  • Florida Man Caught Having Sex With Starving Dog

Owning a dog is a big responsibility. You must be prepared to feed it and care for it. Some people take their dogs for granted, however, and end up starving them. One Florida man was caught doing all this and more.

WKMG Orlando reports that James Bull, 61, of Daytona Beach was arrested on Tuesday after neighbors reported him “having sexual conduct” with his pet dog. Some people decide to hide these kind of crimes on their phone, but Bull was reportedly committing his crimes on his front porch for everyone to see. I would say something about having no shame, but there’s something worse going on here than a lack of common decency.

    See for yourself:

    (image)

What’s worse – Bull’s dog wasn’t even being taken care of. When police arrived, they found that the dog had no food, water or shelter. The 8-month-old female dog was transported to the local Humane Society for treatment.

As for Bull, he was taken to the Volusia County Jail where he’s being held on a $15,000 bond. He has been charged with an animal cruelty felony and an animal cruelty misdemeanor.

Can you guess which charge is for the actual sex act? If you guessed misdemeanor, you’d be correct. Florida law labels bestiality as a misdemeanor which means Bull will face a maximum of 1 year in prison and $1,000 fine. As for the felony, he will face up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

  • Petition Calls For Denmark To Ban Bestiality

The past two years have not been good for zoophiles in Europe. In 2013, Germany passed a bill banning bestiality and Sweden banned the practice earlier this year. Now animal rights activists have their sights set on Denmark – one of the last major European countries that still permits bestiality.

Animal rights activists have started a petition calling on Denmark to make bestiality illegal. They note that Denmark bans the “rape, torture and abuse of animals,” but says that the line between use and abuse is all too thin when it comes to the law. In other words, zoophiles can claim that their relations are strictly consensual thus deflecting any allegations of abuse.

The problem in Denmark goes beyond a few sheep lovers here and there though. Just like in Germany, there are “barnyard brothels” in Denmark where zoophiles are charged anywhere between $85 to $170 to have sex with animals. While you can technically make an argument that loving your dog a little too much is totally fine, it’s hard to see any merits to locking up animals purely for the sexual gratification of the highest bidder.

Denmark also has animal rights activists anger because it’s currently enforcing what they see as a double standard. The country recently passed a bill that bans the slaughter of animals unless it’s first stunned. The law has angered some religious groups that practice ritualistic slaughter. Despite their protests, Denmark moved forward with the bill saying “there has to be a balance between religious issues and animal rights.” While zoophilia is hardly a religious issue, people are beginning to question why Denmark will ban ritualistic slaughter but not the local barnyard brothel.

If Denmark does ban bestiality, it will be one of the last few holdouts to finally ban the practice. Outside of Denmark, only Finland, Italy and Hungary allow it in Europe.

  • Naked Dude Covered In Jello Had Sex With Cows While His Friend Filmed Everything

Naked Dude Covered In Jello Had Sex With Cows While His Friend Filmed Everything

It’s not uncommon for a man to lube up before a night of frivolity. It’s a little less common when that night out involves having sex with cows while your friend films it.

The Huffington Post reports that Reid Fontaine and Michael Jones were both recently arrested they were caught having sex with a farmer’s cows in Herkimer County, New York. Fontaine was the one who would commit the acts whilst covered in jello and Jones would film the acts. It’s unknown if they were attempting to produce bestiality porn or if the video was just for personal use.

The two men were caught after the farmer who owned the cows installed a surveillance camera after noticing his livestock were exhibiting odd behaviors. Upon discovering the two in the act, he called state police and the two men were arrested. They were both charged with sexual misconduct which carries a punishment of up to 10 years in prison and a $1,000 fine.

While the two men have only been charged with sexual misconduct, the farmer may want to press charges. It’s alleged that the two men’s actions caused a cow to run out of the barn where it was then hit by three cars while attempting to cross a road. Two of the drivers were taken to the hospital following the collision.

What may be the weirdest part about all of this, however, is that WTNH’s News 8 team stumbled upon Fontaine in the act. In other words, they actually have footage of it, but said that the video can’t be shown because “[Fontaine] was naked and covered in jello.”

