Carrie Underwood shared a sweet photo of her baby boy Isaiah attending his first band rehearsal with her social media followers. The photo shows an adorable child, wearing headphones to protect his little ears, on his dad, Mike Fisher’s, lap.

The American Idol alum and lead nominee in Wednesday night’s CMT Awards–with five nominations–shared the photo via Instagram.

Perhaps Carrie Underwood was singing a soft country lullaby? Whatever she was singing put both Mike Fisher and little Isaiah right to sleep.

“Isaiah’s first band rehearsal…as you can see he & his daddy were totally into it! #naptime #earmuffs #sweetdreams,” she captioned the photo a couple of days ago.

Mike Fisher and Carrie Underwood welcomed Isaiah into their world back in February, and have barely allowed him out of their sight ever since. Seeing him at Mom’s band practice is further evidence of that.

Carrie Underwood’s CMT nominations include two mentions in the video of the year category for Something in the Water and with Miranda Lambert for Somethin’ Bad. Carrie Underwood also received two nominations for female video of the year–one for Little Toy Guns and the other for Something in the Water. Somethin’ Bad received another nomination for collaborative video of the year.

Do you suppose Mike Fisher will attend the CMT Awards on Wednesday night in Nashville with his wife Carrie Underwood? Or will he stay at home with their beautiful little boy instead?
