  • Connie Britton To Play Faye Resnick In O.J. Simpson Miniseries

    Connie Britton landed a role in FX’s upcoming miniseries which chronicles the controversial trial of former football star O.J. Simpson.

    The Nashville star will play as socialite Faye Resnick, the best friend of Simpson’s ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson. She has been cast in FX’s most anticipated miniseries American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson. The miniseries is based on Jeffrey Toobin’s book, The Run of His Life: The People v. O.J. Simpson.

    On March 24, “People” executive producer Ryan Murphy, announced on Twitter that Britton will again work with him for another FX production, following their collaboration in FX’s “American Horror Story”. Murphy’s tweet stated, “Excited to announce my friend Connie Britton will play Faye Resnick in the upcoming FX miniseries The People v. O.J. Simpson”.

    Murphy thought Britton would be perfect to play Resnick, the woman who wrote a controversial memoir about her friendship with Simpson’s wife in 1994. During Simpson’s trial, his defense team claimed that Nicole and alleged lover Ronald Goldman were murdered by drug dealers from whom Resnick owed money.

    Britton will star alongside a remarkable cast including John Travolta and Courtney B. Vance as defense attorneys Robert Shapiro and Johnnie Cochran. Sarah Paulson will play the strict prosecutor Marcia Clark, David Schwimmer takes the screen as confidant Robert Kardashian, and Cuba Gooding Jr. will play the accused murderer Simpson.

    The miniseries will run for 10 episodes. It will feature Simpson’s trial from the lawyers’ perspective.

    Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski, the genius behind The People v. Larry Flynt, will again collaborate in writing and directing the first episode of American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson. Alexander, Karaszewski and Murphy will executive-produce the miniseries alongside American Horror Story co-creator Brad Falchuk, Nina Jacobson, Brad Simpson and Dante Di Loreto.

    The Wendy Williams Show host Wendy Williams feels Zayn Malik’s bowing out of One Direction is not a big deal at all.

    “I feel as though if you can do five-part harmony, it’s just as easy to do four-part harmony,” she said, dismissing Malik’s absence from the popular boy band. “I say kick this guy out of the group because now, that’s more money for the rest of us. We don’t have to split our money five ways.”

    Malik, 22, announced earlier this month that he will be taking a hiatus due to stress. The heartthrob broke the hearts of millions of screaming girls worldwide when he decided to fly back home to the U.K. and be with his family instead of continuing with One Direction’s Asian tour.

    “I admire him for standing in his own truth, which is that being a celebrity — particularly as a young person — it’s a lot and all he wants to do is go back and live a normal life,” Williams explained to exasperated 1D fans. “I appreciate people who stand in their own truths, so if this is what this guy wants, kick him out of the band.”

    “We don’t need to audition anybody new,” Williams said, sparking rumors of her being the new “fifth guy” of the band.

    Williams, who is well known for her witty tactlessness and expert gossips, will host and produce a new, six-episode, TV series, entitled Death by Gossip with Wendy Williams. The show will recount murders brought about by dirty rumors.

    “It’s the stuff that happens in towns and cities everywhere, where you’ve got the principal sleeping with the manager at the local store and she’s married — and it ends in death,” says Williams. “They’re cases full of gossip, like the game of ‘telephone.’”

    Death by Gossip with Wendy Williams will premier this fall and will feature re-enactments of real-life murder cases narrated by Williams.

  • Gillian Anderson Says Men Are Too Scared To Ask Her On A Date, Stays Single

    Gillian Anderson is yet to give up on love and is seeking the man who will be “brave enough” to ask her on a date.

    The 46-year-old actress shares that she embraces the thought of having a man in her life again although she is happy being on her own.  She reveals that even though she has been married twice – to The X-Files series assistant and art director Clyde Klotz in 1994, and to documentary filmmaker Julian Ozanne in 2006 – she almost always had to take the lead on the relationships.

    ‘I’m so lucky to have such great work. I’ve got a fantastic life, I have a wonderful relationship with my kids, and there’s nothing lacking, but I’m leaning towards the idea that it’s time for somebody to be brave enough to ask me out,” Anderson said in an interview with The Daily Telegraph.

    “I’ve asked out guys in the past. I remember being in the cinema in the States and I made eye contact with a man going in. I noticed we laughed at same points and seemed to respond in the same way to the same moments. We were both with friends, but he caught up with me as we were filing out. Halfway, I stopped and thought ‘What am I doing?’ So I rushed back down the street, went up to him and said ‘Would you like a coffee sometime?’ We dated for six months,” Anderson recounted.