  • UK Woman Takes Trip Down Memory Lane, Finds Video Of Boyfriend Having Sex With Her Dog Instead

A healthy relationship is built upon the premise of not keeping secrets from your partner. That’s why you should be totally comfortable with letting your significant other look through your phone for photos and videos of your special moments together. Before that happens, however, you might want to get rid of the video from that one time you banged her dog.

The Grimsby Telegraph reports that Wayne Bryson, a 19-year-old from the UK, has admitted to having sex with his girlfriend’s dog after she found a video of him in the act on his phone. Why was she looking through his phone? She wanted to find a few nice pictures of them together.

That alone is what makes this story so sad. She wasn’t your stereotypical jealous girlfriend looking for evidence of infidelity. She just wanted to look back on the precious memories they shared together. Instead, she finds that he apparently much preferred her dog over her.

As expected, Bryson’s girlfriend took the video to the police and he was promptly arrested. When pressed for a reason behind his act, he could give none only stating that he never done it before. To make matters worse, he was also found to be in possession of marijuana. That offense isn’t as severe, however, as he had bought it for personal use and not for redistribution.

As for the bestiality offense, the crime carries a maximum sentence of two years in the U.K. Considering it’s his first offense, he’ll probably not get the full two years. He will no longer have the company of women or dogs after this though. That’s gotta be much worse than any prison sentence.

  • Canadian Man Convicted Of Bestiality Gives ‘Walk The Dog’ New Meaning

When joining the SCPA, either as an employee or volunteer, you’re generally expected to prevent the abuse of animals. For one New Brunswick resident, he used his status as a volunteer to get close to the animals without raising suspicion.

CBC reports that Anthony Volgmann, a 30-year volunteer with the Canadian SPCA, pled guilty to charges of bestiality and corrupting morals. Volgmann was found to have had performed sexual acts with dogs under his care during his time as a dog walker between January and September in 2013. He also posted pictures of his acts online which resulted in the corrupting morals charge.

As it turns out, he was actually caught thanks to those pictures he was posting online. An America SPCA member spotted Volgmann’s pictures on a bestiality Web site and notified the authorities in Canada. Volgmann was identified, arrested and subjected to a psychiatric test before standing trial.

At the sentencing, Volgmann avoided jail time on the grounds that his crimes were non-violent. Instead, he will face two years of probation and must attend psychological counseling. Obviously, he will not be allowed anywhere near dogs or places where dogs congregate. Finally, he is also banned from using any electronic device that’s connected to the Internet unless it’s related to work or if he’s under supervision.

Volgmann should be glad that he wasn’t in Kenya. The average conviction there is six to 10 years. They even make you stand trial before the victim.

  • Kenya Court Sentences Goat Molester In The Presence Of Said Goat

What’s worse than being sentenced to 10 years in prison? Some would say that a longer sentence would be the only thing that could possibly be worse, but one man found that it’s just as bad to be sentenced while the victim watches.

Katana Kitsao Gona of Kenya was sentenced to 10 years behind bars after he pleaded guilty for having sex with his neighbor’s goat. What makes this particular case more interesting than the other bestiality cases that pop up in Kenya from time to time is that Gona was sentenced while the goat watched on from inside the courtroom.

Now, it’s not uncommon for the victims to be present for the sentencing of their attackers, but this might be the first time that the animal on the receiving end of abuse has been present for the sentencing of its abuser. One can only imagine that the goat felt vindicated that the man behind its pricey therapy bills was finally put behind bars.

Strangely enough, this isn’t the first incident of goat sex to be punished in Kenya this year. In June, an unnamed Kenyan man was arrested after he was caught having sex with his employer’s donkey behind a bush. In the case of Gona, a goat was once again tied behind a bush, and he was only caught after a random onlooker stumbled upon the scene when looking for a good bush to urinate in.

Wrong place, wrong time for just about every party involved it seems.

