  • Megan Fox Files For Divorce From Brian Austin Green

    Megan Fox has filed for divorce from Brian Austin Green days after announcing they were separating.

    With rumors swirling that the couple who met in 2004 and were married in 2010 had separated six months ago, People magazine is reporting that Fox listed June 15 as the date of their separation.

    In documents filed, Fox asks for joint physical and legal custody of their two sons and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the request to divorce.

    Megan Fox met her future husband on the set of the show Hope & Faith. After dating for some time, they became engaged in 2006 but called it off three years later.

    Green proposed once again in 2010 and they were hitched three weeks later.

    Son Noah Shannon, 2, was born two years after their nuptials and last year they welcomed Bodhi Ransom to the family.

    According to People, a breakdown in their relationship came as Fox wanted to be more career-focused, while Green wanted her at home with the boys.

    “She was overwhelmed with the children and her husband’s expectations, which got in the way of work responsibilities,” a source told the magazine. “They had many disagreements and arguments about her time at home, which led to problems.”

    It seems the divorce is a familiar tale in Tinseltown.

    “Megan and Brian’s split is a classic Hollywood story of two people in different stages of life and career,” a source close to Fox told People of the couple. “Megan is young and hot and sought after for work, and she is eager to move ahead in her career,” the source adds. “Brian wants more of her time than she can allow.”

Her date, husband Eric Johnson, looked handsome in a simple black T-shirt and jeans as they dined Sagebrush Cantina in Calabasas, California.

    Simpson has had her ups and downs in maintaining her ideal weight, but she has been very committed in recent months. In 2012, Simpson lost over 60 pounds following the birth of her son while on Weight Watchers and the results of her efforts are clearly evident.

    Jessica currently works out with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak. Before her July 2014 wedding to Johnson, the songstress went vegan for two weeks, a source previously told Us Weekly.

    Simpson’s former trainer Mike Alexander told Shape in 2009 that the actress watched her diet and hit the gym twice a day to get into shape for her role in the 2005 reboot.

    “I can’t promote squats and lunges and step-ups enough, because those are all exercises that you can do with your own body weight and you can do them anywhere with very little or no equipment,” said Alexander, adding that Simpson followed a slow-carb diet and ate only high-protein foods such as grilled chicken, fish, and green vegetables.

    Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson are parents to three-year-old Maxwell and Ace, who is two.

    Brittany Pilkington of Ohio has admitted to murdering her three small sons within a 13 month timespan, but why did she do it?

    As previously reported by WebProNews, emergency responders tried to save her three-month-old baby Noah on Tuesday, a few days after a court returned the child to her.

    In April, four-year-old Gavin died and three-month-old Niall died last summer.

    It was when paramedics questioned the coincidence that Brittany Pilkington made her confession.

    “She has confessed to placing a blanket over the faces of three of her children and holding them either face down or face up until they expired,” prosecutor William Goslee told reporters on Wednesday.

    “Everybody that is involved in this is truly emotionally distraught – including myself, quite honestly – and it isn’t because the system failed,” Goslee said. “It’s because this child is dead. This was not a foreseeable event.”

    Needless to say, it is still early in the investigation, but one emerging theory is that the 23-year-old mother feared her husband loved her sons more than he loved her and her daughter.

    Estranged from most of her family, Brittany Pilkington reportedly told authorities her best friend was her three-and-a-half-year-old daughter.

    “No one could predict the behavior of this mother, a 23-year-old mother who is apparently killing her children in order to preserve the smaller family with her and her daughter and the father of the children,” Goslee said.

    Goslee responded to questions about whether Noah and his sister should have been returned to Pilkington.

    “The court found there was insufficient evidence to justify keeping the children out of the home because there was no evidence of foul play at the time,” said Goslee. “You cannot predict behavior that is so erratic. Did the system fail? The system failed to see the unforeseeable. … It’s a damn shame.”

    “I don’t have a trainer, and I don’t really go to the gym. I go on long walks and hikes with my girlfriends,” Emily freely admitted. “That’s about it. I’m just not a crazy fitness person. I’m definitely an outlier in the industry.”

    The 24-year-old beauty rides the L.A. health craze when it comes to her diet, although she doesn’t seem to be a stickler about what goes into her slim figure.

    “For me, it’s about feeling good about what you eat. I do love turmeric and beet juices. It’s so L.A., you can’t avoid it.”

