  • Josh Duggar Won’t Appear in New Episodes of TLC’s “Jill and Jessa: Counting On”

Josh Duggar will be conspicuously absent from new episodes of TLC’s Jill and Jessa: Counting On, when it returns on March 15. Even though Josh’s wife, Anna Duggar, will join Jill Duggar Dillard, Jessa Duggar Seewald, and John David, Josiah, Joseph, Joy Anna, Jinger, and Jana Duggar in the new episodes the network has ordered, Josh Duggar will only be alluded to in comments about how much the Duggar family suffered in 2015.

The Duggar family starred in TLC’s hit show 19 Kids and Counting for several years before the media caught wind last spring about Josh Duggar having sexually molested five underage girls when he was a teenager. Two of those girls were sisters Jill and Jessa Duggar. Although it has never been confirmed, it is expected that Jana and Jinger Duggar were victimized by Josh Duggar, too. The fifth victim was a non-family member.

Because of the Josh Duggar molestations, as well as Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s alleged attempts to keep the incidents swept under the proverbial rug, TLC cancelled 19 Kids and Counting.

This past summer, Josh Duggar was outed in the Ashley Madison cheater’s website hack, after which he admitted he cheated on wife Anna Duggar with a former porn star. He also admitted to having an addiction to pornography.

While it didn’t seem likely after that news hit the media, TLC wanted Jill Duggar Dillard and Jessa Duggar Seewald back. They drew the most fans during the last year or two that 19 Kids and Counting aired. The network created Jill and Jessa: Counting On, originally airing three special episodes in December. Now it seems Jill and Jessa: Counting On is coming back, with several new episodes on tap.

The show will pick up approximately three months after Jessa Duggar and husband Ben Seewald welcomed baby boy Spurgeon into their world. It will also chronicle some of Jill Duggar and hubby Derick Dillard’s time in El Salvador as Christian missionaries, along with their little boy, Israel.

It’s interesting to note, that in addition to Josh Duggar’s absence, fans aren’t likely to see Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar on Jill and Jessa: Counting On. Even some of the family’s fans can’t condone their actions, or lack thereof.

Will you be tuning in to see Jill Duggar Dillard, Jessa Duggar Seewald, Anna Duggar, and more of the former 19 Kids and Counting family when Jill and Jessa: Counting On returns to TLC?

  • Jessa Duggar Seewald Speed-Walked Through Much of Her Labor, Highlighted on “Jill & Jessa: Counting On”

Jessa Duggar Seewald and her labor and delivery are highlighted in Sunday’s upcoming episode of Jill & Jessa: Counting On. The former 19 Kids and Counting star used a rather unique method to kick her labor into high gear. Once it was determined Jessa Duggar was in labor, the 23-year-old speed-walked to keep labor active and urge their baby along.

Entertainment Tonight reports the method involved many of Jessa’s family members, too.

“If you’re going to try to have a baby, just do it,” Jessa says in a preview clip of Sunday’s show that was provided to ET. “I mean, don’t mosey on down the trail at a snail’s pace! Power walk it. Walk the baby out!”

Surrounded by some of her family members, Jessa Duggar Seewald power-walked–and then she power-walked some more. When she finally returned home, it was time to deliver her baby boy.

Jessa Duggar Seewald and hubby Ben Seewald welcomed Spurgeon Elliot Seewald on November 5–one day after Jessa’s birthday, and four days after her November 1 due date. Spurgeon weighed in at an impressive nine pounds, 11 ounces, and he measured 21 1/4 inches in length. As fans will see on Jill & Jessa: Counting On, Jessa Duggar was transported to the hospital by ambulance following Spurgeon’s birth. Mom Michelle Duggar called 911, and told the dispatcher Jessa was bleeding excessively after delivering her baby.

Have you been following Jill and Jessa Duggar in Jill & Jessa: Counting On? The show is rumored to be TLC’s way of bringing the Duggar family–recently shamed by eldest son Josh Duggar–back to viewers without featuring the man who caused the cancellation of 19 Kids and Counting. Josh Duggar sexually molested five underage girls when he was a teenager. Jill and Jessa Duggar admitted to being–and sisters Jinger and Jana Duggar were purportedly among–his victims. This summer, following the cancellation of 19 Kids and Counting, Josh Duggar was outed during the Ashley Madison website hack. It was determined he had two accounts on the cheater’s website. He then admitted to wife Anna Duggar he had cheated on her. He also admitted to an addiction to pornography. A porn star has filed a lawsuit against Josh Duggar, claiming he was violent during sex.