    The The X-Files star enumerates her rules in dating, which excludes married men and toy boys. The idea of another same sex relationship is definitely welcomed as long as it’s “The One”.

    “I believe at this stage of my life, it’s better not to manipulate the situation. If it happens, it happens. What I am sure about is that I want my next relationship to be ‘The One,’” she said.

    Anderson returns as the skeptic Agent Scully with the return of the The X-Files, which will air was a six-part series. After a 13-year break, Anderson will again be playing her role as an FBI agent with on-screen investigating partner David Duchovny as Agent Mulder.

    The 20th Century Fox hit TV series will begin production this summer.

    After being kept in the shadows for over a month, former White House chief florist Laura Dowling’s resignation has been shed some light, like sunlight on flowerbeds.

    The Washington Post uncovered on Tuesday that Dowling was “escorted from the building” on Feb.13, according to “a source with close ties to current residence staffers”. The report sparked numerous rumors on what really caused Dowling’s parting from the White House.

    Dowling started beautifying the presidential residence in 2009 when she won over retiring White House florist of three decades, Nancy Clarke, with her organic “French look” floral décor. She took to Facebook and excitedly announced, “Laura Dowling is excited and honored to be named the new White House florist.”

    Six years after, Dowling’s less formal style seems to lose popularity within the East Wing as it clash with the First Lady’s taste.

    The Dailymail.com reports further that just days before Dowling left 1600 Penn, the Old Family Dining Room had been re-opened bearing Mrs. Obama’s brand of interior design.

    Following a brief statement from the office of the first lady stating that “Laura left her position earlier this year”, an enhanced statement was officially released, maintaining, “Ms Dowling’s creations were always lively and colorful, reflecting not only the season but the unique and historic rooms which they graced. No two arrangements were ever the same and each one left guests with a lasting impression of the elegance and history of the People’s House. We are grateful for her contribution over the years and wish her well.”

    Dowling also issued a statement through Sidley Austin law firm, saying that she has “resigned in order to pursue exciting new opportunities and explore my passion for floral artistry and design.”

    “Over the next few weeks and months, I’ll be launching a new platform for my work as an author, speaker, instructor and design consultant that builds on the creative ideas and partnerships I’ve formed during my tenure there. It’s been such an honor to work at the White House and I will always be grateful for this incredible opportunity,” the statement continues.

    “Crying Piccolo Girl” Roxanne Chalifoux took the Internet by storm over the weekend when a video of her crying while playing the piccolo went viral.

    The Villanova senior said she can’t help crying because of her college’s loss to North Carolina State during the NCAA men’s basketball tournament. The game would be her last to play with her school’s pep band and cannot help but to feel emotional when the Wildcats lost the game.

    “I saw myself on the Jumbotron and all I could think about was that my dad was at the game,” Chalifoux told Philadelphia’s WIP radio station on Monday. “I didn’t want him to see me crying. Little did I know that it was going to end up all over the Internet and that [my dad seeing me crying] was the least of my worries.”

    Chalifoux’s crying inspired several Internet memes including a crop of her tear-streaked face superimposed on a Titanic poster. Her image even made it beside Vice President Joe who appeared to be comforting her.

    I can’t even explain it,” she told WIP’s Angelo Cataldi. “I think it’s like such a silly video and then that everyone just thinks it’s hysterical. I’ve just been taking it in good spirits. It doesn’t bother me, I think it’s funny.”

    According to US Magazine, the piccolo player’s performance made Jimmy Fallon’s fans laugh so much that the The Tonight’s Show host invited Chalifoux to play with The Roots.

    Being famous was far from Chalifoux’s mind when camera’s caught her crying. “But then it turned into everyone seeing me crying,” she told Fallon.

    “Everyone! Everyone in the entire world!” Fallon said, laughing. “I love it. You should be emotional!”

    “That’s the fun part of sports,” he added. “That’s the fun part about rooting for your school and team. It’s passion.”

  • Malik Yoba Explains Why He Got Fired From ‘Empire’

    The season finale of hit TV series Empire finds main character businessman Vernon Turner dead, taking actor Malik Yoba out for the second Season.

