priestley and costars Shannen Doherty, Jennie Garth, Tori Spelling, and Luke Perry became instant megastars with the success of the 1990s Aaron Spelling prime time soap, and the 44-year-old actor spilled the beans on his famous friends and their experiences in his upcoming book, Jason Priestley: A Memoir, due out May 6.

Priestley reminded fans in his book that Priestley’s on-screen sister Doherty had a reputation for being a bad girl on set. Doherty wouldn’t be shocked at the revelation since she has admitted it herself.

Although she’s friends with Priestley and many of her costars now, Priestly remembers an incident that didn’t make the best impression back in 1990. FOX executives apparently sent a private jet to whisk Priestly and Doherty off to New York City for a meeting with advertisers and little Miss Thing had a few things to say about the accommodations.

“I could not believe my ears at Shannen’s very first words after she boarded,” Priestley recalls in his book. “Her butt had barely hit her seat before she said loudly to the PR person, ‘Really? A town car? You send a town car to take me to the airport, not a limo?’ She sighed a very put-upon sigh. I laughed, as I couldn’t really tell if Shannen was kidding or not.”

“But that was just the beginning. I looked on, becoming more uneasy by the minute as she began bitching about the short notice and the food on board and the temperature in the cabin and everything else,” he added.

Priestley also recounts his experiences as Brad Pitt‘s roommate when the budding stars shared an apartment in L.A. back in 1987.

“Just for fun, we used to have competitions over who could go the longest without showering and shaving,” Priestley writes. “Brad always won. Having to go on an audition meant cleaning up, which is what usually put an end to the streak.”

  • Tori Spelling: Dean McDermott Broke Her Heart

Tori Spelling revealed during an interview with Us Weekly that hubby Dean McDermott broke her heart by cheating on her with another woman. The news about McDermott’s dalliances with 28-year-old Emily Goodhand broke in December, and Tori and Dean’s marriage has been on thin ice ever since.

“He was my soulmate, but he completely broke my heart,” the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum said of McDermott.

The couple has four children together. Liam is 7, Stella is 5, Hattie is 2, and baby Finn is just 20 months old. The fact that Tori is a devoted mother and was at home with their four children while he played around no doubt adds some pretty serious insult to injury. Add to that the fact that Tori nearly died following Finn’s birth, and just the term “cheating husband” takes on a whole new heinous form.

Tori and Dean have gone to marriage counseling. She teased fans with this particular tidbit during a promo for her upcoming Lifetime docu-series. Called True Tori, it premieres on April 22nd.

The issue of Us Weekly in which Tori Spelling’s complete interview is featured reportedly delves into the moment she learned about Dean McDermott’s affair, as well as her confrontation of him. It also explains why she didn’t kick him out of the house when learning about his infidelity.

“I feel so judged, but it’s not black and white,” she says in the interview.

Tori also claims she is “protecting her children” but fans will apparently have to buy the magazine when it hits news stands on Friday in order to find out from what or whom she is protecting them.

One big question comes to mind when observing Tori Spelling’s struggles from a distance, however. Living in the limelight isn’t always the best way to work on private issues like serious marital problems. Should Tori perhaps not be sharing her woes on a new TV show? It seems a bit exploitive–don’t you think?

How do you think this will all turn out? Will Tori and Dean get divorced? Will they work things out and live happily ever after? Will this all wind up on reality TV?

And then there’s the most important question of all. Does anyone really care?

  • Jennie Garth Talks Old Beef With Shannen Doherty

While making her promotional rounds for her new book Deep Thoughts From A Hollywood Blonde, actress Jennie Garth sat down with the E! Channel’s Catt Sadler and Terrence J about her early days in the TV business and her old beef with 90210 co-star Shannen Doherty.

Garth said the feuds with Doherty had more to do with spending a lot of time together at work, and it wasn’t because the two really had a huge problem with each other.

“We were locked in this sound stage for 14-16 hours everyday,” she said, recalling her time on the 90s Fox hit Beverly Hills 90210.

“There were times when we loved each other and there were times when we wanted to claw each other’s eyes out.”

Plus, both actresses were much younger, she said, which had a lot to do with the arguments they had during the show. “It was more of just young girls finding their way and finding their individual voices,” said Garth.

And both of them being the same zodiac sign didn’t help either, she said.

“Shannen and I are both Aries women. We’re both very strong, independent women, so we butt heads a lot. Now, as grown women, we happen to get along well.”

The 41 year old also talked about being famous at a very young age and how she had difficulty coping with it, and during the peak of 90210, Garth said it was hard for her to face her fans or be outside in public. The blonde beauty also said that she didn’t have the best support system around her during the show’s heyday.

“[In the book] I talk about my early stardom and being sort of catapulted into that as a teenager and not really having the instruction booklet to deal with that, not knowing what I was doing,” said Garth.

“I was kind of alone on that journey. I didn’t have a lot of support around me, so I had to figure that out as I went. I think I kind of managed it pretty well. I ended up pretty good. I didn’t get too lost along the way.”

  • Jennie Garth Opens Up About Tell-All Book

Jennie Garth Opens Up About Tell-All Book

On Wednesday, Jennie Garth stopped by Good Morning America to discuss her new tell-all book Deep Thoughts From a Hollywood Blonde.

The former Beverly Hills 90210 star revealed a lot of personal details in her new book, including how she handled her divorce from her husband, of 11 years, Peter Facinelli.

GMA’s Lara Spencer asked Garth why she wanted to open up about her life now, to which Garth replied, “It was something I hadn’t done and I wanted to take the challenge.”

“You’re so open and honest in the book, you talk about your split from your now ex-husband, you talk about your dad’s passing,” Spencer said. “Hard for you to let go, or cathartic?”

“In some ways cathartic and very eye-opening for myself in a good way to sort of take a look and see how my life has progressed,” Garth explained. “All the things that have sort of happened and how they’ve molded me into the person that I am today.”

As for her time spent on 90210, Garth says that she had a great time and great experiences. She explains that many of her cast mates became like brothers and sisters, including her love interest on the show Luke Perry.

“We had a great time, what an experience,” Garth said. “I wouldn’t trade it for the world. But in some ways I missed out on a lot things, but in a lot of ways I was very lucky. Some of us really are like brothers and sisters,” Garth continued. “And we’re always there for each other. Very close.”

When Garth finalized her divorce last year, rumors started circulating that she and Perry were an item. Fans remained hopeful that their favorite couple would finally live happily ever after. However, Garth reveals that he is simply “like a brother” to her. “It’s just Kelly and Dylan, people just have this image in their mind,” she explained. “Our fans are so loyal from that show, and we’re so grateful.”