Fans can see Jessa Duggar Seewald’s labor and birth story–and her penchant for power-walking–on Sunday night’s episode of Jill & Jessa: Counting On. It airs on TLC at 9 p.m. ET.

    Will you be tuning in?

  • Jessa Seewald, Jill Dillard: Duggar Sisters Back on TLC in “Jill & Jessa: Counting On”

Jessa Seewald and Jill Dillard are just two members of the Duggar family from 19 Kids and Counting fame who appeared in the first of a three-part TLC special on Sunday evening. Jill & Jessa: Counting On featured the Duggar sisters and various members of the devout Christian family in the aftermath of Josh Duggar’s sexual scandals.

“You always think in the beginning of the year what the year will hold and it hasn’t been what we thought,” Jill Duggar Dillard, 24, said early on in the hour-and-a-half long show, which began with scenes of her and Jessa Duggar Seewald tending to their own families.

The show then ran through Jill and husband Derick Dillard’s–along with baby Israel’s–move to South America, as well as Jessa and Ben Seewald’s preparation for the birth of their son (who was born in November).

After that, the Josh Duggar scandals came into focus–to a degree, anyway.

“We had moved on from there,” Jill said of Josh Duggar’s sexual molestation scandal. “To be thrown under the bus was really really hard.”

“You don’t want that rubbed in your face all the time, for everyone else to see. That wasn’t right whoever released that. It shouldn’t have happened,” Jill, who was one of Josh’s victims, added.

Jessa Seewald responded during her own segment on the show.

“There’s an expectation that this family doesn’t have any problems,” she said. “People go digging up old bones. It was so frustrating.”

“There was a period of time in our family where Josh was not to be trusted,” Jessa added of Josh Duggar’s first scandal. Once the family sought counseling, “That relationship was restored between all of us siblings and our parents.”

“Knowing now what Joshua was hiding…it wasn’t right for him to let us speak our words without having the full knowledge of what he was hiding,” Jill Duggar Dillard, thinking back to when she and Jessa supported their brother after word of the first scandal hit the media.

“We were devastated. Over the years Josh had worked really hard to repair our trust in him,” Jessa Seewald said.

Later on in the show, additional 19 Kids and Counting siblings shared their thoughts on Josh Duggar and his scandals.

“It’s probably the toughest time in our life by far,” Jinger Duggar said through tears.

Second eldest brother John-David Duggard shared that “One of the toughest things I had to tell my older brother was, I don’t want to be like you anymore.”

There were some happy moments in Jill & Jessa: Counting On, too. Some of the Duggar sisters went shopping for baby clothes for Jessa and Ben’s then-not-born yet baby. A producer asked Jessa Seewald if the year’s events (meaning, of course, the Josh Duggar scandals) had detracted from the joy of her pregnancy.

    “Of course not,” she said.

“I think that there is hope for our family. There’s going to be a new normal,” Joy Duggar said.

Did you catch Jill Duggar Dillard and Jessa Duggar Seewald–as well as some of their family members–on Jill & Jessa: Moving On Sunday night?

Might the show become a spinoff of 19 Kids and Counting, or has the draw for the Duggar family shriveled up and died?

  • Jessa Seewald Shares Holiday Photos from Former “19 Kids and Counting” Family

Jessa Seewald–nee Duggar–shared some holiday photos from Thanksgiving weekend at the former 19 Kids and Counting home.

There were no doubt many people seated around the Thanksgiving dinner table in the Duggar household. Do you suppose Michelle Duggar and her daughters do all the cooking?

Jessa Seewald first shared a beautiful father-son photo of husband Ben Seewald and new baby Spurgeon on Thanksgiving Day.

“I’m so thankful to God for giving me you, Babe! You’re a gem! I’m so grateful to be married to such a sweet, godly man! These past three weeks have been so precious to me as I have watched you love and care for our son. From his middle of the night diaper changes to his sweet cuddle times with daddy, it melts my heart to see the interaction between you two! You’re such a good daddy! I can’t even begin to put into words how much you mean to me! I’m so happy you’re mine. I feel like the most blessed girl on earth! ?” Jessa captioned the Instagram post.

On Sunday following Thanksgiving, members of the Duggar family prepared to go Christmas caroling.

“Preparing to go caroling ?” Jessa Seewald captioned this shot.

Jessa Seewald’s next post shows a beautiful Nativity scene in parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s home. In the background you can here Jinger Duggar playing the piano.

“Jinger’s piano playing is amazing! God has truly blessed her,” Jessa captioned the shot.

Jennifer and Johannah Duggar were adorable in their matching dresses this weekend. Jessa Duggar Seewald had to share their photo on her Instagram account.

