  • Carole Middleton and daughter, Pippa Middleton, Meet Little Princess (What IS Her Name?)

Carole Middleton and daughter Pippa Middleton met the new little princess on Sunday, even before Prince Charles and Camilla.

They reportedly now know the name of the little princess, however, the rest of the world is waiting impatiently for the announcement of her name.

It’s not unexpected that Kate Middleton’s own mother would quickly make that first visit to meet her new little granddaughter.

Dressed in a lovely spring blouse, Carole Middleton, who is said to be one “happy granny,” drove into Kensington Palace around 11:30 a.m. local time on Sunday morning in a black Range Rover with her 31-year-old daughter, Pippa Middleton.

A bit later, Prince Charles, 66, arrived at the palace with Camilla, 67, to meet his granddaughter for the first time.

The name of the beautiful, little princess is still unknown and it is presumed the announcement will come once Queen Elizabeth has met her great-granddaughter and learned her name first-hand.

Other visitors to arrive after Carole Middleton include Carole’s husband, Michael Middleton, and close friends of Kate and William, Emilia Jardine-Paterson, who is a godmother to Prince George, and her husband.

It is not clear when Queen Elizabeth II will meet the new princess, although reports claim it will come later on Sunday. She was reportedly spotted in Sandringham on Sunday and was seen wearing pink at a royal event in Yorkshire on Saturday.

Any guesses on the new princess’ name?

  • Jerry Lewis: Muscular Dystrophy Telethon Ends, Marking the End of an Era

Jerry Lewis: Muscular Dystrophy Telethon Ends, Marking the End of an Era

Jerry Lewis worked tirelessly for more than 45 years bringing together celebrities, his humor and viewers for an annual Labor Day telethon to benefit children suffering from Muscular Dystrophy.

It seemed the country came together to watch celebrities like Frank Sinatra, Celine Dion and Jennifer Lopez perform and man telephones as the tote board marked the millions of dollars coming in for “Jerry’s kids.” Tears flowed as an exhausted Jerry Lewis ended each telethon with his broken, but moving rendition of You’ll Never Walk Alone.

That era of American television has come to an end.

“It’s not a 21-hour world anymore,” said Steve Ford, MDA executive vice president, with the announcement that the telethon will no longer be a Labor Day tradition.

It’s not surprising the telethon is ending in this new era of social media, technology and the ability to fundraise in a more effective manner. When Jerry Lewis stopped hosting the show in 2010, the telethon’s slow demise began. The show was reduced from 21 and a half hours in Jerry Lewis’ final year to 19 in its final year.

Fundraising will continue, but production costs associated with the telethon makes the endeavor unfeasible.

“The real heroes have always been our families, and what we need to do is make sure that every dollar we raise is spent working for our families,” he said.

In 2008, the telethon marked its greatest success, raising $65 million for Jerry’s kids. And over the years, Jerry Lewis helped to raise more than $2 billion for MDA.

Jerry Lewis’ association with MDA goes back to its inception in 1950. Lewis and his comic partner Dean Martin mentioned the charity not the NBC show, and the two hosted a telethon in 1956. Jerry Lewis began hosting the telethon regularly beginning in 1966.

Not everyone thought that Jerry Lewis was doing good. Some felt he made people with the disease objects of pity by Lewis in order to raise money.

With once in a lifetime performances from celebrities like John Lennon, Michael Jackson, Johnny Cash and Ray Charles appearing on the telethon, the MDA has been discussing with Jerry Lewis ways to release some of the archived material.

Do you remember watching the Jerry Lewis Telethon?

  • Taya Kyle Recalls the Awful Day Her Real Life ‘American Sniper’ Husband Chris Kyle Was Murdered

Taya Kyle still has trouble believing her Navy SEAL husband, real-life American Sniper Chris Kyle was murdered at a Texas gun range.

On that fateful day, Taya Kyle recalls that when she learned he had been shot, she thought it must be some mistake.

“He was a survivor and a fighter, and honestly, I didn’t know how many times he had been shot,” Taya Kyle told ABC News’ Robin Roberts in an exclusive interview for 20/20.

