Clearly, Jessica Alba loves being a mom, because most interviews she gives these days she happens to slip something in about her children, so when she was told that some parents believe kissing their child on the mouth is wrong, the actress sounded confused, and said that people tend to have more rules with their pets than they do their children.

“Really? Why?,” she asked after being told about the kissing-your-child-on-the-lip-thing. “It’s your baby. People allow dogs to lick at their mouths.”

Additionally, the dark haired beauty said the only part she doesn’t like about being a celebrity-mom are the paparazzi, because they always snap photos and harass her when she’s out with her children.

“It’s weird when we’re doing normal mom things and there’s paparazzi around,” she said. “That’s the only thing that makes everyone uncomfortable.”

Another thing that made her kids uncomfortable was Alba playing the role of villain in the 2013 animated film Escape From Planet Earth, and her five year old daughter Honor was really freaked out about it, she said.

“My daughter was three and a half when she first saw the movie and now she’s five,” Alba explained. “But she was mainly really confused about why I was playing the baddie. She was like, ‘Is she evil?’ so I said, ‘Honor, it’s just fun, it’s just a movie–it’s like playing dress up.'”

But Honor was having no part of it, said Alba. “Why does she have to be bad?” the five year old asked. “Next time, can you play the nice one. I couldn’t really tell her that it was actually fun to play the baddie.”

As far as the new version of Fantastic Four being released on the big screen in the near future, Alba says she thinks it’s a wonderful thing. She played the character of the Invisible Woman in the 2005 release of the film.

“I think it’s great they’re doing another Fantastic Four,” she said. “I love that comic book series. I think it’s such a sweet story about family and camaraderie and everyone using their strengths together for the greater good.”