    In an interview with TMZ, Yoba says that he got the news of being let go from Empire co-creator Lee Daniels. The phone call reached Yoba while he was doing charity work and promoting the TV series in Ferguson, Missouri.

    “Lee told me that someone in Fox decided that ‘someone’ needed to die in the season finale,” said Yoba. “But it wasn’t about the work, it wasn’t about work ethics,” he added.

    The decision to eliminate the character Vernon Turner is apparently made to shake up plot lines for the next season.

    Recent reports say that the real reason Yoba was fired from the hit TV series is for outing gay actor and Empire co-star Jussie Smollet. Daniels, who has long been openly gay and an avid supporter of the LGBT cause might have been irked of Yoba’s statement.

    In an interview with Blackfilm.com, Yoba “accidentally” declared Smollet’s sexuality, saying, “So, obviously, Lee is gay. That was an important storyline for him. I think it’s important for people to see themselves. Even within the Black community. But if you aren’t really, really taking it off of screen and making it live in the community in a significant way … like I know Jussie, he is gay, and he’s very committed to issues around the LGBT community. He and I have a very close relationship.”

    Yoba tried to save his Empire career by saying he was “misquoted in the article. My reference to Jussie was only about his character and storyline on Empire,” but it was too late.

    When asked if it was Lee who pulled the trigger that took his role out, Yoba told The Combat Jack Show that, “There’s a woman named Ilene Chaiken that actually runs the show. Meaning, she runs the writer’s room, she’s in charge of hiring the directors and oversees the whole creative process of the show.

  • Kendra Wilkinson’s Husband Buys Her A New Wedding Ring, She Bans Him From Gym

    Kendra Wilkinson, former Playboy Playmate and star of her own reality TV show Kendra On Top,  now wants a world of her own.

    OK! Magazine reports that the blonde bombshell and mother-of-two demands that her gym bans her husband when she is working out.

    Wilkinson has been spotted looking every inch like a Playboy model every time she goes to the gym.

    “She needs alone time and her favorite place is the gym because she loves when guys check her out,” a source told OK! Magazine.

    Wilkinson’s want for “alone time” might have been brought about by the recent rumors of infidelity by her husband Hank Baskett during her second pregnancy.

    After flushing her wedding band down the toilet during a heated exchange over alleged cheating by her husband, Wilkinson forced him to buy her a new ring to reseal their marriage.

    Baskett gave in with a promise that he will tell the truth on what happened with his alleged affair with transsexual model Ava London. And he did, which is why Wilkinson was spotted wearing a brand new canary yellow diamond wedding band around her finger during a family day out to watch a baseball game in Calabasas, California on Saturday.

    “Kendra wanted a new ring and she made Hank buy it for her,” a source told Radar Online.

    “Kendra is committed to making the relationship work and so she wanted to wear a big ring that would send a signal to everyone that she’s married and is staying married. She wanted something new and sparkly and she got what she wanted,” the source added.

    Baskett may want to think twice before doing anything rash again. With a sparkly peace offering on her finger and a whole work-out place to herself, seems like Wilkinson is really “on top” this time.

  • Jennifer Lawrence Is Leaving ‘X-Men’ Franchise, Makes Announcement At ‘Serena’ Premiere

    Oscar winning actress Jennifer Lawrence says “good bye” to her villain alter-ego Mystique as she finishes filming X-Men: Apocalypse.

    On a red carpet interview with MTV News during the premiere of Serena on Saturday, Lawrence said that taking on the role of the blue-hued seductress will be her last for the X-Men franchise.

    Lawrence was first seen as the witty, sexy villain Mystique in X-Men: First Class, which was released in 2011. She again appeared with a back flip and blue-nude kick in X-Men: days of Future Past, which was released in 2014.

    X-Men: Apocalypse co-writer and co-producer Simon Kinberg hinted last year that the film will be the “close of a trilogy for those First Class characters”.

    But it seems like X-Men fans will get more of Lawrence as the film will explore more of Mystique’s relationship with Beast.
    “The relationship between Beast and Mystique is a really interesting one that we didn’t have a lot of time to explore in Days of Future Past, so we’ll have an opportunity to do more of that in Apocalypse,” Kinberg said.

    Playing Mystique required Lawrence to appear almost nude while acting out fight scenes in head-to-toe blue make-up. “I always have a little bit of blue somewhere,” the actress candidly told Jimmy Fallon in an interview last year. Now it’s just kind of like on my hands and ears. I look like I have a bizarre fungus.”