“Haha! I wanted to get their pic together since they were matching–and Jennie was trying to be as tall as Johannah is in her skates??” she captioned it.

A photo posted by Jessa Seewald (@jessaseewald) on

It’s uncertain as to how many members of the former 19 Kids and Counting attended Thanksgiving dinner at the Duggar family abode. No one has confirmed if Josh Duggar was home for the holiday. A new report says he wants to renew his wedding vows with Anna Duggar. How do you suppose she might react to that notion?

If they do renew their vows, it’s unlikely Jessa Seewald will attend and take photos of that Duggar family event. Despite her strong Christian faith, she isn’t happy with the recent choices her brother has made.

  • Jessa Duggar Seewald, Jill Duggar Dillard Star in TLC’s Three-Part “Jill & Jessa: Counting On,” How Will It Do?

Jessa Duggar Seewald and Jill Duggar Dillard are headed back to TLC on Sunday in the first of a three-part special series called Jill & Jessa: Counting On. Resurrected from the dust of 19 Kids and Counting in the wake of Josh Duggar’s two scandals, the Duggar family is working hard to make their way back on to TV in a regular show.

Jill & Jessa: Counting will look at Jill Duggar Dillard, husband Derick, and son Israel, as they work as Christian missionaries in Central America. It will see Jessa Duggar Seewald, who gave birth to son Spurgeon, with husband Ben Seewald on November 5th, start her own family.

Coming as a surprise to many, Anna Duggar will appear in the first (maybe more?) of the three specials. She breaks her silence for the first time about Josh Duggar, who cheated on her with a porn star when Anna was seven months pregnant with the couple’s fourth child. While it’s incredibly unlikely that Anna Duggar will discuss anything like that, her appearance alone was unexpected.

TLC cancelled 19 Kids and Counting because of Josh Duggar’s sexual molestations of four of his sisters–Jill and Jessa Duggar confirm they are among his victims–and one unrelated underage girl. This summer Josh admitted to cheating on Anna, as well as to an addiction to pornography when he was outed during the Ashley Madison website hacking scandal.

Prior to the cancellation of 19 Kids and Counting, it was plain to see that Jill and Jessa Duggar were the members of the Duggar family with the most draw. Young, pretty, and living lives quite unlike most young women these days, they have a certain intrigue that makes people watch, and at times unable to look away.

Will you tune in to see Jill and Jessa Duggar return to TLC? Jill & Jessa: Counting On airs its first episode on Sunday at 8 p.m. ET.

How do you suppose this effort on behalf of TLC to keep the Duggar family on TV will do?

  • Jessa Duggar Seewald Shares New Photos of Baby Spurgeon

Jessa Duggar Seewald is loving motherhood. She is surely getting the hang of it quickly, thanks to all the years she spent tending to her younger siblings. Jessa and hubby Ben Seewald welcomed baby Spurgeon into their lives on November 5th. On Sunday, Jessa Duggar shared a new photo of their bundle of joy via Facebook.

Have to wonder what it is that babies dream about… 󾌸❤️

On Monday, Jessa Duggar fans were treated to a 15-second video clip of baby Spurgeon yawning.

    Big yawn ❤️

Posted by Jessa Seewald on Monday, November 16, 2015

The former 19 Kids and Counting star still can’t believe she is finally a mom.

“When we got home from the hospital, we had the baby on the bed between us, and we were lying there–it seemed like a dream,” Jessa Duggar told People magazine.

New dad Ben Seewald is trying to get used to parenthood, too.

“Jessa and I are trying to call each other Mom and Dad just so this whole being-parents thing can sink in a little,” he says.

Jessa Duggar Seewald and Ben Seewald will no doubt make wonderful parents. Their aim was to start a family right after they got married. Baby Spurgeon was actually due on their first wedding anniversary, November 1st.

Don’t you think Jessa Duggar’s baby boy is absolutely beautiful?

  • Jessa Duggar: Former “19 Kids and Counting” Star Named Her Baby What?

Jessa Duggar has finally named her baby. She and hubby Ben Seewald welcomed a baby boy into their lives one week ago, following a grueling 48-hour labor and emeergency trip to the hospital via ambulance for Jessa following the home birth. Nearly a week went by with the former 19 Kids and Counting grandchild having no name. Late on Wednesday, the announcement came.

    Spurgeon Elliot Seewald.

    Why?

Prior to the announcement, both Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald admitted they were having difficulty choosing a name for their baby boy. They wanted something strong–something reminiscent of biblical heroes.

Charles Spurgeon was a British preacher in England in the 1800s. He wrote several hymns that are still sung in Christian churches today. Ben Seewald told People magazine that Spurgeon has long been one of his “personal heroes.”