“He had been in so many close calls that it didn’t seem real,” Taya Kyle said.

America’s must lethal sniper in U.S. history and a highly decorated Navy SEAL, Chris Kyle knew all about combat and dangerous situations. But, all his experience and talent could not keep him from harm on Feb. 2, 2013, when former Marine Eddie Ray Routh shot to death Chris Kyle and Chad Littlefield at the Texas hunting resort Rough Creek Lodge.

Taya Kyle says she learned of her husband’s fate from Mark Treibly, a Midlothian, Texas, police investigator, who had played football with Chris Kyle in high school.

“I remember looking in his eyes, so intently, and just saying, like, ‘Are you sure?’” Taya Kyle said. “Because I’ve had these scares before where I thought he was dead and he wasn’t. And he said, ‘Yes.’”

Taya Kyle said the most difficult moment of the day came when she had to tell the couple’s two children their father was gone.

“I just told them something really bad had happened and that ‘Daddy got hurt,’” Kyle said. “And my daughter looked at me and she said, ‘Is he dead?’ And then I just shook my head, and then just this sound from her chest and her stomach. … She was thinking, ‘That couldn’t possibly be true.’

“It’s just very hard to understand. … ‘Why would he do that?’ You know, ‘Why would somebody do that to Daddy?’” Taya Kyle said.

After managing to get through the days immediately following the murders, Taya Kyle recalls that the 200 mile trip from the AT&T Stadium in Dallas where a special memorial for her husband was held to Texas State Cemetery in Austin was moving and hard and unforgettable.

“It’s 200 miles of people lining the streets and every overpass … and the bagpipers and people stopped on the other side of the freeway,” Taya Kyle said. “I mean, it was that feeling of patriotism and acceptance and that goes right in line with Chris’s life.”

  • Helen Hunt Says Her Preferred Fashion Style Is More Sweats Than Haute-Couture

Helen Hunt is always glamorous whenever she steps out on the red carpet. However, the Ride actress says she much more comfortable in sweats than haute-couture.

“The people I work with beg me to put on something other than sweatpants, like, ‘Please, please don’t go out in another pair,’” Helen Hunt told People magazine.

That doesn’t mean she doesn’t enjoy getting all dolled up from time to time. In fact, Helen Hunt says she considers those high-glam events, like Tuesday’s premier of her surfing film, Ride, the perfect “prom” moment.

“I didn’t go to my high school prom, so I try to turn those events into a prom moment.”

In Ride, Hunt plays Jackie, “an editor from The New Yorker who follows her son (Brenton Thwaites) to L.A. after he drops out of college to surf and find himself, ultimately leading Jackie on her own road to self-discovery,” as reported by Entertainment Tonight.

At 51, Helen Hunt looks fabulous, healthy and glowing. She says she doesn’t spend a lot of time on her beauty apart from working out with a combination of biking, hiking and yoga — “you [have to] do a little bit of everything.”

Helen Hunt shared one beauty secret with People.

“Love yourself, love yourself, love yourself. That’s kind of the aspiration that I hope I will achieve at least by the time I get to my death bed,” said Hunt, who conceded she is very protective of her 10-year-old daughter Makena. “We watch very little in the way of television and commercials. I don’t want her head there, I want her head in what she’s painting, thinking, singing or learning on the violin as long as I possibly can.”

  • Elizabeth Banks On Hollywood Success and Tara Reid: ‘Some of Us Are Surviving. Some of Us Are Not’

Elizabeth Banks shared her thoughts on longevity and, in the process, sorta, kinda dissed Tara Reid.

Elizabeth Banks talked about her career with The Hollywood Reporter recently and said her successful career is only dreamed about for many aspiring actresses.

Acknowledging how hard it is for actresses once they reach a certain age, she said it’s just as difficult in those early days because the competition is just so great.

“There was a group of us girls coming up. A lot of us are surviving. Some of us are not,” Elizabeth Banks, who has added director to her resume for Pitch Perfect 2, told the magazine bluntly. “I used to go to auditions with Tara Reid. So, you know, we didn’t all make it. We’re not all still here.”