    Even though she has to leave her villainous character behind, Lawrence is still kept busy with film schedules. She will come back this year as Katnis Everdeen in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 in November. She also stars with American Hustle co-star Bradley Cooper in Joy, which will hit the big screens later in December.

    X-Men: Apocalypse is scheduled to hit theaters May 27, 2016.

    Hollywood action star Bruce Willis rocked hard with a celebrity-studded 60th birthday party at the Harlow in New York City.

    Talk about an action-packed way of marking a milestone! Willis danced all night long with his loving wife, Emma Heming-Willis and kids Scout and Tallulah.

    E! News previously disclosed plans on Willis’ birthday bash and covered the details of the NYC party on Saturday. Sources say that it “was an amazing event in New York City.”

    “It was a perfect celebration filled with old friends and family from Bruce Willis past and present. His wife and Bruce were really affectionate throughout the whole night. You can tell she gets along great with his kids. She was by his side all night and they danced throughout the evening,” the source added.

    It seemed that the Harlow could have done with a red carpet as Willis’ guests turn up to celebrate the actor’s 60 wonderful years. The Rolling Stones’ Keith Richards, Tony Bennett and actress Patti Hensen were also present for the event.

    “A few people could not show, like Bill Murray, Demi Moore and Rumer Willis, who really wanted to be there and show love for Bruce,” the insider continues.

    The stars enjoyed stations of scrumptious Harlow hor d’oeuvres which included sirloin, pasta, crab croquette, Hamachi crudo, mac and cheese balls and vegetable skewers.

    “Everyone had a ball dancing the night away. When the birthday cake came everyone sang happy birthday including Tony Bennett. It was a 60th birthday to remember!”

    Emma and Willis were seen having a great time together all night. Emma posted photos of the event on her Instagram account saying, “It’s fair to say the birthday boy had a great time. #BWBirthdayBash.” The photo collage titled “Bee Dub’s 60th.”

    Willis married Emma in 2009 and has two daughters with her.

    Mila Kunis was put on the hot seat at James Corden’s The Late Late Show on Monday and her revelation made everybody sizzle with anticipation.

    Kunis sat with actor Tom Hanks as one of the first guests at Corden’s late night TV show. While talking about her new baby with Kutcher, Kunis says, “He’s an amazing father. Hanks then remarked, “You mean your hus…,” which egged Corden into teasing Kunis further.

    “Are you married? Did you get married? Have you got married?” Corden asked the 31-year-old new mom.

    “I don’t know. Maybe,” Kunis replied with a smile. “Maybe.”

    Cordon then asked to see Kunis’ hand where her diamond engagement ring sits. “Well that’s a yes as far as I’m concerned,” Cordon exclaims. “You got married! They got married everybody!”

    “We’re gonna turn this in to a wedding party!” Cordon announced to a cheering audience during the taping of the show’s pilot episode.

    Kunis and Kutcher were on-screen lovers in That 70’s Show and started dating in 2012 after Kutcher separated from Demi Moore. They got engaged in 2014 and welcomed their first child in October.

    The A-list couple sparked secret wedding rumors over the holidays when Kutcher shared “Happy New Year Love The Kutchers” on social media.

    “I don’t know, I don’t know,”  Kunis said during an interview with Ellen DeGeneres when asked about the “revealing” Facebook message. “We could just be a plural. My daughter has his last name legally. So thus, there’s multiple Kutchers. He has a brother.”

    However, a source told US Magazine that Kunis and Corden are just joking around during the actress’ guest appearance. Kunis and Kutcher are focusing their attention to five-month-old daughter Wyatt. Amidst rumors and a lot of “maybe’s), the couple have not been secretly married and are yet to tie the knot.

    Kris Jenner seems to be having too much fun for her daughters’ taste.

    Following the second episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 10, 59-year-old and mother of six Jenner whips out her flirting skills on 33-year-old Corey Gamble.

    Scott Disick and Kylie Jenner took the awkward front row seats on Jenner’s sexy text messages to Gamble when the two started joking about checking who the matriarch has been flirting with.

    “I don’t know if Kris googled how to be sexy over text, but she’s doing it and it’s inappropriate and very uncomfortable,” Disick said.

    The horrified Jenner defended herself by saying, “We’re just hanging out right now. I don’t think I will ever get married again.”