“Elliot” comes from late missionaries Jim and Elisabeth Elliot. Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald have long admired the work they did in South America.

Even though Jessa Duggar asked fans for ideas for names for their baby–long before he was born–they clearly opted not to use any of the more than 100,000 options sent in.

Spurgeon Elliot Seewald is the sixth grandchild to grace the Duggar family. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have four grandchildren from Josh and Anna Duggar, and one from Jill Duggar Dillard and husband Derick Dillard.

What do you think of the name Jessa Duggar Seewald and her husband chose for their baby boy?

Might little Spurgeon one day be teased mercilessly for his name? After all, kids can be cruel.

Surely as he grows older, Spurgeon Elliot Seewald will appreciate the thought put into his unusual moniker.

  • Jessa Seewald Breaks Silence on Emergency Trip to Hospital Following Baby’s Birth

Jessa Seewald is breaking her silence about her emergency trip to the hospital following the birth of her baby boy last Thursday.

Ben and Jessa Seewald welcomed a nine lb., 11 oz. son who measured 21 inches in length nearly a week ago, in a home birth. Following the birth, former 19 Kids and Counting matriarch Michelle Duggar called 911, telling an EMS dispatcher that her daughter was losing a lot of blood.

“Labor is hard,” Jessa Seewald tells People magazine in her first interview since the still unnamed Baby Seewald arrived. “It was very intense, very long. Everything was different than I expected.”

After 10 hours of intense labor, Jessa nearly threw in the towel on her home birth plans.

“I said, ‘That’s it! I’m done! I am going to the hospital and I’m going to get an epidural,’ ” she says. “They asked me if I really wanted to do that and I said, ‘No, I don’t, but I do.’ I wanted to try natural if at all possible.”

New dad Ben Seewald admits watching Jessa in pain wasn’t easy either.

“I was trying to keep it positive…there were a few times, she was like, ‘I can’t do this,’” he says/

Jessa Seewald was fully conscious when Michelle Duggar called 911, per the advice of Jessa’s midwife.

“I tried to keep my head, I was awake and alert,” Jessa recalls.

She says the hardest part of going to the hospital was leaving her newborn baby behind.

Jessa Seewald was in serious condition, however. She required a transfusion and an overnight at the hospital because of how much blood she lost. Doctors don’t like to give transfusions unless patients are in very precarious medical situations.

Now feeling great–or at least putting on a good front for the press–Jessa Seewald is back home with her baby and her husband.

Fans are now waiting to learn what Ben and Jessa Seewald decide to name their son.

Does it sound like Jessa Seewald should have had her baby in a hospital? Losing enough blood to warrant a transfusion is no laughing matter.

  • Jessa Duggar: Mom Michelle Duggar Got Daughter’s Age Wrong When Calling 911 After Baby Seewald Was Born

Jessa Duggar Seewald gave birth to a healthy baby boy on Thursday night, but following the home birth she suffered some complications. Mom Michelle Duggar feared Jessa was losing too much blood, so she called 911, and an ambulance arrived to bring Jessa Duggar to the hospital.

While talking on the phone to the 911 dispatcher, however, Michelle Duggar got her daughter’s age wrong.

The Daily Mail Online reports that Michelle Duggar was heard very calmly explaining to the dispatcher, “Mother is bleeding after birth. We need her to be checked out.”

When asked by the dispatcher how old Jessa Duggar was, Michelle said 24.

Jessa Duggar actually turned 23 the day before her and Ben Seewald’s baby boy was born.

“There was quite a bit of blood when the placenta detached, but uterus is hard now,” Michelle Duggar told the dispatcher as the Duggar family awaited the ambulance.

“We’re massaging your uterus. Hang in there,” she was heard saying.

A minute later the 911 dispatcher asks if Jessa Duggar is still bleeding.

“No, she’s better now, just a lot of blood. She’s talking. Her color is good,” Michelle Duggar replied.

The operator then instructed Michelle to wrap the afterbirth in a towel for the doctor to examine to make sure it was all delivered.

When asked how the baby is doing, Michelle said, “Baby is doing wonderful. Baby is great.”

Jessa Duggar Seewald was due on November 1st, which was also her first wedding anniversary. When her birthday passed with no baby, she decided he was probably going to be big, and would come when he was good and ready.

Baby Seewald, whose name has yet to be announced, weighed in at a healthy nine pounds, 11 ounces. He was 21 inches long.

Michelle knew to look for red flags following Jessa’s baby’s birth. After giving birth to 20 children (Michelle Duggar lost one baby, Jubilee Shalom Duggar), she surely knows when something isn’t quite right.