  • UK Man Admits To Having Sex With Two Dogs, Horse

Those who engage in sexual abuse often claim that it was a similar experience in their youth that led them down that path. Does the same apply to animal abuse? One UK case may open up some research in the topic.

The Metro reports that Graham Redfearn, 41, was arrested back in April on suspicions that he had burgled a home. Upon inspecting his home for evidence, police discovered video of him engaging in sexual acts with a horse as well as two dogs. Upon the findings, he was charged with two counts of sexual activity with animals and two charges of owning extreme pornographic content.

When he was arrested, he told police that he was merely “experimenting” by laying on a bed and letting his “dog [do] the rest.” He also told the court this month that he was raped by a German Shepherd when he was 12. He didn’t go into specifics, but it must have been pretty traumatic if it encouraged him to do the same to other animals.

As for the hearing, Redfearn admitted guilt to all four charges. For that, he was banned from ever owning animals again and given a 10-year sexual offenses prevention order. He would have also been given jail time, but that only comes from an animal abuse conviction. In this case, the court could find no evidence that the animals recorded on video were subjected to any pain during the ordeal.

Interestingly enough, Redfearn had put up an ad on Facebook seeking work on a horse farm just days before his trial. Now that he’s required to tell any employer about the above offense, it’s unlikely that farms will be hiring him anytime soon.

  • Being Single Is A Poor Defense When Caught Behind The Neighbor’s Cow With Your Pants Down

It sucks being single. You find yourself looking at every couple with nothing but jealousy and regret at your own miserable situation. At that point, you either have to suck it up and find yourself a partner; or you could always take after Jackson Kiruga and relieve your stress on the neighbor’s cow.

Standard Media reports that Kiruga, a resident of Nyeri county, Kenya, was caught engaging in “an unnatural act” with his neighbor’s cow. As you can imagine, his neighbor, Ann Wanjiru, wasn’t exactly happy to find her cow in his embrace.

Kiruga pled guilty to the charges, but he did list two reasons behind the act. He first said that he was under a lot of stress as he had to manage the family farm after his father died. He also “claimed that his status as a bachelor led him to commit the act.”

    What?

Look, I know what it’s like to be single. I’ve been single for 24 years. That doesn’t mean that you should go around having your way with the neighbor’s livestock. Hell, you shouldn’t do it even if you’re trying to get back at a former lover.

In short, it’s never cool to go around having sex with the neighbor’s animals. Even the most ineligible of bachelors can find that special someone if they try hard enough.

Instead of looking for that special someone, Kiruga will now spend the next 14 years in prison with a 52-year-old man that was sentenced to life on the same day for having sex with his 8-year-old daughter. It’d be a regular three’s company if they were joined by the guy who had sex with his employer’s donkey.

  • ‘Erotic Zoos’ Are Apparently A Thing In Germany Now

What kind of image does the term “erotic zoo” bring to mind? Chances are you’re probably not thinking about bestiality brothels, but that’s exactly what’s happening in Germany now thanks to a legal loophole.

The Daily Mail reports that Germany has seen a rise in what people are calling “erotic zoos” or “animal brothels.” In essence, people can pay a “farmer” to have sex with their animals, which can range from llamas to goats.

So, how is this legal? In Germany, the only bestiality laws on the books ban the creation and distribution of bestiality porn. The act of zoophilia itself is still legal under the law. There’s also apparently no law banning what Hans-Michael Goldmann, chairman of Germany’s agricultural committee, calls the “pimping [of] creatures to others for sexual use.”

In short, there are now goat pimps in Germany selling said goats to paying customers to have their way with. The mere thought of it all is absolutely ridiculous, and I’m surprised that it’s even a thing.

Oh, and if you were wondering, Germany is working on a law that would make all of this illegal. The country has been working on a bestiality law for some time now, but it has been met with stiff resistance from the German zoophile rights group ZETA. They say that it’s a lifestyle choice where most practitioners never abuse the animal, but rather live in a mutually beneficial and loving relationship.

In short, ZETA says that “mere concepts of morality have no business being law.” I’m usually inclined to agree with those who are against legislating morality, but I think we have to draw the line at goat pimps.