    When it comes to makeup, the actress said her regime is minimal.

    “I have really big features, so a little makeup goes a long way. I would hate to look like a clown. During the day, I use Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint. I’m using the dark color because I have a bit of a tan. I’m not sure it really covers much, but it evens me out.”

    Emily also says she is not really big on perfume.

    “I actually don’t wear fragrance,” said Ratajkowski. “I always feel like I smell cheap. I guess I just haven’t found one that’s not overpowering or too sweet. Even when I try one of the super masculine scents, I just think, ‘I don’t want to smell like a man.’ Besides, I like my own scent.”

    Despite her minimal beauty and fitness routine, there is one indulgence that Emily swears by — Korean Spas.

    “My big treat is that once a month I go to a Korean spa. The one I go to, called Natura, is not as popular as the ones most of Hollywood goes to. I usually go about 40 minutes before my appointment, and you can get into all these different pools. Then you get a body scrub, and you’re lying there naked with 20 other women. They just treat you like a piece of meat, but it’s worth it. Then you shower, and I like the acupressure massage. Those ladies are strong! They even put grated cucumber on your face.”

    Keeping it simple seems to work for the beautiful Emily Ratajkowski.

  • Jessica Alba to Launch New Line of Beauty Products

    Jessica Alba, actress and co-founder of The Honest Company, is expanding her brand to include a range of beauty products!

    The Honest Company was launched in 2011 and has quickly grown into a billion-dollar business, making co-founder Jessica Alba quite the entrepreneur.

    The company will expand with the launching of a line of beauty products, including skin care and color cosmetics, this fall.

    “The values we stand for — safe, effective products to lead a healthy life — translate into every vertical,” Alba told WWD. “Beauty was always part of the plan. It was just a matter of when, how and being able to execute it properly. I didn’t want to do this half-ass.”

    According to WWD, Honest Beauty will be a separate company from The Honest Company and will consist of an 83-piece collection, including 17 skincare products and a 66-piece makeup range.

    The skincare range in price from $8 to $40 and will include gel cleaners, moisturizers for individual skin types and an eye cream. The color cosmetics collection will include concealers and blushes, a dual-ended mascara with lash primer, chubby lip pencils and glosses, to name just a few of the products that are coming.

    “There’s no hero product; we tried to offer anything you could ever need,” said Jessica Alba, who ran into some problems recently with her sunscreen products. “If women like one product, they’re likely to try more. I will always try something that a girlfriend tells me she loves, way more than watching a commercial about it.”

    Jessica Alba’s range of products will be available on the website honestbeauty.com on Sept. 9.

  • Oscar Pistorius Will Not Be Released From Prison Just Yet

    Oscar Pistorius will not be released from prison on Friday as previously presumed, South Africa’s Department of Justice said.

    Pistorius’ case has been put on hold until it can be reviewed again by a parole board, reports CBS News.

    Mthunzi Mhaga, spokesman for the Justice Department, said a review of Pistorius’ case must be reviewed because the man accused of killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in 2013 was approved to be moved to house arrest too early.

    “It is apparent… that the decision to release him on 21 August 2015 was made prematurely on 5 June 2015 when the offender was not eligible to be considered at all,” Mhaga said in a statement.

    “The consequence of this decision is that the earlier decision of the Parole Board to place the offender under correctional supervision is suspended until the Parole Review Board has decided on the matter,” Mhaga said.

    Mhaga said Pistorius, the double-amputee Olympic runner, should have served 10 months of his sentence before being considered for release. In June, he was approved for release just eight months into his sentence.

    Pistorius was sentenced to five years after being convicted of manslaughter in the death of Steenkamp.

    The case is currently with the South African Supreme Court, where a panel of judges will review Pistorius’ trial and determine if Judge Thokozile Masipa made an error in acquitting him of murder in September of last year. If the panel finds Pistorius guilty on appeal, he faces a minimum sentence of 15 years in jail.

    Steenkamp’s family said in June when Oscar Pistorius’ impending release was announced that “incarceration of 10 months for taking a life is simply not enough.”

    Karina Smirnoff will return to Dancing With the Stars this fall.

    A source confirmed the news to Us Weekly, saying that the popular dancing pro will return for the upcoming 21st season. This is good news for fans who were disappointed to hear in February that the pro planned to leave the series after 16 seasons.