Jessa Duggar is likely grateful for her mom’s presence and her calm demeanor during Baby Seewald’s birth, and she probably laughs when thinking about her mother getting her age wrong during a moment of veiled panic.

  • Jessa Seewald Rushed to Hospital Following Home Birth, Mom and Baby Doing Fine

Jessa Seewald was reportedly rushed to the hospital following a home birth on Thursday night. Sources tell Entertainment Tonight that Jessa Seewald experienced heavy bleeding following the delivery of her baby boy, and mom Michelle Duggar called 911.

Despite the minor complication, both mom and Baby Seewald are doing just fine.

Ben Seewald couldn’t wait to share a photo of their little family on Friday. In addition to posting it on the website he shares with Jessa, he also posted it on the Facebook site for Jessa Seewald and Jill Dillard’s upcoming TLC show, Jill & Jessa: Counting On.

Baby Seewald weighed in at a very healthy nine pounds and 11 ounces. Jessa Seewald had mentioned just days ahead of his birth that she expected their baby would be big. She weighed nine pounds and 15 ounces at birth.

“I’d say it’s very possible we could have a chubby little baby!” she joked last week.

Fans are no doubt excited to learn what Ben and Jessa Seewald name their bundle of joy. Will they choose a biblical name like Derick and Jill Dillard? They named their baby boy Isaiah.

The entire Duggar family is no doubt thrilled that Baby Seewald has joined the former 19 Kids and Counting gang, and they’re surely grateful that despite the scare following the birth, that both the baby and Jessa Seewald are okay.

  • Duggar Family: Jessa Duggar Seewald Gives Birth to Baby Boy

The Duggar family has a new member. Jessa Duggar Seewald and hubby Ben Seewald welcomed a baby boy on Thursday.

The 19 Kids and Counting family took to Facebook to announce the blessed arrival.

Yesterday Jessa gave birth to a baby boy. He is 9 lbs 11 ounces and 21 1/4 inches long. Both Jessa and the baby are doing well. They’ve posted some precious first pictures on their website here:

Ben and Jessa had a home birth. Several members of the Duggar family were on hand to welcome their newest member, as was Ben Seewald’s mom.

Baby Seewald was due on Sunday, but in the tradition of several new Duggar family members of late, he arrived when he was good and ready. Sunday was Ben and Jessa’s first wedding anniversary.

Jessa Duggar Seewald held out hope that their baby might arrive on her 23rd birthday, which was Wednesday. Apparently Baby Seewald wanted his very own day to shine, rather than sharing a celebration with his mom and dad.

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are now the grandparents of six. Josh and Anna Duggar have four children and Jill and Derick Dillard have one.

Becoming a part of the Duggar family will no doubt mean lots of attention and cuddles for Baby Seewald, and hopefully some much needed rest for Jessa Duggar Seewald.

Congratulations are no doubt headed the Duggar family’s way on the birth of this new baby boy.

  • “19 Kids and Counting” Family Welcomes New Member, Jessa Duggar Seewald Gives Birth

The former 19 Kids and Counting family has a new member. Daughter Jessa Duggar Seewald gave birth to a baby boy on Thursday.

The Duggar family shared word of the blessed event on their Facebook page.

Jessa Duggar Seewald and hubby Ben Seewald watched her due date come and go on Sunday, which was also the couple’s first wedding anniversary. On Wednesday, Jessa Duggar turned 23, but no baby arrived as an extra special birthday gift.

It seems Baby Seewald was awaiting his own date and time to make his entrance into the world. Perhaps he didn’t want to share his mom and dad’s anniversary or his mom’s birthday.

The arrival of Jessa Duggar’s baby marks the sixth grandchild for 19 Kids and Counting patriarch and matriarch Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. Eldest son Josh Duggar has four children with his wife Anna Duggar–the one he admitted to cheating on this past summer. Jill Duggar Dillard and her husband Derick have one child, a son named Israel.

Fans are now awaiting word on what the 19 Kids and Counting family will name their new blessing. Ben and Jessa referred to their unborn baby as “Quincy,” having first called him “Q.” Ben and Jessa knew they were having a boy, but didn’t share that information with their fans.

The entire 19 Kids and Counting family is no doubt rejoicing today following the arrival of a new member yesterday.

Hopefully Jessa Duggar Seewald will post pictures of her new bundle of joy soon.

  • Jessa Seewald Indulges in Chocolate on 23rd Birthday, Still No Sign of Baby Seewald

Jessa Seewald turned 23 on Wednesday, and indulged in some chocolate as part of her celebration.