  • Sweden Joins An Increasing Number Of European Countries That Ban Bestiality

Bestiality, or zoophilia, is still kind of legal in many parts of the world. That’s slowly changing, however, as more countries begin to adopt laws that ban the practice in all its forms. The latest to do so is Sweden.

The Swedish government indicated today that it will impose a total ban on bestiality starting January 1, 2014. The previous law only punished cases of bestiality in which the animal in question was visibly injured or abused. Sweden’s Minister for Rural Affairs, Eskil Erlandsson, said the new law will erase any and all ambiguity:

“The government is now tightening the rules surrounding bestiality so there will be no doubt about the fact that it is prohibited to inflict suffering on animals.”

Once the new law takes effect, those caught performing any sexual act with an animal with be punished with a fine, up to two years in prison, or both. It’s actually a pretty light sentence compared to other countries where such acts carry a prison sentence of six or more years.

As expected, many animal rights groups and veterinary groups voiced support for the law. Many say taking a hardline stance against bestiality is required as it was sometimes hard to convict somebody of animal cruelty in the past. The new law will make it much easier to ensure those convictions in place.

The original report, however, did not gauge the response from pro-bestiality factions in Sweden. Granted, there may not be any, but the spirited response from zoophiles in Germany certainly has one expecting protests from those who claim they just love their pets a little bit more than others.

Once Sweden joins Germany in banning bestiality, it will be the seventh country in the European Union to do so. Countries such Poland, Italy, Finland and Belgium do not have any laws on the books banning bestiality. There is, however, an EU directive that tasks countries to ban the practice. So zoophiles hoping to escape a country that bans the practice may not have anywhere else to run if more countries begin to ban the practice.

  • Don’t Have Sex With Your Employer’s Donkey

Donkeys are a valuable commodity in some parts of the world. You probably shouldn’t mess with them, especially when that donkey belongs to your employer.

Standard Digital reports that a Kenyan man was recently caught having sex with his employer’s donkey. The story goes that he tied up the beast behind a bush and began to have his way with it. His employer stumbled upon the scene, alerted the public, and then the public alerted the police.

The 19-year-old man was then brought before the court. He pleaded guilty to the charges. I would like to imagine that he then launched into a passionate rant about how the state can’t keep him away from his love. That didn’t happen. Instead, he was sentenced to six years in prison.

Fortunately, this case is not connected with the much larger problem of bestiality and prostitution that is currently exploding in Kenya. It’s been found that a large group of sex workers have been colluding with people in the UK and elsewhere to send sexually explicit images, sometimes with animals, to clients overseas.

Even after all of this, we can still look on the bright side. At least none of these people thought they could create a half-man/half-donkey hybrid.

  • Indiana Man Arrested On Charges Of Fowl Play

Have you ever seen a guineafowl? They’re like an ugly chicken so it’s hard to see how a member of its own species would find them attractive, let alone a human male. Unfortunately, one man has proven that love is blind, and apparently lacking in taste and morality.

The Post-Tribune reports that Michael Bessigano, 42, of New Chicago was arrested after it was found that he had his way with a guineafowl. To make matters worse, Bessigano killed the poor creature and tried to hid the body in a trash barrel. He was arrested at his home where police found bestiality porn, a “large rubber wolf head mask,” and an altar surrounded by candles.

It’s reported that Bessigano has a history of bestiality related crime with his last arrest being in 2001. At that time, he was caught in a hotel room with a chicken. Based on this prior crime, we can only assume that he has a thing for ugly birds.

Beyond the bestiality issue, I think I’m more concerned about the wolf head mask and the altar. That just screams sacrificial ritual. I don’t even want to think about it.

  • You Probably Shouldn’t Continue To Have Sex With A Dog When The Police Show Up

No matter what you’re doing, it’s a pretty good idea to stop doing it when the police show up. One young woman from Las Vegas apparently didn’t get the memo.