    “I was a little nervous about not dancing on the show at all last season. I was doing it for the last 10 years,” the dancer-turned-author told Entertainment Weekly of her upcoming return. “I had other things to do in my life, but not going back to the show felt like trying to see if I can walk on my own two feet! I’ve had obvious moments when I missed it.”

    In recent months, Smirnoff has been out promoting her book, We’re Just Not That Into You: Dating Disasters from the TrenchesTango Shalom.

    Apparently, she was missing the dancing and decided to come back to DWTS.

    Karina Smirnoff made her debut on the popular series in 2006 for Season 3, and has since competed with musicians, actors, and athletes such as Mario Lopez, Billy Ray Cyrus, Aaron Carter, Sean Avery, and many more.

    Smirnoff has only won the Mirrorball Trophy once with J.R. Martinez in Season 13, but has placed in second and third place several times over the years.

    “After a lot of thought and prayer, I’ve decided to focus my energies on some other exciting endeavors including adding author to my resume,” the star, 37, wrote in February when she revealed she was leaving.

    Glad to hear Karina Smirnoff is bringing her talent back to Dancing With the Stars.

  • Yvonne Craig, Best-Known as Batgirl in the 1960s ‘Batman’ Series, Has Died At 78

    Yvonne Craig, who played the sexy, crime-fighting Batgirl in the 1960s iconic television series Batman, has died at the age of 78.

    According to her family, Yvonne Craig died Monday at her Los Angeles home from complications from breast cancer.

    Craig began her career as the youngest ballet dancer of The Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo, with which she toured for three years.

    Venturing to Hollywood, she appeared in a 1958 episode of Perry Mason, followed by a role in the 1959 feature The Young Land.

    Craig became a familiar face to television, taking on a variety of television roles as well as co-starring in two 1960s Elvis Presley films, It Happened at the World’s Fair and Kissin’ Cousins.

    But it was Craig’s portrayal of Batgirl, and her alter ego Barbara Gordon, Commissioner Gordon’s daughter, that has defied time. What may come as a surprise to some old school Batman aficionados is that she only appeared in the 1967-68 season of the ABC hit.

    She also appeared in an episode of the original Star Trek series, in which she played the green Orion Slave Girl who wanted to kill Captain Kirk.

    Her many other TV appearances included Dobie Gillis, ’77 Sunset Strip, Dr. Kildare, The Man From U.N.C.L.E., Mod Squad, Love, American Style, Kojak and The Six Million Dollar Man.

    Yvonne Craig’s most recent gig was lending her voice to the role of Grandma in the recent Nickelodeon cartoon series Olivia.

    The Dancing With the Stars judge shared a photo on Instagram showing her in Laich’s arms, legs wrapped around his torso, waving her hand at the camera, apparently showing off her bling, which wasn’t easy to see.

    But, who cares about the bling when Hough and Laich’s joy is shared in such an adorable way.

    Julianne Hough is jumping with joy over her engagement to the NHL’s Brooks Laich.

    The “Dancing With the Stars” judge announced the news on Instagram Tuesday, posting a jubilant photo that features her in the arms of her new fiancé while admiring her new ring.

    “We are overwhelmed with joy and excitement to share with you our recent engagement! #fiancé #love,” the professional ballroom dancer wrote.

    The news comes just a few weeks after Julianne Hough posted another pic with her fiancé with the caption, “I want to grow old with you.”

    Hough famously dated Ryan Seacrest from 2010 to 2013. The two broke up reportedly because of their busy schedules. Julian said of her time with Seacrest, “Every relationship, there was nothing wrong or bad, but there was nothing right. I had one foot out because I didn’t want to get hurt.”

  • Britney Spears Gushes on Taylor Swift, No She Really Gushes

    Britney Spears seems to think very highly of pop star Taylor Swift. The singer, who once topped the charts much like Swift is doing today, gushed over Swift at the Teen Choice Awards over the weekend.

    “I love Taylor Swift,” the singer told E! News at the awards show. “I think she’s adorable. I love her music. Her music makes me so happy. She’s very level-headed. She’s a very, very smart girl, very wise.”

    Both Spears, best-known for her hits “…Baby One More Time” and “Oops I Did It Again,” and Swift were honored at the TCAs. Taylor took home four awards (including Female Choice Summer Music Star) and Spears was given the Candie’s Choice Style Icon award.

