    The recently held MTV Europe Music Awards was not only dedicated to talented musicians in the industry, it was also a night of glamour and fashion.

    One of the most remarkable fashion statements that night was that of Hailey Baldwin’s.  The 18-year-old daughter of actors Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger flaunted her enviable figure in a very daring outfit that exposed a lot of her svelte.

    The Versace mini dress featured a deep neckline that showcased her amble cleavage and toned abs. The black straps and floral panels created sexy panels, making the dress perfect for a young model like herself.

    Baldwin paired her sexy dress with black high-heeled sandals. She wore her blonde hair in a ponytail and as for her make-up, the model opted for smoky eye shadow to accentuate her eyes and complement her overall sultry look. The young model was assigned to present the award for Best Video and although she did a fine job, Baldwin admitted she has a lot to learn when it comes to hosting.

    Later that night, she tweeted she needs to learn how to say “nominations.” “First time presenting. I was freaking out,” she wrote.

    Baldwin surely caught everybody’s attention at the ceremony with her stunning outfit, but there were also other celebrities who bared their cleavage that night.

    Pretty Little Liars actress Shay Mitchell hit the red carpet with a sexy low-cut gown. The long-sleeved Kayat Resort 2016 gown she wore was made of satin, and featured a wide neckline and a center slit.

    Ellie Goulding sported a black halter dress which featured a deep scoop neckline and a thigh-high slit. Orange Is The New Black’s Ruby Rose sported a custom Armani Prive blazer (minus the shirt) paired with high-waisted black pants. Vine star Amanda Cerny also looked gorgeous and sexy on her black floor-length gown with wide neckline. On her Instagram, she thanked her double-sided tape for keeping her dress secure and in place.

    Who would’ve thought that YouTube sensation Tori Kelly would someday perform in front of thousands of people at a popular awards show and share a stage with acclaimed tenor Andrea Bocelli?

    The young singer-songwriter, who slowly rose to fame after posting numerous singing videos on YouTube, brought the house down at the 2015 MTV Europe Music Awards or EMAs. The annual event was held on October 25th at the Mediolanum Forum in Milan.

    Kelly appeared on stage in an all-gold number and proceeded to perform her hit song, “Should’ve Been Us,” the second single off her debut album, Unbreakable Smile.

    At the bridge of the song, however, the audience was treated to a surprise when Kelly suddenly launched into a ‘90s medley of sorts – starting off with TLC’s female anthem, “No Scrubs” and following up with the Fugees hit, “Ready Or Not.”

    Kelly wrapped up her performance beautifully by going back to her own song and bowing to the pumped up crowd. As if her song number wasn’t enough to showcase her vocal prowess, Kelly turned over the spotlight to the Italian classical singer, who belted out his own song, “Por Ti Volare.” After Bocelli’s aria, he and Kelly did a duet, performing the 2013 hit “Just Give Me A Reason” by Pink and Nate Ruess.

    The unlikely pairing yielded a unique rendition of the popular song, which garnered loud applause from the audience and a standing ovation, no less.

    Kelly is not the first pop singer that Bocelli has collaborated with. He has released songs and albums with such singers as Ariana Grande, Mary J. Blige, and Celine Dion to name a few.

    Bocelli is returning to Tampa, Florida for a third time to hold a major concert early next year with soprano Maria Aleida and conductor Eugene Kohn, who will be leading the Bella Musica Orchestra.

  • Amber Lancaster Damages ‘Price Is Right’ Set With Her Butt, Model Embarrassed

    The Price is Right model Amber Lancaster was not so lucky during Friday night’s show. The 35-year-old model tripped and accidentally broke a light bulb on the set of the long-running TV game show.

    It all happened when the show was about to pause for a commercial break after a contestant won the “Double Prices” game. But what seemed like a normal episode took an awkward turn when Lancaster took a tumble in her stilettos, which caused her to fall backwards and accidentally hit a stage light, smashing it to pieces.

    Everyone on stage was surprised. “What… geez!” host Carey exclaimed.

    “Did I do that?” the horrified contestant asked while Lancaster’s fellow model, who stood beside the contestant, found the situation amusing and laughed.

    Lancaster was not hurt or injured and assured the audience she was okay. “I’m fine. I’m just gonna die of embarrassment real quick,” she said laughing as the game show went to pause for a short commercial break.