It’s been a week of celebrations for Jessa and her husband Ben. Sunday was their first wedding anniversary, as well as their unborn baby’s due date.

Being a few days overdue didn’t spoil the fun for Jessa. She shared an Instagram photo of her chocolate dessert she shared with one of the yonger Duggar siblings.

“Sharing a birthday dessert with my little Jordyn buddy!” Jessa Seewald captioned the photo. “#ChocolateMess #MarketplaceGrill.”

It seems tacos might have been part of Jessa Seewald’s birthday celebration, too. She shared another photo from a taco restaurant, taken with two friends–one of whom appears as pregnant as Jessa.

Some of the 19 Kids and Counting family members took to social media to wish Jessa Duggar Seewald a very happy birthday.

Jinger Duggar shared a photo of the two sisters on Facebook.

  • Jessa Duggar Is Worried About Home Birth With Possibly Huge Baby

Jessa Duggar shared her worries that her baby will be a big one on social media recently, posting a screenshot of a conversation she had with family members about how much both she and husband Ben weighed at birth.

Duggar was close to 10 pounds when she was born, and Ben weighed 8 lbs. 15 oz, so he was no featherweight, either. Jessa, who is about 40 weeks into her first pregnancy, will be without her sister Jill for the birth as she and her family are in Central America on a missionary trip. However, she still plans to have the child at home, as is tradition for the women in the Duggar family.

Jessa and Ben just celebrated their first wedding anniversary, and marked the moment by sharing the full video of their big day with fans. Jessa’s due date actually fell on their anniversary, but she’s gone a couple of days over already.

“Today, Nov. 1st, Ben and I celebrate our 1-year wedding anniversary. And we are super excited to share– for the very first time– THE ENTIRE, UNEDITED VIDEO OF OUR WEDDING CEREMONY!!!!” Jessa wrote.

Jessa and Ben have been focusing on the baby, their upcoming spinoff reality show on TLC, and fans recently rather than the scandals that have rocked the Duggars since May, when police reports were made public showing that eldest son Josh had sexually abused several underage girls when he was 14, including Jessa and Jill. Jessa posted a message to fans on Instagram this week, saying, “To our family and friends: Our hearts are full of gratitude toward all who worked so hard to make our special day so amazing. Thank you for pouring into our lives, and loving and encouraging us in this first year!”

  • Anna Duggar Makes Rare Public Appearance With Amy Duggar King

Anna Duggar made a rare public appearance on Friday night with her husband Josh Duggar’s cousin Amy Duggar King. The two ladies attended a fundraiser for Loving Choices, a family planning organization that provides health services for women, with the exception of abortion.

Entertainment Tonight interviewed Amy Duggar King about the event, as well as on the rare peek the public got at Anna Duggar.

“Anna and I go to this fundraiser ever year, a lot of the family does,” Amy said. “We love babies and just love this event. Aunt Michelle (Michelle Duggar) was there, Jessa and Ben (Seewald) were there, my mom, Dillon, a lot of the family was there. The event raised over $300,000.”

Amy shared a photo of herself with Anna Duggar on her Instagram account.

“Any negative comments will be deleted, just try me. She’s beautiful!” she captioned the shot.

Anna Duggar has kept a very low profile since her husband Josh was outed during the Ashley Madison website hacking scandal this summer. It was discovered that Josh Duggar had two accounts on the cheater’s site. He admitted to cheating on Anna Duggar and to a pornography addiction after he was outed.

Josh Duggar is now at a faith-based rehab center, where he is receiving counseling for his “sexual sins.” Anna Duggar has considered filing for divorce. Jim Bob Duggar has reportedly bribed her with a new home if she stays with the former 19 Kids and Counting star.

It will be interesting to see what Anna Duggar decides. For now, however, it’s nice to see her out and smiling with Amy Duggar King.

  • Jessa Seewald Chronicles Wedding to Ben Seewald on First Anniversary

Jessa Seewald spent her first wedding anniversary chronicling her wedding to Ben Seewald. On the date their first baby is due, Jessa looked back to one year before, when she was still Jessa Duggar, and the day she became Mrs. Ben Seewald.

Sharing her wedding video and many wedding photos on Instagram, Jessa Seewald thanked those who were a part of their first year as husband and wife.

“To our family and friends: Our hearts are full of gratitude toward all who worked so hard to make our special day so amazing! Thank you for pouring into our lives, and loving and encouraging us in this first year!” she captioned a photo collage of her wedding.

“To the man of my dreams: Baby, you are my best friend and the Love of my life! I’m so thankful to God for bringing us together! This past year with you has been the best yet– I’m sure only to be outdone by the next!” she added.