    Unfortunately for Britney Spears, Swift wasn’t in attendance at the Aug. 16 event as she’s currently on her 1989 World Tour. But Swift has a track record of bringing out a special guest (or three) in every city, so here’s hoping an onstage pop queen meet-up happens — by the sounds of it, Spears wouldn’t say no.

    Britney admitted that her sons aren’t quite as into Swift as their momma. Instead, they’re big EDM fans.

    “My kids are deejays,” Spears told E!. “They’re both in their rooms deejaying 24/7 and making up their own music.”

    Britney’s boys had quite the treat when Skrillex stopped by her Piece of Me show in Las Vegas on Aug. 9, calling it a “dream come true” for her boys and posting a photo to Instagram to mark the occasion.

  • Maisie Williams of ‘Game of Thrones’ Says First Onscreen Sex Scene Was ‘Extremely Awkward’

    Maisie Williams of Game of Thrones fame says filming her first-ever sex scene for the film, The Falling, was a little bit “awkward.”

    “It was extremely awkward!” Williams, 18, told Vulture magazine.

    OK, it was more than awkward.

    Maisie Williams plays Lydia in the indie film about students who attend an English all-girls school in the 1960s. Her sex scene was with costar Joe Cole who Maisie said “was very sensitive to the fact that I had never done a scene like this before, and it was great to work with someone who was so considerate of that.”

    To prepare for the scene, Williams said she and Cole just hung out together on and off the set.

    “We went out for a couple of lunches and stuff just to get to know each other, and we had days of rehearsal where we’d get to know our characters and spend a couple of hours with each other,” said Maisie.

    While Maisie Williams was able to hang out with Cole, she was told to keep her distance from Maxine Peake, who plays her estranged mother in the film.

    “Carol [Morley], our director, told Maxine not to communicate with me and to keep her distance, so she wouldn’t create a relationship with me — because within the story, our characters don’t have a relationship. But Carol hadn’t told me she was going to do this! So here I am, trying to make contact with Maxine every single day, trying to make it work, and her never giving anything back,” said Williams. “Throughout the shoot I was so miserable because I thought she hated me. I thought all the adults hated me, and I had no idea why. I was just trying to prove myself and be a good actress.”

    The Falling starring Maisie Williams is in theaters now.

  • Scarlett Johansson, As Black Widow, Battles Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye In ‘Captain America’ Sneak Peek

    Scarlett Johansson joined Captain America costars Jeremy Renner and Chris Evans for a surprise event at D23 in California over the weekend.

    During the event, Disney and Marvel announced several new projects and shared clips from next year’s Captain America: Civil War, including a kick-ass sequence of Scarlett Johansson, who portrays Black Widow, battling Hawkeye, played by Jeremy Renner.

    The clip has yet to be released but the footage shows an apparent fight between Black Widow and Hawkeye. The twosome are generally allies, so who knows why they are suddenly beating the crap out of each other.

    According to Forbes reporter Mark Hughes, the footage shared on Saturday offered fans a first glimpse of new villain Crossbones, as reported by The Inquisitr.

    “The footage begins with the Captain America, Falcon, and Black Widow in position for a battle, surveying a busy city street. Falcon deploys a flying drone that swoops down into traffic and up under a large vehicle. The truck’s occupants are Crossbones and his crew, and a large battle commences between these villains and Cap’s team. While Captain America fights Crossbones, Falcon and Black Widow take down the rest of the criminals.

    “We see lots of damage done to the surrounding street and buildings, and Cap’s shield ends up with a bomb attached to it, so he throws it just before the bomb explodes. Crossbones finally falls, defeated, and removes his mask. He mentions Bucky Barnes — aka the Winter Soldier, whom Cap has been trying to track down — and Captain America seems shocked.”

    Scarlett Johansson, who never really wanted to go the superhero route, has said that she loves playing Black Widow because the character is so complex.

    “I really enjoy playing this character. She was really the first female superhero, a reluctant one. She’s never really been able to forge close relationships with anybody. She’s a lone wolf,” Scarlett Johansson told Parade magazine.

    Captain America: Civil War is due in theaters May 6, 2016.

  • Eva Amurri, Susan Sarandon’s Daughter, Suffers Miscarriage

    Eva Amurri Martino, the daughter of actress Susan Sarandon, has suffered a miscarraige and shared the news with her fans on Saturday.