    After the show, the pretty blonde model took to Twitter to express her embarrassment through the hashtags #blooper #tpir #AmbersBootyVsLightbulb. Lancaster took the situation lightly and laughed off her accidental faux pas.

    She also posted a short clip of her hilarious fall and wrote: “Yep that’s me. Just stumbling around on stage for no reason at all” then added the hashtag #soembarrassed.

    Accidents are inevitable but the show must go on. Lancaster was not the only person who’s had embarrassing moments on The Price is Right stage. Announcer George Gray tripped on a treadmill in January and another model and assistant on the show accidentally gave away a $21,960 car to a contestant. The contestant gave the incorrect answer but the model accidentally uncovered the right answer.

She completed her look with a pair of large designer glasses.

    The The Royals actress launched her swimwear line Elizabeth Hurley Beach back in 2005. Revealing her secret to a fit physique, Hurley told Healthy Living that she knows when she is gaining weight so she tries to eat less and avoids junk foods as much as possible.

    “If my jeans feel tight I try to cut back a bit, and if I stay home in the evening, I’ll eat a very light dinner,” she shared. “I really try to go out of my way to eat an apple for a snack instead of a cookie and I always start the day with a couple of mugs of hot water. Otherwise I eat pretty normally but avoid processed and junk foods.”

    Hurley added she does not do a lot of physical exercise but she is “very active and run around all day.”

    Speaking of active, the actress is also involved in promoting Breast Cancer Awareness. She will also appear on the second season of The Royals, which will air on November 15, 10 p.m. on E!

  • Kristin Wiig ‘Bummed Out’ By Sexist Comments About All-Female Ghostbusters Movie

    With all the talk about how there should be more roles for women in Hollywood, one would think that making all-female or female-led versions of certain male-dominated films would be a brilliant idea that everybody could be behind.

    That’s why the recent backlash against the movie came as a surprise to funnywoman Kristen Wiig – like many people in the film industry, the SNL alum thought that the move to reprise the ‘80s cult classic with an all-female cast would generate positive feedback from a public that’s been clamoring for gender equality in film and television.

    The movie, which has started production and is set to be released in 2016, stars Wiig, Bridesmaids co-star Melissa McCarthy as well as SNL cast mates Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones. With the immense success of Bridesmaids, Wiig said she was “bummed out” by the degree of negative attention that it has garnered especially on the Internet.

    In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Wiig said, “The fact there was so much controversy because we were women was surprising to me.”

    Apparently, an online campaign against the female-led remake has been launched by individuals who claim to be avid fans of the original film.

    “Some people said some really not nice things about the fact that there were women,” Wiig added.

    Even Bridesmaids director Paul Feig was not spared from the backlash. When he sat down with the Hollywood Reporter in March, he said that he was appalled at the hostility directed at him on social media soon after the film announcement was made.

    In his words, the reactions he got were “some of the most vile, misogynistic shit I’ve ever seen in my life”.

    There’s good news, though, for Ghostbusters purists. Joining Kristen Wiig and the gang in the film are some of the original cast members including Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, Annie Potts, and Sigourney Weaver.

    TV reality star Khloe Kardashian decided to have her hair cut into a “lob,” as shown in a recent Instagram post.

    According to a report, celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin, who has already worked with fashion trendsetters such as Jessica Alba, Katy Perry, and Sofia Vergara, shared a photo of Khloe’s new locks on the social image-sharing site a couple of hours after Kendall Jenner posted similar photos.

    “Guess who just joined the ShortHairDontCare club! Do we like?” Atkin stated in the caption of the image where Khloe Kardashian, 31, was posing. Khloe’s recent hairdo update is her first sefie since estranged husband Lamar Odom was hospitalized on Oct. 13. She also appeared at her sister Kim’s baby shower on Sunday, in Beverly Hills.

    Unfortunately, Khloe was not present at her sister’s birthday bash, which was thrown by husband Kanye West at the Cinepolis Luxury Cinema in California. Caitlyn Jenner, 65, Kris Jenner, 59, Kourtney Kardashian, 36, Kendall Jenner, 19, and Kylie Jenner, 18, were in attendance and sported fake baby bumps at the party.

