Just this week, the autopsy report for Bobbi Kristina Brown was released. And while it shares what killed her, it doesn’t shared the circumstances under which she died.
It was Thursday when a judge ordered the autopsy reports for Bobbi Kristina Brown to be unsealed.
Fulton Country District Attorney Paul L. Howard Jr. said in a statement obtained by People magazine that the criminal investigation into her death is ongoing.
When the autopsy report was released on Friday, what would have been Bobbi Kristina Brown’s 23rd birthday, it indicated she died of a combination of drugs and drowning. “A toxicology report found marijuana, alcohol, “a cocaine-related substance,” sedative and anti-anxiety medications and morphine in her system. (The medical examiner could not determine whether the presence of morphine was the result of heroin use.)”

The report also said Bobbi Kristina’s body was “under-nourished.” She weighed just 95 pounds.
Bobby Brown issued his own statement to the media on Friday, regarding the investigation into his daughter’s death.

“We will continue in our efforts in the civil lawsuit and the criminal investigation,” he said.
It was back in September when Bobby Brown’s attorney accused her live-in boyfriend, Nick Gordon, of causing Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death.
“In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown, and his name is Nick Gordon,” a statement read at that time.
A conservator for Bobbi Kristina also filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Nick Gordon, alleging he “injected” her with a “toxic mixture.”

Nick Gordon maintains his innocence. He is happy Bobbi Kristina’s autopsy report was released, because he believes it backs up his original claims.
But does it?
Bobbi Kristina Brown’s autopsy report didn’t tell anyone anything they didn’t already assume. The investigators still have a very difficult job on their hands.
Did Bobbi Kristina Brown attempt suicide? Was her overdose and drowning accidental? Or did Nick Gordon inject her with a mix of drugs and put her in the bathtub to die?