    Khloe confronted her mother on her dating gamble with Gamble saying, “”I know that look and that feeling. That leads me to believe you might be into him.”

    ‘You can f*** whoever you want, just don’t get married right now,’ Khloe advised.

    “She’s newly single. We’ve got to get her in the playing field. I just don’t know what kind of man she expects or is going to want at this point,” Disick said to Kylie.

    “I think the same age, but I don’t think she thinks the same age,” Kylie replied. “She’s a cougar.”

    Worse than having read your mother’s sexting is hearing her having actual sex.

    Kim admits to being woken up at night because of her mother’s bedroom activities. “The bed, like, bangs up against the wall,” she told her sisters.

    Tired of her daughters grilling her on the spot, Jenner took the “mommy card” out and told her girls off. “It’s so annoying that my own family is being so judgmental because all I really want to do is live my life,” she said.

    Gamble and Jenner were first introduced at Riccardo Tisci’s 40th birthday party on August 2014 in Ibiza, Spain. Gamble is working with Justin Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun. Kim and husband Kanye West were also present at the party.

  • Harrison Ford Narrates Aviation Film After Near-Death Plane Crash

    Not even crash landing his own vintage airplane can keep Indiana Jones star and aviation enthusiast Harrison Ford from the skies.

    The 72-year-old Ford will narrate “Living in the Age of Airplanes”, a National Geographic Studios film featuring the history of aviation.

    According to a National Geographic press release, “Living in the Age of Airplanes” chronicles the rise of the aviation industry and “carries audiences across 200,000 years of history and around the globe on an epic journey to 95 locations in 18 countries spanning seven continents.

    The film is directed by Brian J. Terwilliger and features an original score by James Horner and cinematography by Andrew Waruszewski.

    “Since we were all born into a world with airplanes, it’s hard to imagine that jet travel itself is only 60 years old, just a tick on the timeline of human history,” said Terwilliger. “With this film, we want to reignite people’s wonder for one of the most extraordinary aspects of the modern world.”

    “Living in the Age of Airplanes” will premiere on April 8 at the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC. It will be shown on IMAX and similar screens on April 10.

    The film showing is dated only a month after Ford’s plane crash on a golf course. Ford was flying a World War II 1942 Ryan Aeronautical ST3KR plane which experienced engine problems on flight. This forced Ford to make an emergency landing on Penmar Golf Course in Venice, California, just 800 meters away from the runway he was aiming for.

    The pilot/ actor is now in stable condition at a Los Angeles hospital.  Ford is expected to make full recovery. Whether Ford will fly an air craft again is not yet confirmed. Ford’s wife Calista Flockhart remains confident in Ford’s piloting skills and looks forward to flying with the adventurous actor again.

    Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson were Madison’s co-stars in The Girls Next Door, which documented their lives living in luxury as Hefner’s girlfriends in 2005.

    “I’m excited to finally share my story and what I’ve learned from my personal experiences both inside and outside of the Playboy Mansion,” Madison said in an interview with Us Weekly.

    “I think my stories will surprise people and I’m looking forward to lifting the veil of mystique and clearing up the misconceptions so often associated with my life,” she added.

    Madison now lives with her husband Pasquale Rotella and 2-year-old daughter, Rainbow.

    “Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny” hits bookstores in June 23.

  • Zayn Malik Quits 1D Due To Exhaution And Cheating Scandal

    Now here is another way to make One Direction fans cry.

    Whether due to recent reports of infidelity or he is just too young for the limelight, Zayn Malik bows out from 1D world tour and heads back to the U.K. to be with his family.

    “Zayn is exhausted and just needs a break,” a reliable source tells People Magazine. “Out of everyone of the boys, he’s the one who struggles dealing with being in the spotlight the most. He can’t cope with the level of scrutiny he gets put under. He’s just 22.”

    In a statement posted by the band’s rep on Twitter, Malik has apparently “been signed off with stress.” The rep also added that the 22-year-old will come home to his family in England who are really concerned for the star’s wellbeing.

    Malik hit rock bottom earlier this week when photos surfaced on social media showing Malik getting a bit too friendly with another woman during a trip in Phuket, Thailand.

    Star identifies the woman as “Lauren” who posted the photo to her Instagram account with the caption, “Partying with Zayn from One Direction last night.” Star also reported that Malik left with “Lauren” after partying at the Seduction nightclub.