    Since Odom was rushed to the hospital a couple of weeks ago, Khloe has been by his side. While initial findings revealed that Odom suffered from multiple organ failure, he has reportedly begun the process of recovery last week.

    The former NBA star was found unconscious in a brothel in Nevada, and was transported to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas.

    Khloe, who had already signed the papers with Odom to finalize their divorce, reportedly dropped everything to be with her husband of five years. In a separate report, he even put her relationship with Rockets guard James Harden on hold.

    In a new update, Kardashian has reportedly called off the divorce, and even dumped Harden through text.

    The new haircut could be a sign of a new beginning for Khloe, who may want to reunite with Odom once he has fully recovered.

    Demi Lovato has a twin sister and her name is Poot Lovato.

    Recently, Poot has been making headlines as she charmed her way to social media with her cuteness. For those who are not in the know, Poot is a meme borne out of a not-so-flattering photo of Lovato.

    A Tumblr user posted her photo and wrote in the caption that it was not the famous pop singer but her twin sister who has been locked in a basement. The Tumblr user with the handle name “cstcrpt” added that the picture was taken the first time Poot went outside.

    One creative fan even put up a Wikipedia page dedicated to Poot Lovato while someone put her in a Finding Nemo Poster then captioned it with the hashtag #Freepoot.

    One Twitter user suggested Poot join show business and launch an album called “Poot for the Summer,” while another user thought she could be a  great world leader named Vladimir Pootin.

    Poot now has her own unofficial Twitter account and a fan fiction entitled The Secret Life of Poot Lovato. The meme was such a huge hit around social media that people reposted it numerous times unitl Demi herself saw it. The “Cool for the Summer” singer responded to the circulating meme and it looks like she is not onboard. In a series of tweets (which were deleted afterward) Lovato expressed her feelings about the twin Poot meme.

    “Cool to see a shitty angle turn into a meme that circulates the Internet to people’s amusement ha,” Lovato wrote on her Twitter and added “make actual headlines.”

    With all of these silly memes, it is not surprising that Lovato was not amused at all.

  • Gavin Rossdale And Gwen Stefani Settle Divorce, Will Get 50/50 Child Custody

    British musician and actor Gavin Rossdale and No Doubt lead singer Gwen Stefani have reportedly agreed to settle their divorce.

    This entails 50/50 child custody for both musicians, who are parents to three children, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 6, and Apollo, 19 months.

    The former 90’s couple first made the announcement about their divorce in August, citing irreconcilable differences. While there have also been rumors spreading that the British musician has cheated with his kids’ nanny, no new updates have been reported since then.

    According to reports, the divorce was already expected, and was ‘a long time coming’. A report has also cited that the marriage has been ‘rocky’ even before baby Apollo was born. The two 90’s rock stars tried to patch things up but they just couldn’t. “A lot of the feeling was gone”, a source told reports a couple of months ago. This could mean that the recent settlement has been well thought out for months in order to speed up the settlement process.

    Aside from getting equal child custody of his children, Rossdale, 49, also agreed to get less than half of the couple’s shared property. The judge would reportedly sign the final divorce papers by the end of the year, if everything ‘runs smoothly’.

    “While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment,” the couple told Us Magazine.

    While both parents would get equal custody of the three kids, it seems Rossdale will have them more often, due to the 46-year-old Stefani’s tight schedule.

    Rossdale and Stefani have been married for 13 years. The two first became lovebirds in 1995, when Gwen Stefani’s No Doubt opened for Rossdale’s band, Bush while on tour.

  • Harry Potter Becomes A Stressed Out Dad In New ‘Cursed Child’ Play

    Harry Potter, one of the world’s most popular and beloved movie franchises, will finally make its debut in a drama play.

    Entitled Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, the play will focus on Harry Potter and his son Albus Severus. The play was set 19 years after the events in part two of Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows.

    The new play will reportedly feature an ‘overworked’ Potter, who now serves the Ministry of Magic, while his son Albus is struggling because of his family’s legacy.

    In the play, the younger Potter struggles ‘with the weight of a family legacy he never wanted.’

    The second of Harry and Ginny Potter’s three kids, Albus Severus is even said to be the ‘Cursed Child’ in the play.

    In the report, the play will be shown in two parts, either consecutively in a day, or in succeeding days.