“[But]I do love Sharknado,” she added, perhaps to soften the blow.

Elizabeth Banks attributes her success, in part, to her insatiable need to learn and grow.

“I don’t stay in my trailer,” she shared. “I like to sit in video village, probably to the annoyance of some producers and directors, because they really love to talk about actors and they can’t in front of me.”

Elizabeth Banks feels she has a lot riding on her directorial debut with the Pitch Perfect sequel.

“The list of women who get to make studio-level films is very short,” she said. “And I’m not quite in that club yet. Until this movie comes out, then we’ll see. This shoot is the test. I like to get A’s.”

Do you think Elizabeth Banks went to far in her comments about Tara Reid?

  • Rumer Willis Has a Ball With Dad Bruce Willis at ‘DWTS’ Rehearsal

Rumer Willis Has a Ball With Dad Bruce Willis at ‘DWTS’ Rehearsal

Rumer Willis had a very special guest show up to rehearsals for Dancing With the Stars this week — her dad Bruce Willis!

Bruce has regularly been seen on the show cheering on his daughter Rumer Willis and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy, along with daughters Tallulah, 21, and Scout, 23, and his ex-wife Demi Moore.

However, it was a treat for Rumer Willis to have her dad and new step-mom, Hemma Heming, stop by rehearsals this week.

“It was really fun, honestly!” Rumer Willis told Us Weekly. “He’s such a silly guy and to be able to have him come in when I don’t get to see him that often, come in and see what we do and see the whole process of how it all comes together and see how hard I work and what we do every week is very cool,” she said.

“Most people, you know, only get to see a minute and thirty seconds of an entire week of five or six hour-a-day of rehearsal and we work really hard,” she added.

It’s obvious that Bruce is really proud of his girl Rumer Willis and has even been brought to tears by her performance.

And like any girl, getting her daddy’s praise means the world to Rumer Willis.

“To have him look at me and say, ‘Wow, I am so impressed by the amount of work that you are putting in,’ is very validating,” she said.

Are you rooting for Rumer and Val on Dancing With the Stars?

  • Melissa Joan Hart On 40-Pound Weight Loss: ‘I’m Very Proud Of Myself’

Melissa Joan Hart has lost 40 pounds and is thrilled with the results and the way the weight-loss makes her feel.

“Being able to take off layers or put on a jean that’s a size smaller is so refreshing and it just makes it easier just to move through life,” Melissa Joan Hart told E! in conjunction with her new Nutrisystem commercial. “Especially when chasing children. It just makes it easier for me to play with them and run after them and have the energy.”

“Staying in shape and staying fit is so important in my life just because of all the things I want to do,” said Melissa Joan Hart.

The mother of three says she lost the weight over two years with the Nutrisystem program.

Keeping the weight off is important to Melissa Joan Hart and she told People that working out with her husband Mark Wilkerson is the means to keep her svelte shape.

“Since he’s such an avid workout guy, I wanted to have him train me to see how my body could shift and change,” Melissa Joan Hart said.

According to the actress, Melissa Joan Hart and her hubby work out one hour, three days a week, and focus primarily on weight training. Hart also takes two days a week to attend cardio classes like spinning.

“This is a good way to join together and spend time – just the two of us – away from the kids,” said Mark Wilkerson.

Melissa Joan Hart has many reasons why her weight-loss has been life-changing.

“It just made me happier. It made me feel physically and emotionally lighter to be able to do the things I wanna do, to be able to wear the clothes I wanna wear, to be able to feel sexy around my husband again,” Melissa Joan Hart said. “I’m very proud of myself.”

  • ‘Lizzie McGuire’ Reunion: Hilary Duff, Lalaine and Jake Thomas Hang Out

Lizzie McGuire was a Disney Channel favorite and fans of the show must have got all giddy to see the recently posted pic of Hilary Duff, Lalaine, and Jake Thomas.

The picture of the Lizzie McGuire trio was snapped at a bowling alley and was posted on Jake Thomas’ Instagram page.

Thomas, 25, played Lizzie McGuire’s pestering younger brother Matt McGuire. He captioned his Instagram pic with, “So this happened last night… #LizzieMcGuire.”