    1D fans worldwide came to their idol’s defense following Malik’s Twitter post saying that he is “just 22 years old.. I love a girl named Perrie Edwards. And there’s a lot of jealous f*cks in this world I’m sorry for what it looks like x”

    His sister Safaa assured fans that “Zayn is going to be okay very soon.” On her Instagram post, Safaa said that “People need to realize my brother is human to, stop hating him because he hasn’t done anything to anybody, except for defending himself because of what people heard of what he did, but it isn’t true. I love my brother to death, and I do not want to lose him for anything, it hurts me to see him not feeling good. Please pray for my brother, please help him because I know he will be okay please stop sending him hate and getting on him for what he has ‘did’.”

    Prosecutors have incessantly pointed to the possibility of Jenkins’ involvement in hiding incriminating evidences against Hernandez. They have repeatedly stated that “there has been a history” of Hernandez using Jenkins to conceal personal effects that might further incriminate him.

    Further evidence expose jailhouse phone calls between Hernandez and Jenkins. Transcripts of the telephone conversations included Hernandez asking about the location of his clothes to which Jenkins replied that she “thought about moving” Hernandez’s shoes but left them instead. “I mean, you’ve only been gone for, what, six months? . . . You act like you’re gonna be gone for like 20 years,’’ she said.

    The conversation also exposed Hernandez asking Jenkins to do errands for him, including sending money to his cousin, Tanya Singleton. Singleton has been arrested for refusing to testify before the grand jury investigating Lloyd’s death.

    McCauley added that the couple shared “cryptic” messages about trying to destroy the surveillance system in Hernandez’s home. Further evidences showed that Jenkins has also intentionally thrown out a lockbox which may have held the murder weapon.

    Hernandez has even told an inmate that her girlfriend “does what I want her to do,” stated McCauley.

    But will Jenkins remain loyal to her fiancé now that Kasey Arma took the witness stand against the accused?

    Arma claimed that Hernandez hit on her at a Boston night club, two days before Llyod’s murder. Video footage from the club shows Arma and Hernandez dancing provocatively. Arma also said that Hernandez invited her to a nearby hotel later that night.

    Arma is the second woman to testify that Hernandez has not been loyal to Jenkins. Jennifer Fortier also claimed to have been taken by Hernandez to an apartment for a bit of “cozy time”.

    Jenkins has been given immunity were she to testify against Hernandez. The immunity will clear her of perjury charges and of anything that she may reveal on the stand.

    Jenkins will be compelled to testify and seal Hernandez’s fate. Otherwise, she will face contempt of court charges and will be put to jail.

  • Marvel Releases Epic Second Teaser For ‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’

    Marvel had us grabbing the edge of our seats when it released the second extended television teaser for Avengers: Age of Ultron.

    “I just pay for everything and design everything and make everyone look cooler,” Robert Downey, Jr. declared in character as billionaire Tony Stark.

    The 60-second trailer featured never-before seen footage from the movie, including scenes best reserved for theaters. Its new sound track is riveting, churning anticipation for the following clips.

    “How can the Avengers possibly stop me,” Ultron asks.

    The Avengers ”showed what they got,” answering Nick Fury’s (Samuel L. Jackson) command in roll call, starting with Stark’s Iron Man flying away from rubble. The trailer continues with Captain America (Chris Evans)  throwing a motorcycle over his head, Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) fighting on foot through a forest full of enemies, The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) smashing through the city and Thor (Chris Hemsworth) batting away Captain America’s shield with his hammer, cutting aliens’ heads off. “It’s all in the swing,” he says.

    “If you step out that door, you’re an Avenger,” says Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) as initiation to Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson). The two characters are new addition to the Avengers team to save earth from Ultron.

    The clip ends with the Black Widow pulling a “Wolverine” with blades emerging from her fists.

    This morning’s Avengers trailer followed the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron character posters two weeks ago. Downey Jr. also promised “big news” earlier this month while posting his character poster via Twitter, which started fans and bloggers going haywire over the news online. The Iron Man actor also announced a contest which will take the winner to the Avengers: Age of Ultron premier in Los Angeles, California.

    Avengers: Age of Ultron will release its worldwide premier in theatres on May 1.

  • Bobbi Kristina Brown’s $250,000 Ring Goes Missing; Is Nick Gordon The Culprit?

    Another puzzle piece to the Bobbi Kristina Brown near-death mystery surfaces as the singer’s $250k diamond ring is now missing.