    The story was written by Jack Thorne, in collaboration with Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling, and it will be directed by award-winning director John Tiffany.

    The actual play will run from June 7 to July 29 next year, at the London Palace Theatre, although registration for reduced-priced tickets already ended on Oct. 24.

    Tickets for preview shows will follow on Oct. 28.

    “I’ve never worked on anything quite like this before,” said play director John Tiffany.

    In addition, she mentioned that a number of people working in the production of the play grew up with the Harry Potter books.

    “We never thought we’d get Harry back. But he’s here,” he said.

    The Harry Potter series, which is composed of seven novels, have sold more than 400 million copies worldwide. It has also been successfully portrayed in eight films, spanning 10 years.

    While Rowling previously mentioned that there will only be seven books in the series, she has been working on spin-off titles in the Potter universe such as Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

    Followers of the reality show X-Factor were bothered not by the decision of the judges but by Rita Ora’s outfit for the show.

    While Ora was faced with the tough task of picking out her top three girls, the viewers were busy trying to figure out what the 24-year-old pop singer was wearing that night.

    Ora has always been dressed appropriately and nicely but her pink and floral X-Factor outfit prompted fans to give the singer some fashion advice.

    One tweeter said “I don’t think that outfit works.” Another Twitter follower compared Ora to a “fluffy snowman.” One commenter advised Ora to fire her fashion designer for making her wear such ridiculous outfit.

    Fans were not only confused by her fashion statement, they were also annoyed as some called her choice of clothes “ugly.”

    Ora wore a checked, pink satin blouse and matched it with a high-waist floral skirt. However, what made her look a “fashion disaster” was her pink floral boots made out of the same fabric as her skirt. She was even called a “clown” by one Twitter user who happened to watch the latest episode.

    Another commenter did not hold back and said Ora was “a week early for Halloween outfit” while one tweeted her boots looked like a “tumorous skin disease has eaten her legs.” Harsh!

    As for the results of the contest that night, Ora picked Louisa Johnson, 17, Lauren Murray, 26, and Kiera Weathers, 18, after much deliberation from her co-judges. They are qualified to the next round of the competition.

    Pop singer Meghan Trainor helped Ora pick her top three girls whom she will be grooming for the finals.

    Fellow judge Nick Grimshaw also revealed his top three boys: Che Chesterman, 19,  Mason Noise, 21, and Seann Miley Moore, 24.

    Young power couple Jessica Biel and Justine Timberlake continue their string of post-baby date nights by attending another formal event – the 11th Annual GLSEN Respect Awards Ceremony.

    The glamorous affair, which was held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles, honored this year’s recipients for their contributions to the LGBT youth.

    Biel and Timberlake arrived hand in hand and happily posed for the photographers on the red carpet. She wore a black ruffled dress by Balmain that featured an intricate cutout panel around her waist, showing off her flat and toned torso. Timberlake looked dapper as always in an all-black tailored suit accentuated by a shimmery tuxedo jacket.

    The new parents looked very much in love as they packed on the PDA at the table during the ceremony. Biel and Timberlake were reportedly seen whispering in each other’s ears and trading sweet kisses while sitting close to each other the entire time. The couple received the Inspiration Award for their influence on the LGBT youth. Biel and Timberlake both went onstage to accept the award.

    Timberlake kicked off their acceptance speech with an inspiring anecdote about growing up in Memphis, Tennessee with a best friend who came out as gay.

    Biel proceeded to thank the organization “for leading the way to make our schools more safe, welcoming and yes, inspiring places for all of our children.” “To be new parents is to witness up close and very personal the full miracle that every individual girl and boy really is,” Biel added.

    The beautiful couple added a healthy dose of humor to their speech by wearing matching caps labeled “RESPECT,” thanking GLSEN for “allowing mommy and daddy to have a rare date night out together with other adults,” and quoting the great Oscar Wilde about bullying and receiving hate for being gay.

    On Saturday, Jessica Biel brought her gorgeous self to yet another awards ceremony, this time it was the 25th Annual EMA Awards, which was held at the Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank. She went with another frilly black number by Valentino.

  • Kendra Wilkinson And Hank Baskett May Soon Get Divorced — We All Knew This Was Coming

    Things are not looking so good in the Wilkinson-Baskett household.