    The actress lost the baby nine weeks into her second pregnancy, and posted the sad news to her blog, telling readers she hoped her family’s heartbreaking news would serve as an example of allowing others to help soothe the pain of loss.

    “I am sharing in the hopes that we can be a light for people going through similar circumstances,” Eva Amurri wrote, “and to remind myself and others that there is no shame in voicing our heartbreaks and allowing others to comfort us.”

    The Undateable star shared the news of her pregnancy with her husband, 36 Hours host Kyle Martino, during their daughter Marlowe’s first birthday party on Aug. 9.

    Eva shared in her blog that just a few days after the announcement, the couple visited their doctor for a routine ultrasound and were devastated to learn the baby’s heart had stopped beating.

    Eva Amurri said she had been “feeling great” throughout the pregnancy and that she and Kyle were “scared and joyful at the same time” that Marlowe would become a big sister so soon.

    “Two babies under two! I was filled with nervous excitement,” Eva said. “So amazed that Marlowe would have a sibling so close in age. Kyle and I hoped it was another girl.”

    “To anybody enduring similar heartache, I will tell you what I’m feeling and processing as a result of this loss: A lot of confusion, some anger, deep sadness, and also an immense amount of gratitude,” she continued. “I have realized in the past forty-eight hours how incredibly grateful I am for the magic that I have in my life.”

    Eva Amurri Martino thanked her “amazingly supportive husband,” “loving families” and “wonderful friends” for their love and support during their difficult time. She added that having “a healthy and happy daughter” has helped ease the family’s pain

  • Gabrielle Union, Rob Lowe Lend Their Voices to ‘Lion King’ Spinoff

    Gabrielle Union and Rob Lowe are lending their voices for the upcoming Lion King spinoff.

    The Parks and Recreation alum and Being Mary Jane star signed on to voice Nala and Simba, respectively, in Disney Channel’s upcoming Lion King sequel TV movie and series, entitled The Lion Guard: Return of the Roar, it was announced Wednesday.

    Joining Gabrielle Union and Rob Lowe are James Earl Jones and Ernie Sabella will reprise their roles as Mufasa and Pumbaa from the classic 1994 animated Disney film. Max Charles of The Strain will voice Kion, the second-born cub of Simba and Nala.

    The Lion Guard follows Kion, who becomes the leader of the Lion Guard, a team of animals in charge of preserving the Pride Lands.

    Kion’s best friends include Bunga (Joshua Rush), a fearless honey badger; Ono (Atticus Shaffer of The Middle), an intellectual egret; Fuli (Diamond White), a confident cheetah and Beshte (Dusan Brown), a friendly and good-spirited hippo.

    The cast also includes Khary Payton (Teen Titans) will voice Rafiki and Kevin Schon will reprise his The Lion King role as Timon. Other voice cast members include Modern Family star Sarah Hyland and All My Children‘s Eden Riegel.

  • Britney Spears Returns To TV On ‘Jane The Virgin’

    Britney Spears will be returning to TV this fall.

    The pop star confirmed Tuesday that she will be guest-starring in the upcoming season of The CW’s Jane the Virgin.

    Spears announced her return to TV via Twitter on Tuesday.

    “See u at the Marbella Hotel soon, @hereisgina @jaimecamil! Guest starring on one of my favorite shows EVER @CWJaneTheVirgin #DreamComeTrue,” tweeted Spears, mentioning Jane the Virgin stars Gina Rodriguez and Jaime Camil.

    Golden Globe winner Rodriguez, 31, tweeted right back.

    Camil also Tweeted, calling Spears’ upcoming appearance “a great honor,” and Rodriguez’s on-screen leading man Justin Baldoni wrote on Twitter.

    Britney Spears, 33, is not new to making guest appearances on television. She appeared in How I Met your Mother in 2008 and Will & Grace in 2006. However, according to People magazine, her appearance in Jane the Virgin is extra special for the singer because the CW series is one of her favorite shows on television.

    “I get really into Jane the Virgin,” Spears told People. “It’s fun.”

    Showrunner Jennie Snyder Urman shared a bit about Spears’ plotline.

    “We’re really excited. We have a backstory, it turns out she is a real nemesis of Rogelio’s, but the sort of quality of their attraction is a little bit in dispute between what Rogelio thinks and what Britney thinks.”

    Snyder Urman added that approaching Britney with an offer to appear on the show was a no-brainer.