    The 10-carat diamond ring was given to Brown by her late mother, Grammy award-winning artist Whitney Houston. It was the same ring that Brown was wearing during her announcement of her engagement with boyfriend Nick Gordon.

    Brown’s July 2012 Instagram post shows the couple’s hands in apparent loving gesture, with the diamond-studded ring on display on Brown’s ring finger.

    Questions about the ring started echoing from among Brown’s relatives when the aspiring actress’ boyfriend mentioned about a “ring” during his interview with celebrity psychiatrist Dr. Phil last week.

    In the interview-turned-intervention, Gordon asked his mother about a certain “ring” that Brown owns. Gordon’s mother replied that she was “keeping it in a safe place” for the couple. Reports say that mother and son later stated that the “ring” mentioned in Dr. Phil’s show was different from the 10-carat jewelry missing from Brown’s possession.

    Radar Online reported that a member of the Houston family later called Dr. Phil to help find the ring.

    The feuding Houston-Brown family remains highly doubtful of Gordon’s honesty and credibility. Brown’s relatives are still suspicious of Gordon’s involvement in their niece’s current condition. Most of Brown’s aunts suspect Gordon’s hand in the incident.

    No one from the Houston-Brown house commented about the whether or not Whitney Houston’s $250k gift to her daughter has been found yet.

    Reports also stated that police has launched a criminal investigation after finding injuries on Brown’s body. Money and properties are still being considered as reasons behind the artist’s mysterious bathtub near-drowning.

    Gordon is currently in rehab under residential substance abuse treatment program. The 25-year-old was reportedly depressed for being kept away from his girlfriend’s hospital bed since January 31.

    Brown remains in a coma with no signs of improvement since.

    Relationships can be a rollercoaster ride, particularly when you’re dating the (in)famous Chris Brown.

    This is what model Karrueche Tran is continuously learning despite ending her 4-year volatile relationship with the Grammy award-wining artist.

    “Listen. One can only take so much. The best of luck to Chris and his family. No baby drama for me,” Tran posted on Twitter earlier this month, cutting her on-again, off-again love story with Brown.

    In an interview with OWN, Tran’s rocky love life gets more unneeded exposure as the 26-year-old sits down with OWN spiritual life coach Iyanla Vanzant. When questioned about Brown’s alleged nine-month-old child from another woman, Tran break down in apparent want to end the interview.

    Reports say that Tran has thrown OWN crew out of her house for having felt “ambushed” during the interview for the OWN primetime show. Comment from OWN about the incident has not been released.

    Tran’s rep tells E! News that some questions during the interview should not have been brought up.

    “Karrueche talks candidly with Iyanla about life in the spotlight, as well as her relationship with Chris Brown and subsequent breakup after he allegedly fathered a child with another woman. Best friend Christina Milian provides Iyanla another perspective on Karrueche’s situation,” said Tran’s rep.

    While the model is keeping herself busy with TV interviews and Cancun beach trips with best friend Milian, now ex-boyfriend Brown seemed unwilling to let go.

    The singer was reported stalking his ex-girlfriend on Instagram, commenting on the model’s sexy selfie with, “Continue to be a lady beautiful… U are perfect.”

    In an almost bi-polar comment, Brown added “Thirst Trap 101. Don’t let the Thot form from anger.” The singer referenced the acronym slang term that stands for “that ho over there” and called out his ex-girlfriend’s post as a bid for attention.

  • Jennifer Garner Cries Her Heart Of Gold Out On ‘Today’ Show

    Jennifer Garner cried her golden heart out during an interview with Today on Wednesday.

    While promoting her new movie “Danny Collins”, Garner was asked to tell more about her recent Southern Living photo shoot with mom Patricia and sisters Susannah and Melissa. The Hollywood star welled up in reply saying, “There’s nothing like sharing the spotlight or anything else with your sisters and your mom.”

    Today’s host Savannah Guthrie dug deeper into Garner’s feelings as the actress discussed the importance of the photo shoot with her family. “It makes me cry to see their faces,” Garner said. “It’s always fun for me to get my sisters dolled up, and my mom,” she added.

    Garner could not stop crying as she recalled a recent Today feature about the Morales quadruplets whose mother died after giving birth to her four babies. Widowed father Carlos Morales is left to take care of his new born children.