    In the latest episode of the former Playboy model’s reality TV show, Kendra on Top, it is revealed that Wilkinson and husband Hank get into a serious confrontation that she says could be “the end” of the marriage.

    A few promotional clips show that Wilkinson was spending a night out with some friends at a bar and having fun, while ignoring Baskett’s incessant calls. The former Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver was leaving for an early flight the next day and needed his wife to get home.

    The confrontation happened as soon as Wilkinson arrived home, where her husband was waiting for her. It turns out, Baskett had missed his flight because she missed the curfew.

    In a phone conversation with her father, Wilkinson says, “He’s so pissed at me and I really do feel like this is the end with him.” The couple went through a rough patch last year, with rumors about Baskett cheating on his wife with a transgender woman.

    A year after the scandal broke out, Baskett came clean to Wilkinson and admitted that the “affair” was simply a weed deal gone wrong. In between sobs, Baskett said in an interview, “I messed up, I put myself in a bad situation. And everything through me brought pain upon this family.”

    Since then, the couple’s relationship has been tumultuous. In another clip, Wilkinson confided in one of her girlfriends that she was given an ultimatum by her husband regarding her commitment to their marriage.

    “I hate being in this place. I want feel either married or single – which one is it gonna be?” She proceeded to explain that recovering from the scandal made her feel confused about her willingness to stick it out with Baskett.

    Kendra Wilkinson married Hank Baskett in June 2009 and share two children with him: five-year-old Hank IV and one-year-old Alijah.

    The Jenner girls have certainly mastered the art of stirring controversy – thanks to their Kardashian big sisters.

    Kendall Jenner made a buzz all over social media when “pregnant” photos of her surfaced online. The baby bump looked hardly real, though, but that didn’t stop her followers from raving about how good she looks with child.

    The real reason behind the look is Kendall was attending her big sister Kim’s pregnancy-themed birthday bash on October 21st. Organized by Kim’s husband, musician Kanye West, the party required the female guests to wear a costume that represented their favorite interpretation of Kim as a pregnant woman.

    Kendall’s new nipple ring did not come unnoticed as she ditched wearing a bra underneath that thin white T-shirt.

    Meanwhile, Kendall’s younger sister Kylie went another route and wore maternity diapers that showed underneath her black leggings.

    Kim is eight months pregnant with her second baby with West. Aside from the themed party, he also rented out an entire movie theater for a private screening of the new Steve Jobs movie.

    As if the fake baby bump wasn’t enough to keep her followers at the edge of their seats, Kendall also debuted a hot pink dye job with black roots on Instagram. It has not been confirmed whether she’s wearing a wig or really dyed her hair but people seem to like it as the post garnered more than a million likes since it was posted today.

  • Kathie Lee Gifford Receives Broadcasting & Cable Hall Of Fame Award, Honors Late Husband Frank

    Tuesday was a momentous day for Kathie Lee Gifford as she was inducted into the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame alongside her late husband, Frank Gifford.

    The ceremony, which was held at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City, was emceed by her current TODAY co-host, Hoda Kotb, and her former Live! co-host, Regis Philbin.

    Gifford was emotional as she delivered her acceptance speech. Struggling to remain composed, she said, “I have to thank my incredible husband, who taught me so much, who was the most generous person I’ve ever met.” Frank Gifford had passed away merely two months before they were declared Hall of Fame inductees.


    She especially thanked him for giving her “the two greatest gifts that any human being could ever have” referring to their two children, Cody and Cassidy, who received the honor on behalf of their late father.

    Cody and Cassidy also gave a touching tribute to their parents when they received their father’s award on his behalf.

    “If anything, Cass and I are testaments not to dad’s broadcasting adroitness, but rather to his exceptional virility,” said 25-year-old Cody, which drew some laughter from the audience.

    He then went on to address their mother fondly.

    “Above all, he’d want me to tell you how proud he is of you, Mom,” added Cody. “He told me to tell you congratulations, and well deserved, and that he loves you even now, and more than ever,” he added.

    Kathie Lee Gifford and husband Frank had been married for 29 years, and both are considered icons in their respective fields in broadcasting. Kathie Lee is best known as one half of the long-running syndicated morning talk show, Live! with Regis and Kathie Lee, while Frank was a professional football player who transitioned to becoming the Emmy Award-winning host of Monday Night Football on ABC for 27 years.