Not to be outdone, 27-year-old Lalaine, who played Lizzie McGuire’s BFF Miranda Sanchez, shared the same shot in black and white on Twitter, with the caption, “#About last night #AMomentLikeThis.”

Lizzie McGuire herself, Hilary Duff, also shared a photo of the event, but her posts didn’t include any Lizzie McGuire alums.

Hilary Duff told the Huffington Post in September 2014 that she would be up for a Lizzie McGuire reunion show or film.

“I love it! I would be totally open to it. My schedule is a little busy right now. But um … why not?” she quipped, referring to her hit 2003 single “Why Not.”

Would you like to see a Lizzie McGuire reunion show or film? Maybe Netflix needs to get on that.

  • Katy Perry Dons Taiwan Flag, Sunflower Dress At Concert: Fashion Choice Or Political Stance?

Katy Perry ignited a political controversy Tuesday night when she donned Taiwan’s flag as a cape during her concert in Taipei, as well as a dress covered in sunflowers — the symbol of Taiwan’s anti-China protest, known as the Sunflower Student Movement, last spring.

Taiwan has been the center of controversy for some time. Many countries, including the United States, consider Taiwan an independent nation, while others believe Taiwan falls under the People’s Republic of China.

Katy Perry has become a semi-hero in the country that firmly believes it is independent. According to Entertainment Weekly, her seemingly pro-Taiwan stance brought tears to the eyes of concert-goers and social media blew up with the news of her apparent solidarity.

However, was Katy Perry truly making a statement about Taiwan?

Before she started her set, Katy Perry told the audience she couldn’t speak the language.

“I don’t even know how to speak Mandarin,” Katy Perry told concert-goers. “That’s what you speak, right?”

The sunflower dress is not new. Katy Perry previously wore it during her Prismatic tour. Granted, donning Taiwan’s flag is, if anything, acknowledgement that the nation is sovereign. Or maybe not.

Needless to say China pulled out its digital eraser and deleted references to Katy Perry’s makeshift cape from social media, which only fueled speculation that she was making a political stance.

While it’s unclear whether Katy Perry was making a political statement intentionally, she has certainly not been shy about her political views. Last year, Katy joked about writing Hillary Clinton a theme song and campaigned for President Obama.

Katy Perry has not commented on the brouhaha boiling up over a flag cape and an innocuous sunflower dress.

Do you think Katy Perry intentionally chose her outfit to make a political stance?

  • Courteney Cox Shuts Down ‘Friends’ Reunion, ‘Dear Lord, Let It Go, People’

Courteney Cox had made it very clear that there will be no Friends reunion, period.

Courteney Cox told Yahoo! Style in a video interview that people just need to get over it.

“Dear lord, let it go, people, we’re not doing it. It’s just not gonna happen,” said Courteney Cox.

Courteney said jokingly that she may, however, consider a spin-off featuring her on-screen character, Monica Geller.

“Oh, Monica’s gonna do a movie. Yeah, just not the whole Friends,” Courteney said, laughing. “No, it’s gonna be called Hangin’ with Monica. People will be running to the theaters.”

Courteney Cox labeled one of her six co-stars as the party-pooper of a Friends reunion.

“We’ve gotten about 80 percent there, but there’s always one person who flakes at the end … You know, I’m not going to name names, but it may not be Schwimmer,” she quipped, referring to her on-screen brother, David Schwimmer.

On a different note, Courteney said 10-year-old daughter Coco, whose dad is David Arquette, will have an important role in her upcoming wedding to fiancé Johnny McDaid.

“She is going to sing something probably at the wedding,” said Courteney Cox said. “She also sang at David’s wedding a couple weeks ago. I think she’s probably going to be a wedding singer. She’s really booking ’em right now!”

So, are you all bummed after hearing what Courteney Cox had to say about a ‘Friends’ reunion?

  • Stacey Dash, Meredith Vieira Go Head to Head Over Equal Pay For Women. Who Won the Heated Debate?