The local CBS affiliate in Las Vegas reports that Kara Vandereyk, 23, was arrested after police officers found her in a backyard – naked and “touching [a] dog in a sexual way.” According to the police report, the woman appeared to be on drugs or mentally ill.

The presence of drugs would make sense as the young woman reportedly did not stop “touching” the pit bull after the police showed up. In fact, she reportedly greeted the officers with a “hi” and continued to give the dog a bone in front of them.

The young woman appears to not know what she was doing, or who she even was. When asked by officers, she couldn’t tell them her name, the year or who the current President was. She also reportedly told officers that she suffered from bipolar disorder.

In the end, she was taken to the Clark County jail for booking. The dog was taken in by animal control officers.

  • Zoophiles March On Berlin To Demand Equal Rights

Since 1969, zoophiles have enjoyed protection under German law as the practice of bestiality was completely legal. Fast forward to last year, Germany was looking into getting rid of the law and replacing it with a ban on bestiality. The zoophile community didn’t like it one bit, and filed a suit against the government saying the law violated their rights.

A few months later, the folks at ZETA, a German zoophile-rights group, put together a peaceful protest/march that would make its way through the street of Berlin. The group used the march to highlight the persecution that zoophiles face every day. The civil rights group, Equality for All, showed up to the protest as well. Here’s a picture of their display from Germany’s largest newspaper The Bild, courtesy of Free Thinker Unlimited:

    (image)

It remains to be seen if ZETA’s efforts will have any effect on the national dialog regarding bestiality, but this first march may have inspired other zoophile groups around the world to go public. We may even start seeing other marches in other countries that ban bestiality.

That being said, it’s hard to believe that any progress towards legalization will actually happen. The core argument here is whether or not bestiality is animal abuse, and there’s no easy way to prove either scenario. Most lawmakers are probably going to err on the side of caution in the debate, however, and outlaw it until compelling evidence can validate either side’s argument.

  • Trying To Impregnate The Neighbor’s Horse Is Not How You Get Back At Your Girlfriend

Half-human/half-animal creatures have always seemed strange to me. How exactly do these creatures come to be? Are they the result of some strange crossbreeding experiment gone wrong, or just good old fashioned magic? One Texas man decided he would try the former and see what happens.

Andres Mendozza, a 29-year-old from Texas, was recently arrested after trying to have sex with a horse. The reason? He was stood up by his girlfriend. Did he think this would be an appropriate way to get back at her? Maybe, but the story he told the cops was very different.

Upon being taken in by the police, Mendozza said that he “was trying to make the horse have a baby.” He explained further saying that he thought the horse “would have a horse-man baby.”

    Wait, what?

I don’t think trying to create a mythical race of Centaurs is exactly the best way to get back at your girlfriend. Hell, I’m pretty sure any woman would want nothing to do with you after admitting to having relations with the neighbor’s horse.

So, Mendozza admitted to the deed, so how long is he in for? Surely bestiality carries a hefty sentence in Texas, right? Actually, according to Geekosystem, bestiality falls under public lewdness, which is only a Class A misdemeanor. After all was said and done, Mendozza only got four months in prison.

After he gets out, maybe he should try for a minotaur. I’m sure Texas’ bulls would appreciate it.

  • Shock Porn Director Ira Isaacs Sentenced To 4 Years Under Obscenity Laws

It’s rare that we get an obscenity conviction in the American legal systems these days. Compared to the early 20th century, people are far less likely to find content “obscene.” One porn director, however, was found on the wrong side of the law when he produced a number of films with titles like Mako’s First Time Scat, Gang Bang Horse and Hollywood Scat Amateurs.

The FBI announced today that Ira Isaacs has been sentenced to 48 months in prison “for engaging in the business of producing and selling obscene videos and distributing obscene videos.” Alongside the prison sentence, Isaacs was also sentenced to three years of supervised released and ordered to pay a $10,000 fine.