    “I’m sorry! It’s because of those babies and Leah Still, I just watched it and I just can’t take it,” the actress said. “The Today show is too tough for me,” she added.

    Guthrie tried to comfort Garner by saying that the actress “has a heart of gold.” Guthrie also asked about Garner’s three children with actor husband Ben Affleck, who are, according to Garner, “all really good.”

    The Today host even injected “boring topics” including tax day to help the actress take her mind off the things that make her so adorably emotional.

    Today’s Matt Lauer could not help himself from declaring Garner as one of the show’s “best guests ever”.

    Garner will star alongside veteran actor Al Pacino in the 2015 comedy-drama “Danny Collins”. The film is an adaptation of the life of ageing rocker Danny Collins who decided to change the course of his life after receiving a long-undelivered letter from the late John Lennon.  “Danny Collins” is directed by Dan Fogelman.

  • Julia Roberts Celebrates 25th Anniversary Of ‘Pretty Woman’, Joins Richard Gere On ‘Today’

    America’s ultimate sweetheart Julia Roberts joins Richard Gere and the rest of the cast of the 90’s romantic comedy Pretty Woman in a special interview on Today.

    In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the film, producer Matt Lauer and the Today show exclusively reunites leading lady Roberts and on-screen prince charming Gere with Pretty Woman costars Laura San Giacomo and Hector Elizondo. Director Garry Marshall was also present during the celebration.

    Pretty Woman’s release in 1990 ushered Robert’s acting career into greater limelight. The film earned the actress her second Oscar nomination and her first Oscar award for Best Actress in a Leading Role. Then 22-year-old Roberts was just breaking out with movies including Mystic Pizza and Steel Magnolias.

    Roberts played as unworldly Vivian Ward, a hooker hired by filthy rich businessman Edward Lewis (Gere) to be his escort for a few social engagements. Bubbly prostitute friend Kit De Luca (Giacomo) elbows Ward into taking the job. After several “princess trainings” from hotel manager, Barney Thompson (Elizondo) and a quintessential make-over, the hooker won the rich man’s heart.

    And the rest became a classic Hollywood romance.

    During the taping of the anniversary special, vivacious Roberts can be seen laughing with her co-stars. Today’s interview featured a lot of kissing, hugging and catching up among the cast. Only Jason Alexander, who played antagonist, sleazy Philip Stuckey, was noticeably absent from the reunion.

    “It was wild,” Lauer told his Today cohost after a sneak peak of the special interview. “And we did the whole thing, just to keep in the mood of the movie, in a bathtub, with the bubbles. It was fantastic,” he added in revere of Robert’s memorable bathtub scene where the actress soaks luxuriously in bubbles while singing “Kiss” by Prince.

    Pretty Woman became such a great hit that even after 25 years, fans of the cast still remember their performances.  In last years’ interview with Lauer, Roberts revealed that people still cite her hooker role as their favorite. “I kinda go, ‘Another decade? Anything a little closer?’” she joked.

  • Zac Brown Band And Rihanna To Kick Off March Madness Music Festival

    Pop-country rock band Zac Brown Band is taking over major music events prior the release of their new album, “Jekyll + Hyde”.

    The genius behind smash hits “Keep Me in Mind” and Chicken Fried” will be performing at the 2015 NCAA March Madness Music Festival at White River State Park in Indianapolis.

    The free, three-day music fest is being produced by Turner Live Events in celebration of the NCAA’s championship game in April.

    March Madness will heat up with pop sensation Rihanna hitting the Coke Zero Countdown Concert stage with another fiery opening performance on April 3. Rock band Bleachers will also perform at the music fest on April 4.

    Meanwhile, Zac Brown Band will close the event on April 5, alongside Lady Antebellum and Kacey Musgraves at the Capital One JamFest. Zac Brown Band will also be featured during the National Championship pre-game show airing, Capital One Championship Central.

    Performances will be aired during the semi-final games on TBS, TNT, TruTV, and via NCAA March Madness Live.

    Zac Brown Band is also highly anticipated at the first “big-name” concert at the Coors Field in Denver, Colorado on July 3.

    “This is a great opportunity to showcase our beautiful facility as a concert venue,” said Rockies Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Greg Feasel. “This is a very exciting first for Coors Field and the Rockies organization.”

    The Coors Field expansion started with a new roof deck, VIP areas and multiple restaurants and bars last season. The expansion was said to be part of a long-term plan to bring in revenue to the growing venue.