Stacey Dash and Meredith Vieira had a difference of opinion on gender pay equality on Wednesday’s The Meredith Vieira Show, and the interview got a little heated.

Meredith Vieira, 61, gently pressured Stacey Dash to answer to the her opposition to female celebrities who fight for equal pay for men and women.

“I feel like it’s an excuse. It’s the same thing with race. It’s an excuse. Stop making excuses,” Stacey Dash said of the issue. “If there are opportunities, seize them and be prepared for them, and be the best, if that’s what it takes. If you have to be extraordinary, then be extraordinary.”

Meredith Vieira countered that sometimes that isn’t enough.

“I feel like we’re fighting an uphill battle. When you look at just the numbers, we make 78 cents for every dollar that a man makes,” she said. “At the rate we’re going, my daughter, who’s 22, will be 65 when there’s finally pay equality. There’s something wrong, something clearly wrong.”

Stacey Dash argued back, “I don’t know if that’s true.”

“That’s true, that’s documented,” Vieira quickly replied.

Once Stacey Dash acknowledged that Vieira may be correct about the statistics, she said, “I feel like your daughter will be able to make as much money as she wants in her life. Just like you are — I mean, look at you.”

Vieira said it took her many years to get to her position and for many years, she was not getting the same pay as her male counterparts. Stacey Dash asked her if she believed it was because she is a woman.

“I think that had a lot to do with it,” said Meredith Vieira.

“I guess I won’t put my fate into anything other than my own action, and taking my destiny in my hands,” Stacey Dash declared. “I will not be a victim.”

“I’m not saying I’m a victim,” Vieira interrupted. “I’m pissed off.”

“And that’s the thing: If you want to be pissed off about it, then be pissed off about it and work harder for it,” Stacey Dash responded. “Because there is a law passed that we get equal pay.”

“Except we don’t,” Meredith Vieira exclaimed. “We don’t. We don’t.”

You be the judge. Who won the debate?

  • John Mellencamp Smokes On Letterman Despite Past Heart Attack, Says ‘Smoking Is My Strong Suit’

John Mellencamp certainly doesn’t let a heart attack stop him from smoking his cigarettes.

On Monday’s Late Night With David Letterman, the rocker smoked throughout his chat with the late night host.

After sharing tales of their respective heart attacks, John Mellencamp said smoking is his thing.

“Here’s the way it plays out, Dave,” he said of his smoking habit. “I’m only good at about three or four things and smoking is my strong suit. My body is so polluted that anything — now, I’m not a doctor, you know that, right? I’m not a doctor — So I figure, my body is so polluted now that nothing can live in there. Cancer can go in there and go, ‘I’m not going in there!’ There’s gotta be somebody else better to go into and destroy.”

“I’m gonna keep smoking and I’m good at it,” John Mellencamp added. “I’ve written a couple of good songs, I’m kind of good on stage, and I have a good first kiss. Other than that, I’m not worth a s–t. I’m useless!”

Earlier in the interview, John Mellencamp had difficulties remembering the location of his 1994 heart attack, but did remember being told he’d had one.

“I didn’t feel well, I was on tour, and I went back to Bloomington, where they have real doctors,” the Indiana native recalled to Letterman, who is also hails from Indiana. “The guy looked at me and he said, ‘You’ve had a heart attack.’ I went nuts… I called him everything in the book… He said, ‘John, you can say whatever you want to me or act any way you want, but a first-year medical student can tell you you’ve had a heart attack.’”

“They’d been telling me for years to get on cholesterol medicine and I would go, ‘Am I alright now?’ And they’d go, ‘Yeah.’ And so, I’d think, ‘Well I’m alright now…’” said John Mellencamp. “But if I would’ve done what they had told me to do in the first place… My arms hurt, both arms hurt, and I was more grouchy than normal. I was more bitchy than normal.”

  • Jessica Alba Says She Is ‘More Iron Fist Than Velvet Glove’ In Her Business Ventures And Has ‘Made People Cry’

Jessica Alba says she can be one tough cookie when it comes to business dealings.

In a cover article for the May 2015 issue of More, Jessica Alba says being the boss at her business venture, The Honest Company, has changed how others view her.

