Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are finally moving forward with their divorce, which many people suspected was coming for a while now. Khloe has claimed that the reason for the divorce is because Lamar has a drug problem and refuses to get help.

Lamar has not given any reasons of his own for the divorce, but says that he does not plan to fight it and is just ready to get it over with so he can move on to other things. He also said that he would always love Khloe, in spite of their problems.

Divorce isn’t the only thing Lamar has to worry about, he was recently sentenced for a DUI arrest that took place in August. Lamar plead no contest to the charges and was sentenced to three years of probation and required to pay $1,814 in court fees. Lamar also had to agree to undergo alcohol education courses.

Lamar’s drug and alcohol problems have cost him in marriage to Khloe and left him on probation, yet he has refused to get the help he needs.
Sources close to the NBA star claim he has been battling an addiction to “Oxycontin and crack cocaine” for two years and agree that his problems with drug and alcohol were a major cause of trouble for Lamar and Khloe’s relationship.

Still, Lamar says that he has tried everything to save his marriage but knew a divorce was eminent. The source said,

“He knew it was coming and it was only a matter of time. He felt like he gave his all to try and save the marriage, but ultimately he wasn’t able to.”

What do you think is the real reason for the divorce?
