Australian rocker Courtney Barnett has just released a new track, and it’s an ode to everyone’s favorite cheap meal.

Her Melbourne-based Milk Records has dropped “Three Packs A Day”, a wonderful little song about instant ramen.

No, not cigarettes. Ramen. Barnett is known for her clever song titles, so this shouldn’t come as a surprise.

“Boil it up, water in the sauce pan / In a cup, drink it from a silver spoon,” she sings.

“That MSG tastes good to me / I disagree with all your whining / It can’t be true that they use glue to / Keep the noodles stuck together / Two minutes seems like a lifetime / In my tongue, patience is a virtue.”

Check out the new track below:

“Three Packs a Day” will be featured on an upcoming compilations album called Good For You, which will also contain tracks from Fraser A Gorman, Ouch My Face, Jen Cloher, East Brunswick All Girls Choir and The Finks. It lands on Valentine’s Day.

Based on the strength of her debut album, Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit, Barnett has been nominated for Best New Artist at the 2016 Grammys.
