  • Facebook Ad Dashboard Acquires Contact Form

In today’s business age, customer support means everything, and is a valuable way to keep a positive reputation with your customers and clients. As the Support Analyst for WebProNews, I 100% agree with this statement. The social networking giant Facebook also agrees with this premise, and has added a method for you to contact their advertising department regarding any inquiries that you may have pertaining to their Ad Dashboard.

To access Facebook’s Ad Dashboard contact form, click on the green “Contact Us” button that is located above your campaign information. The area to contact Facebook’s Ad Dashboard support team will look like the image provided below.

The “Contact Us” button directs the user to a contact form that asks for standard information (e.g. Name, E-mail, Advertising ID, etc.), and then gives you a large text area asking you a) In a few words how can we help, and b) Please include additional details. That allows Facebook’s support team to better serve you by directing your submitted message to the correct associate who can correctly answer your inquiry. A screen shot of the newly added contact form has been provided below.

Since Facebook is such a big company, on the contact form, the social networking giant communicates that your inquiry may not be responded to immediately, especially if your inquiry was submitted outside of their support hours (9a-5p, Monday – Friday, CMT); however, if you have submitted your inquiry within this time frame, your inquiry may be responded to within four hours. This is a big advantage, because many companies as big as Facebook may take a week or longer to respond to an individual inquiry, and in some cases, may not even respond to your inquiry at all.

There is a lot of skepticism pertaining to Facebook’s new support portal for their Ad Dashboard, and I have provided various reactions below from the Twitter community.