Evidence presented at trial established that beginning in or about 1999 and continuing until at least 2011, Isaacs, doing business under the name LA. Media, operated numerous websites, through which he advertised and sold obscene videos that he acquired from other people. The obscene videos included a video approximately two hours in length of a female engaging in sex acts involving human bodily waste and a video one hour and 37 minutes in length of a female engaged in sex acts with animals. The evidence presented at trial also established that in approximately 2004, Isaacs began operating under the name Stolen Car Films and made obscene videos in which he instructed women to engage in sexual activity involving human bodily waste.

As is the case with all obscenity trials, the poor jurors had to sit through Isaac’s films to determine if they had any artistic value whatsoever. Then they had to apply a three-step test that was first laid out by at the time Chief Justice Warren Burger in 1973’s Miller v. California:

The basic guidelines for the trier of fact must be: (a) whether ‘the average person, applying contemporary community standards would find that the work, taken as a whole, appeals to the prurient interest, (b) whether the work depicts or describes, in a patently offensive way, sexual conduct specifically defined by the applicable state law; and (c) whether the work, taken as a whole, lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.

If Isaacs could prove that his films fell under one of these three exemptions, he would be found innocent. The jury obviously felt that his films lacked any kind of artistic value, and the obscenity conviction was upheld.

It’s increasingly rare to see convictions for obscenity in our nation. I’ll leave what that means for the moral fiber of our citizens up to you. That being said, you probably shouldn’t start a career in directing scat porn anytime soon.

  • German Zoophiles Sue Government Over Potential Bestiality Ban

Since 1969, zoophilia has been legal in Germany. Animal rights groups and mostly everybody else don’t particularly like that it’s legal, but it’s legal nonetheless. Now the German courts are looking to reverse that decision and ban zoophilia, but practitioners are fighting the proposed change.

The Guardian reports that the Zoophile Engagement for Tolerance and Information group is leading the lawsuit against the state to keep bestiality legal. The proposed law states that it’s in the animal’s best interest to ban the practice, and that engaging in sexual acts with animals is tantamount to abuse. Michael Kiok, chairman of ZETA, says that is just not true, and that they “don’t do anything that the animal doesn’t want.” He also adds that “animals are easier to understand than women” as a reason to keep the practice legal for the reported 100,000 zoophiles in Germany.

Animal rights groups are understandably happy with the law, but its reported that they are not happy that Germany is still refusing to address reported “animal welfare struggles” within the agriculture industry.

Kiok reiterated this feeling by saying that zoophiles are being used as a scapegoat to draw attention away from abuses within the agricultural industry. He feels that the state’s insistence on punishing zoophiles, but leaving the agriculture industry alone is a double standard.

Regardless of the lawsuit, it’s likely that zoophilia will be banned in Germany. The practice is illegal in many countries, and is at least frowned upon in those where it’s not. There’s still hope, however, as these German citizens can move to the US. The practice may be against the law in many states, but other states have no laws regarding the practice whatsoever, including my own state of Kentucky.

  • Police Find Child Pornography, Bestiality Photos on Man’s Phone

Warning: This isn’t the sort of article you’ll want to read before lunch. Or after lunch, for that matter. In fact, it’s going to gross you out regardless of what time of day it is.

A seriously freaky individual from Clearwater, Florida was recently arrested on charges of child pornography and bestiality, according to the Tampa Bay Times. To add further embarrassment to an already-humiliating situation, some of the photos allegedly show the individual engaging in sexual contact with his girlfriend’s dog. Insert heaving, raw gags right here. The thought of such a lurid scenario is completely mind-boggling, not to mention entirely nauseating.

29 year-old Eric Antunes is currently facing quite a bit of jail time. In addition to the single count of animal cruelty, Antunes is being charged with 10 counts of possessing child pornography, which should land him behind bars for quite some time. I’m sure all of his rancid activities will make him a very popular person with his fellow inmates. I’ve seen enough “life in prison” movies to know what happens to people like Antunes when they end up behind bars. Yikes.

Police state that the suspect owned up to downloading child pornography onto his personal computer. Additionally, he allowed authorities to search his harddrives for more illegal content. The poor pooch depicted in the photos is now back with its owner.

Disgusted? Let us know what you think of this guy in the comments section.