    The Duggars, a family that stars in reality television show, 19 Kids and Counting, will reportedly have new specials on the TLC network.

    The new TV special comes after 19 Kids and Counting was canceled in July amidst sexual abuse allegations against the family’s oldest son, Josh Duggar.

    In a report, Duggar has admitted committing the inappropriate acts and said he “acted inexcusably” during his teenager years. The father of four has issued a public apology, and has checked into a Christian rehab facility in Rockford, Illinois.

    Meanwhile, the new show, entitled Jill & Jessa: Counting On, will feature Duggar sisters Jill Dillard and Jessa Seewald, who have already appeared in the special’s first promo clip. Jill, 24, and Jessa, 22, appeared emotional in a portion of the one-minute sneak peak.

    “We were devastated,” Jessa said in the video. “We couldn’t believe it. You have to wonder: How did this happen?” Meanwhile, Jill added, “You’re angry and hurt and all of those emotions all mixed together. I cried a lot of tears. I still do,” while she wipes her tears.

    While the emotions were evident, it was not clear why exactly the sisters were crying. One report says it could be because of Josh’s past abuse, the cancellation of the long-running show, the negative publicity the family has been receiving, or all of them. However, after the emotional outburst of the two girls, the sisters remained positive that the family will be able to pull through. They are also excited for what the future holds, including the “milestones ahead.”

    The upcoming TLC special will feature the sisters and their families, and will follow their lives on a daily basis.

    Williams revealed that instead of thinking of losing fat and weight, she changed her mindset that she’s doing this in order to fight heart disease.

    In addition, the TV personality said that she does not “love food as much” as she did so in the past.

    In the report, she was actually surprised that she managed to lose 50 pounds in three years, especially after engaging in all the “crazy diets” that she has been to.

    Some of the dieting tips she shared in a Q&A video chat with her fans include cutting intake of meat, refined sugars and dairy. She also mentioned that she has not been eating after dark.

    “Just push back, fatso. Just stop eating so much,” she shared.

    Aside from taking out some of her bad habits, Williams has also reportedly learned good ones.

    “I’ve picked up on other great habits like juicing,” she said.

    The host has also began eating more nutritious foods like kale chips, and drinking coconut water instead of San Pellegrino soda, which she was reportedly addicted to in the past.

    Moreover, Williams emphasized that trying to lose weight cannot be done overnight. The person should be patient enough and remember that “slow and steady is the name of the game.”

    She has also engaged in physical activities such as gym workout, cardio exercises, and Pilates.

    Before Wendy Williams decided to take dieting and fitness seriously, she has admitted that she had liposuction, tummy tuck, and even breast surgery in the past.

    Apparently, the 30-year-old professional dancer had never done a lift in the past. “I’ve never done the lift before,” Derek said. He said that because his style was focused on “speed, agility, and technique” and that he was never a lifter. “It’s a little scary, I’m not going to lie,” the American dancer, who is also an actor and singer, said.

    Fortunately, actress Jennifer Grey, who originally did the routine with co-star Patrick Swayze in the film, helped out in teaching the duo how to execute the lift perfectly.

    The judges gave the pair a perfect score of 40, further bolstering Irwin’s status as one of the show’s favorites.

    Meanwhile, Irwin, who is the daughter of the late Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin, was recently spotted “dancing” with a skeleton at the show’s Hollywood dance studio.

    The DWTS star was reportedly shooting a short footage that would be used for the show’s Halloween Special, which will be a few days away.

    The conservationist wore black lycra gym pants, a neon-printed t-shirt, and khaki sneakers while she held the plastic skeleton close to her body. The 17-year-old did not even bother to wear makeup, which completely showed her pretty facial features.

    Halley’s Comet is one of the most popular meteors that pass near the Earth, and it has been doing so for centuries. However, because it is only visible every 75 years, do not expect to get a glimpse of it more than twice in an entire lifetime.

    However, a report says that aside from the arrival of the actual meteor, another awaited phenomenon is the Orionids shower. These smaller meteors come from Halley’s comet, and pass through the Earth’s atmosphere, forming a meteor shower that lasts for hours.