Ben and Jessa Seewald will become parents any time now. Just because Baby Seewald didn’t arrive on the projected due date doesn’t mean he or she won’t come tomorrow.

Jessa Seewald turns 23 on Wednesday. Maybe the baby is waiting until then. That would be the ultimate birthday present for Jessa.

  • Jessa Seewald, Hubby Ben Celebrate First Wedding Anniversary on Baby’s Due Date, No Baby Seewald Yet

Jessa Seewald and her husband Ben are celebrating their first wedding anniversary today, November 1st. Today is also Jessa Seewald’s due date, but there’s been no sign of Baby Seewald’s arrival thus far.

On the night before their first anniversary, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar shared photos from the night before Ben and Jessa Seewald’s wedding.

See the pictures of the last night that our Jessa was a Duggar! Many of these have never been seen before. It was a wonderful special time!

Nothing is yet mentioned on the former 19 Kids and Counting family’s Facebook page indicating Jessa Seewald has gone into labor. Jessa learned this past week that eating pineapple doesn’t induce labor. She shared the story via social media.

“Haha! So has anyone else tried the “eating an entire fresh pineapple” thing for helping to bring on labor? Apparently it doesn’t work for everyone, ’cause I ate the whole thing yesterday… and still no signs of labor! ? (Sure was a tasty pineapple tho! ??) Guess #BabySeewald still wants to camp out in there a little longer! Patience, Mama, patience… ? #39weeks5days ❤️” Jessa Seewald captioned a photo of herself holding a whole pineapple.

Poor Jessa. Most moms-to-be will try every old wives’ tale available when it gets near their due date in order to speed the process alone. As moms everywhere can attest, the baby comes when the baby is ready.

If Baby Seewald can hang out until Wednesday, Jessa Seewald will get the best birthday gift ever. Jessa turns 23 on November 4th and will probably love nothing more than a bundle of joy on her big day.

Of course she’d probably prefer to give birth before then–like now.

  • Jessa Seewald Approaches Due Date, Shares Baby Bump Photo and Tabloid Cover Shot

Jessa Seewald is fast approaching her November 1st due date. In addition to being the day she is due to give birth to her baby, November 1st is also Ben and Jessa Seewald’s first wedding anniversary. Three days later, Jessa turns 23–meaning the 19 Kids and Counting family have a lot of celebrating to look forward to in the coming days.

On Friday, Jessa Seewald shared what will likely be the last of her baby bump updates.

“39 weeks 4 days! Feeling as big as a barn, and soooo ready to meet my baby! ? #BabySeewald,” she captioned the Instagram post.

Showing fans that she really does have a sense of humor, Jessa Seewald picked up a tabloid at the grocery store checkout earlier on Saturday, with her picture on the front.

“Cracking up over this one! ? Ben and I were surprised to find out that #BabySeewald was already born last week! I must say, it was certainly a relief for me to find out that all that labor and delivery work is already behind me. ? Oh, and A+ on the cover picture. ?? I never imagined I’d get my pre-baby body back so soon! ?? Haha! We both had a good laugh over this! #UnreliableSources Lol!” she captioned a photo of herself posing with the tabloid.

Ben and Jessa Seewald starting jokingly referring to their unborn baby as “Q.” That quickly became “Quincy.” The couple knows the gender of their baby, but hasn’t shared their secret with anyone else.

Hopefully Jessa Seewald gives birth on or close to her due date. Those last days of waiting for a baby to arrive can be tedious for their mothers. At least she’s remaining optimistic and keeping her sense of humor in check.

  • Jessa Seewald: Countdown to Baby, Just A Couple of Days to Due Date

Jessa Seewald is counting down the final days before her and hubby Ben Seewald’s baby arrives.

On Thursday, Jessa Duggar Seewald shared what may very well be the last pregnancy progression update before the baby’s birth.

“Feeling as big as a barn, and soooo ready to meet my baby! #BabySeewald” she captioned it.

A photo posted by Jessa Seewald (@jessaseewald) on

Jessa Seewald is surely excited, but no doubt exhausted, too. The last few days before giving birth can find moms-to-be feeling the full weight of their unborn babies. Carrying around that extra weight takes its toll on her stomach, back, and legs.

Meanwhile, one source says Jessa Seewald is presently upset with brother Josh Duggar, and that the two are feuding via telephone while he is in a rehab facility. Jim Bob Duggar is offering a mansion he purchased recently to Josh and Anna Duggar–contingent upon Anna giving up the idea of divorcing Josh. Meanwhile Ben and Jessa Seewald are living in a tiny home, without the income needed to buy something bigger.