“Sometimes I’m a little more iron fist than velvet glove,” Jessica Alba said of her business style. “I’m straight to the point. I’ve made people cry and I have to say, ‘This isn’t personal. This is what needs to get done, and it’s just as simple as that. And … we’re not crying anymore.’ I’m learning to tone myself down.”

Some may find her new role as a business woman is surprising, but Jessica Alba told the magazine it’s not that far off from what she’s been doing for years.

“People act like starting the Honest Company is such a departure,” she said. “But the reality is I’ve been selling other people’s TV products, beauty products, movie products. I’m leveraging skills I’ve honed in Hollywood for years.”

Alba conceded that owning her own business is hard work.

“Being an actress is like a vacation,” Alba said “Business is relentless. People work hard here. It’s nice to be around people who are so committed.”

Being a mom has contributed to Jessica Alba‘s success in the cutthroat business world.

“My [business] partners are men. Whenever I say something that’s kind of against their intuition, they go back and talk to their wives. And then their wives usually agree with me,” she noted. “So that’s how we get stuff done over here.”

Jessica Alba maintains that she will continue to be the “iron fist” and work hard at her new line of work, if only to keep the competition at bay.

“If you don’t know those things, you can float,” she said. “And when you float, someone can come in and push you out of the way. Maybe this is just the first step, but I feel like at least I am in the right place at the right time for me.

  • Jeffrey Dahmer: Former Minister Says the Cannibal Constantly Terrorized Inmates and Corrections Officers

Jeffrey Dahmer constantly terrorized inmates and correction officers with “sick, flesh-eating humor,” his former minister told The New York Post on Wednesday.

“If he saw a guard that was nervous and standing near enough to hear him, he would say, ‘I bite,’” said Pastor Roy Ratcliff. “Usually the guard would jump away and that would make Jeff laugh.”

The 68-year-old minister said Jeffrey Dahmer — who confessed to killing 17 men and boys and dismembering and eating some of them — taunted those around him by putting a sign on the wall of his cell that read, “Cannibals Anonymous Meeting Tonight.”

“He sort of played with his persona to exaggerate it and make people more fearful. This was just his way — a morbid humor to deal with his hopeless situation,” Ratcliff said of Jeffrey Dammer.

At the time of Jeffrey Dahmer‘s arrest, the killer had body parts in his freezor, although he told Ratcliff that he only ate the bicep of one boy.

“However, when he was arrested and they found body parts in the freezer — a heart and a liver — he told me that he was ‘saving them to eat for later,’” said Ratcliff.

Jeffrey Dahmer was bludgeoned to death by fellow convict Christopher Scarver, 45, in 1994, apparently because he’d had enough of the killer’s taunting.

Scarver, 45, told the New York Post on Sunday Jeffrey Dahmer would fashion severed limbs out of prison food, put ketchup on them to simulate blood and place them around the prison to scare fellow inmates and correction officers.

  • Bella Thorne Shoots Down Dating Rumors Again and Starts One of Her Own

Bella Thorne has been quite busy of late shooting down dating rumors.

The latest rumor is that Bella Thorne is dating actor Tyler Posey, which was sparked when they were spotted out together Monday on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood.

It’s not hard to suppose the duo might be dating. Hollywood Life reported that Bella Thorne and Posey held hands during their little shopping outing on Monday. In some of the photos, they were caught walking arm-in-arm.

A source for Hollywood Life said the walkabout happened after the actors met up at MTV Upfront and said Bella Thorne and her shopping buddy seemed pretty cozy.

“Tyler and Bella mingled a lot backstage at the MTV Upfront presentation,” said the source. “He looked very flirty with her and they ended up posing for photos together on the carpet. It looked like they had just met but clicked right away.”

Thorne took to Twitter to clear up the dating rumors. In fact, Bella Thorne said she was clinging to Posey for safety.

The teasing continued on Wednesday with more tweets.

Bella Thorne even decided she would make up her own rumor.

Bella Thorne is constantly clearing up dating rumors, having been wrongly linked to Patrick Schwarzenegger, Brandon Lee and Ryan Nassif in recent months.

  • Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Boyfriend, Nick Gordon, Completes Stint In Rehab

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, has completed his stint in rehab.

“I can confirm that Nick is no longer in rehab,” lawyer Randy Kessler told People magazine.

According to the magazine, while Bobbi Kristina Brown remains unresponsive in a rehabilitation facility, Nick Gordon, 25, has returned home and staying with his mother, Michelle Gordon.

When Nick Gordon entered rehab, he was “very distraught over what is going on,” according to a source close to the Bobbi Kristina Brown’s family at the time.

“He really wants to see her. He is upset about a lot of things: her being sick, him never getting respect [from her family],” said the source.

In March, Nick Gordon and his mother appeared on The Dr. Phil Show to discuss his mental anguish and drug and alcohol addiction. He was whisked off from the show and into a rehab facility after agreeing to treatment on the show.

There has been an on-going dispute between the Houston and Brown families and Nick Gordon has been barred from seeing 22-year-old Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Cissy Houston, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s grandmother, has said she has irreversible brain damage, following the discovery of the daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston facedown in a bathtub on Jan. 31.

“I have just returned from visiting my granddaughter Bobbi Kristina in the hospital and while she is no longer in a medically induced coma, she has a tracheotomy and according to the doctors, she has global and irreversible brain damage and remains unresponsive,” she told People.

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s father, Bobby, is praying for her recovery, according to his wife, Alicia Etheredge-Brown.

“He is encouraged by the steps that Bobbi Kristina has made since her hospitalization on January 31, 2015. She has made it out of ICU, opened her eyes, and started a rehabilitation that will be long and hard,” Etheredge-Brown said in a statement to ABC News. “I just wish my husband could deal with this most painful and difficult time with people surrounding him who fully support and pray for Bobbi Kristina’s recovery and only her recovery.”

  • David Cassidy ‘Saddened’ By the Death of ‘Partridge Family’ Co-Star Suzanne Crough, Reaches Out To Her Family

David Cassidy reached out to the family of Suzanne Crough, who played his on-screen sister on the popular 70s series, The Partridge Family, following news of her death at the age of 52.

“I was saddened to hear of the passing of Suzanne. We didn’t know each other well as she was so young and shy during the Partridge Family years. I have always thought fondly of Suzanne and her family. My thoughts are with them at this time,” said David Cassidy on his website.

David Cassidy and The Partridge Family have found renewed interest over the past two days, but sadly it comes with the news of the death of Cassidy’s former costar and on-screen sister, Suzanne Crough, who died Monday at the age of 52.

Although no cause of death has been specified in news reports, Las Vegas police said Crough suffered “a medical episode,” and that the cause of her death was “not suspicious,” as reported by the Associated Press.

“I can’t tell you the number of sacrifices she made in order for me to get through law school and for our kids,” Crough’s husband, William Condray, told the Associated Press. “She was truly a devout mother.”

Suzanne Crough was featured in commercials and on The Partridge Family, which ran on ABC from September 1970 to March 1974.

“The show revolved around a widowed mother and her five children who formed a band. The series starred Shirley Jones, with her real-life stepson David Cassidy as the resident heartthrob,” said the Associated Press.

David Cassidy was a house-hold name in the ’70s and a pop singer with a huge fan base. In later years, the actor and singer has had a string of bad breaks and numerous DUI’s.

  • Katie Holmes: Jamie Fox Says Rumors Of A Relationship With the Actress Hurt His Real Relationship With Girlfriend

Katie Holmes was rumored to have been dating Jamie Foxx, and now Foxx is saying those rumors have hurt his real relationship with his actual girlfriend.

In an interview with Dish Nation Monday, Jamie Foxx said that rumors that fist linked the actors in 2013, as well as re-ignited rumors in March while they collaborated on an animated series, had a detrimental affect on his relationship with his girlfriend.

“No, we’re not dating,” Jamie Foxx reiterated once again and rumors that he is dating Katie Holmes. “I’m not the person who wants to be defined by anybody I date. So, even if I was dating someone, no one would know anyway. But it affects my situation because I got a girl who’s like, ‘Yo, who’s this [expletive]?’”