    Usually, the meteor shower consists of about 20 “shooting stars” per hour, although that may not be the case this year. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) said that the number of shooting stars might be fewer, and the Orionids would show “weaker activity” than usual. “Bits of comet dust hitting the atmosphere will probably give us about a dozen meteors per hour,” said Bill Cooke of NASA’s Meteoroid Environments Office. Orionids are reportedly very quick, with speeds reaching up to 150,000mph, and as a result, they may burn up even before they hit the lower parts of the atmosphere, or the ground.

    In these cases, the shooting stars are said to leave smoke-like marks across the sky.

    Unlike the actual meteors shooting from the sky, meteor smoke is much easier to spot because it lasts a bit longer.

    The Orionids meteor shower from the Halley’s Comet will reportedly begin Wednesday night and last until early Thursday morning. Interested stargazers can check the constellations of Orion and Gemini because this is the region from where the Orionids usually fall.

    Meanwhile, the Perseids already fell in August and just in time for the new moon, while the Geminids meteor shower is expected to arrive in December.

    For astronomy enthusiasts who await Halley’s Comet, which last appeared in 1986, they will have to wait until 2061 to see it.

    A new report, however, states that the 23-year-old singer has reached her highest ranking on the Billboard Artist 100, since cracking the list more than a year ago. Gomez reportedly made a jump from 9th place to 2nd to reach her highest rank in her 55th week on the list. The jump was primarily the result of Gomez’ latest album selling 85,000 copies. This has boosted her ratings by 182 percent, and contributed 65% of her total Artist 100 points. Gomez sent a tweet to her followers and fans to express her gratitude for supporting her.

    “I just wanna say thank you to all you guys for the past few weeks. Reminds me of why I do what I do!” she said.

    Meanwhile, Canadian singer and songwriter The Weeknd has returned to No. 1 on the Artist 100, led by “The Hills”, which sits at the top of Billboard’s Hot 100. His eight weeks at the top of the list is only second to Taylor Swift’s 31 trips to the weekly rankings’ summit.

    The Artist 100 list ranks artists based on Billboard’s other charts, including the Billboard Hot 100, Top Album Sales, and Social 50. Billboard then uses these statistics and combines them with album and track sales, radio airplay, streaming, and social media popularity to come up with the top artists of the week.

    Held at New York’s financial district, the star-studded event featured supermodel gal pals Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner, as well as Jourdan Dunn, Karlie Kloss, and Joan Smalls. Several Hollywood celebrities were also in attendance at the fashion show to see the much-talked about collection. German actress Diane Kruger was seen in a nearby bar wearing a black velvet Balmain for H&M jumpsuit.

    “To me, it’s club outfits. The kind men can get on board with. Straight men,” Kruger said of the collection.

    Kendall’s equally famous younger sister Kylie was also seen having fun with the models. She wore an intricately embellished long-sleeved top from the same collection, which she paired with black thigh-high boots.

    However, it wasn’t just the glamorous supermodels and high-end clothes that got everyone’s attention. Nineties pop heartthrobs the Backstreet Boys gave a surprise performance during the show and got Hadid and company dancing and singing along to their hits, “Everybody,” “I Want It That Way,” and “Larger Than Life.”

    It is quite interesting to see these millennial supermodels eagerly jamming to Backstreet Boy songs as they were too young to have witnessed the peak of the ‘90s boy band craze.

    Hadid was merely two years old when one of BSB’s first hit, “Everybody” was released. Kendall Jenner was just a year old, and her kid sister Kylie had not even been born yet.

    Suffice to say, the event turned out to be a complete success judging by the photos posted on Balmain’s Instagram page. The Balmain for H&M collection is due to hit both store and online shelves on November 5th.

However, Hudson was quick to shut down any speculation, saying that she’s not inclined to dignify baseless rumors. “I don’t like addressing any kind of gossip,” replied Hudson. She added that she’s been linked to her agent “maybe 25 times” just because they had been seen together on several occasions.

    Tongues started wagging about Hudson and Jonas in September when they were seen having fun together at Disney World. They’ve also been seen having brunch together in Miami and partying at a nightclub in New York.

    Apart from her love life, Hudson somewhat admitted that she smoked pot with co-star Matthew McConaughey while filming their 2003 hit movie, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.