Although this sounds a bit far-fetched, it’s true that Jessa Seewald had lost any respect she once had for Josh Duggar, following his admission to cheating on Anna, and to having an addiction to pornography.

Jessa Seewald and sister Jill Duggar Dillard will soon return to TV in three TLC episodes of Jill & Jessa: Counting On. If the show turns into a 19 Kids and Counting spinoff, Jessa and Ben might have enough money to buy a bigger house.

Hopefully Jessa remains calm for now, and concentrates on nothing but bringing a healthy baby into the world.

  • Jessa Duggar: Less Than A Week Until Baby’s Due Date, ’19 Kids and Counting’ Family Celebrates Joy-Anna Duggar’s 18th Birthday

Jessa Duggar has less than a week to go before her due date. She and hubby Ben Seewald are in the final countdown. The former 19 Kids and Counting family is in the midst of several celebrations–the baby being the most exciting by far. The baby is due on the same day Jessa and Ben will celebrate their first wedding anniversary.

Joy-Anna Duggar turned 18 on Wednesday. Jessa Duggar shared birthday wishes with her sister via Instagram.

“Happy birthday, Joy Joy! Love you so much, and I’m so blessed to have you as my sister! ? You light up the world around you and bring love and joy everyone you meet! ? Praying God’s blessings over you in this new year!” Jessa captioned the following photo of Joy-Anna Duggar.

Three days after her baby’s due date, Jessa Duggar Seewald turns 23. Just over a week ago, Jessa’s upcoming motherhood was lauded with a baby shower.

Do you suppose the 19 Kids and Counting family is sick of eating cake?

Jill Duggar Dillard and her family–husband Derick and son Israel–wished Joy-Anna Duggar happy birthday via Instagram just like Jessa.

“We love you joy joy! Happy birthday! #joyduggar,” Jill captioned a picture of her, Derick and Israel holding up a sign for the birthday girl.

Maybe Jessa Duggar will surprise everyone–herself included–and have her baby earlier than expected. In addition to the joy of the baby’s arrival, that would give the Duggar family a few extra days between celebrations.

Can you believe there’s less than a week left until Jessa Duggar Seewald’s due date?

  • Jessa Seewald: The Countdown to Baby “Quincy” is On as Former “19 Kids and Counting” Star Prepares to Give Birth

Jessa Seewald is counting down the last few days until she and hubby Ben Seewald welcome baby “Quincy” into their lives. That isn’t the baby’s actual name, however. The former 19 Kids and Counting couple jokingly referred to their unborn baby as “Q” for a while. From that it evolved into Quincy.”

November 1st is Jessa Duggar Seewald’s due date, and that is also the day she and Ben will celebrate their one-year wedding anniversary. Just three days after that, Jessa Duggar turns 23. The Duggar family will soon have lots to celebrate.

That’s no doubt a welcome change, as the Duggars have endured months of turmoil. Their 19 Kids and Counting show was cancelled by TLC after the media learned eldest son Josh Duggar had sexually molested five underage girls when he was a teen. Four of the girls he molested are Duggar siblings. Jill Duggar Dillard and Jessa Seewald admit they are among his victims. Due to their ages, it is expected that Jana Duggar and Jinger Duggar were sexually molested by Josh Duggar, too. One unrelated girl–a babysitter in the 19 Kids and Counting household–was also victimized.

Not long after 19 Kids and Counting was cancelled, Josh Duggar drove a nail in his coffin yet again, with the discovery of his two Ashley Madison accounts. He was outed when the cheater’s website was hacked this summer. Shortly thereafter he admitted to having cheated on wife Anna Duggar, and to having an addiction to pornography.

With Josh Duggar tucked away in rehab (for his sexual sins) and Anna Duggar staying with her parents in Florida, things are relatively peaceful for the Duggar clan right now. TLC cameras have returned–to the home of Ben and Jessa Seewald–to film three upcoming specials. Jill & Jessa: Counting On will concentrate on the two Duggar sisters and their families. Their cameras were rolling last weekend for Jessa Seewald’s baby shower. Rumor has it the show could become a 19 Kids and Counting spinoff if all goes well with these three specials. The new show has likely provided some much-needed joy for the Duggar family.

Jessa Seewald only has six days to go until her baby is due. Since Jill Duggar Dillard just returned to Central America to serve as a missionary, it doesn’t seem she will be home for the baby’s arrival. Some had wondered if she might deliver Jessa Seewald’s baby, since she is a midwife, but certainly other plans are in place.

Are you excited to learn what Ben and Jessa Seewald name their baby, and whether they have a boy or a girl?