Jamie Foxx said he not only had to defend himself with the media over the Katie Holmes rumors, he had to deal with it at home.

“The second time [the rumors] happened … we get together to do an animation thing and then somebody flips a picture to make it seem like we’re holding hands. I said, ‘If it was a real relationship, why didn’t they just get that? Why didn’t they get us kissing?’”

While Jamie Foxx denies dating rumors, he’s not in the least timid about admitting that she is a good pal of his.

“She’s a good friend of mine… Katie Holmes and I had seen each other in the Hamptons, we did this charity thing and she comes on stage and dances with me, along with other people, and for some reason this story takes off…,” he said.

  • Howard Stern: Robert Downey Jr. Opens Up About Viral Interview Walkout With the Radio Host

Howard Stern asked Robert Downey Jr. about his much-publicized walk out from an interview with British journalist Krishnan Guru-Murthy during an appearance on his radio show Tuesday.

“I just wish I’d left sooner,” Downey Jr. told Howard Stern. “I’m one of those guys who I’m always assuming the social, kind of, decorum is in play. And that we’re promoting a superhero movie, a lot of kids are going to see it, and this has nothing to do with your creepy, dark agenda that I’m feeling all of a sudden, like, ashamed and obligated to accommodate your weirdo shit.”

Robert Downey Jr. told Howard Stern how he really feels about Guru-Murthy when he called him “a bottom-feeding muckraker.”

In the interview, Guru-Murthy asked Downey about some very personal issues, including his politics, his past drug addiction and his stint in jail. Robert Downey Jr. reiterated to Howard Stern that he was not down with that line of questioning.

However, Guru-Murthy said in a piece he wrote for the The Guardian about the interview that he pre-screened the questions with Downey Jr.’s publicist before the interview.

“We don’t do promotional interviews on Channel 4 News. We agree with PR people that as well as talking about a new movie for a while we want to ask wider ranging questions on relatively serious topics, and we don’t guarantee to run any answers in particular,” wrote Guru-Murthy. “When Robert Downey Jr.’s PR man rang up asking what we wanted to talk about, we said we had no particular agenda but would ask about the new Avengers superhero movie and his recovery from jail and drug abuse to Hollywood stardom.”

Robert Downey Jr. didn’t minx words when he shared his feelings about questions along the lines of Guru-Murthy’s to Howard Stern, although he didn’t mention him by name.

“The assumption is that there’s a button that because you’ve sat down there you’re going to be scrutinized like you’re a kiddie fiddler who’s running for mayor,” Downey said. “What I have to do in the future is have to give myself permission to say, ‘That is more than likely a syphilitic parasite, and I need to distance myself from this clown.’ Otherwise, I’m probably going to put hands on somebody, and then there’s a real story.”

  • Jennifer Lawrence Reportedly Turns Down a Date With Prince Charming, Or Harry As the Case May Be. Who Does That?

Jennifer Lawrence reportedly turned down a date with Britain’s Prince Harry.

While little girls the world over dream of Prince Charming, Jennifer Lawrence apparently doesn’t let the title “Prince” sway her.

According to Life & Style, Prince Harry was keen on “snagging a date” with Jennifer Lawrence but was left in the lurch when she politely declined his offer.

“[Harry] made his aide invite her out to dinner and coupled it with an invite for her to see Kensington Palace,” a source told the magazine.

That doesn’t mean Jennifer isn’t attracted to British men. Her relationship with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin is apparently going well.

The duo made some time to be together over a romantic meal recently in New York City.

“Jennifer arrived first and waited in her car for a bit, then went to the table and sat with her bodyguard until Chris arrived,” a source said. “They had a quick lunch: She ate a roast beef sandwich, and he had eggs Benedict. Their table faced the courtyard, and people ran outside to take pictures of them, but the bodyguard put a stop to that.”

The source said Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin later strolled through Strawberry Fields hand in hand.

“They were talking softly to each other throughout the meal. As they left, she changed shoes and her sweater, and she was overheard telling him she wanted to take a walk through Strawberry Fields, and they left holding hands.”