    “When we found out she was a fan, we said, ‘Would you please, please be on the show?’ Happily she said yes.”

  • Kirk Douglas Award For Excellence in Film to Go to Jane Fonda

    The Kirk Douglas Award For Excellence in Film is slated to go to Jane Fonda this year.

    The award is part of the Santa Barbara Film Festival and will be presented to Fonda at a black-tie gala dinner at Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara on Oct. 3.

    Jane Fonda is an obvious choice for the Kirk Douglas Award. She won two Best Actress Oscars for her work in Klute and Coming Home. Her current work includes Grace and Frankie on Netflix and the upcoming Fox Searchlight’s Youth, directed by Paolo Sorrentino.

    Since 2006, the Kirk Douglas Award has been handed to a lifelong contributor to cinema through their, whether it be in front or behind the camera. Past honorees include Jessica Lange, Forest Whitaker, Robert DeNiro, Michael Douglas, Harrison Ford, Quentin Tarantino, Ed Harris and John Travolta.

    “Jane Fonda obviously has the right genes. Her acting performances set a standard that’s hard to follow,” Kirk Douglas, the award’s original recipient said in a statement issued by the festival.

    The gala supports educational and community programs hosted by the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, which will take place from Feb. 3 through Feb. 13.

  • Lori Loughlin Hosts Birthday Bash For John Stamos With Other ‘Full House’ Costars

    Lori Loughlin threw her Full House costar and friend John Stamos an early birthday party at her home Sunday.

    The 51-year-old actress invited fellow Full House costars Bob Saget, Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin and Dave Coulier to help her celebrate their good friend’s 52nd birthday a little early.

    Saget shared a group photo from the party, writing, “Not quite the last supper.” Bure also posted pictures from the backyard gathering, thanking Loughlin for “an awesome Sunday with friends.”

    Lori Loughlin and John Stamos, whose birthday is actually on Aug. 19, played the onscreen couple Aunt Becky and Uncle Jesse on hit ABC sitcom Full House. The pair will reprise those characters on the much-anticipated Netflix revival Fuller House, which is scheduled to premiere in 2016.

    It’s still unclear whether Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, who played Michelle Tanner, will decide to join the new series, but fans are hoping they do make the decision to return.

    Fuller House will follow D.J. Tanner, now a widow struggling to raise her two kids while pregnant with her third, which promises to have a lot of the feel-good tight family plot lines to come.

    When Halle Berry lost her wedding ring while accepting the Silver Jaguar Award at the Acapulco International Film Festival in 2014, the rumor mill kicked up big time with reports that the Extant actress was divorcing husband Olivier Martinez.

    Those rumors are absolutely false, says Halle Berry.

    Berry still doesn’t know what happened to the ring, and the couple simply decided not to buy a new engagement ring after it either slipped off her finger or she accidentally left it somewhere. Her wedding band remains securely on her left hand and her marriage remains strong.

    Another Halle Berry strength is her rock hard body at the age of (almost) 48. The actress admits that it’s not always easy to stay healthy with two young children, Maceo, 22 months, and Lahlia, who is seven, and a successful career.

    “It is a whole lot of work. I mean, I’ve never worked so hard in my life. I was nursing, my baby was just three months old when we started, so I was doing drive-by nursings every two hours,” Berry told The Daily Mail.

    Halle maintains her enviable figure by following a sugar-free, low-carb diet and working out regularly.

    As a diabetic, Halle Berry is especially careful about monitoring her food intake.

    “Because I’m diabetic, I totally changed my diet and workout regimen a few years ago. I don’t eat fried foods or refined sugar — only natural sugar in fruit and vegetables. And I don’t eat carbs a lot,” she said.

    Halle also believes that avoiding sugar helps with staying young.

    “I avoid sugar and that helps with anti-aging. I use Xylitol as a sugar substitute and give it to my daughter. I strongly believe in talking about nutrition at an early age and setting a good example.”

    As for her workout routine, Halle Berry consults with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak and follows his 5-Factor Fitness program that emphasizes a combination of cardio with core work and strength training.

  • Judy Huth: Bill Cosby Ordered To Testify In Sexual Assault Lawsuit

    Judy Huth is one of dozens of women accusing Bill Cosby of sexually assault and has brought a lawsuit against the actor claiming he assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in the 1970s, when she was just 15 years old.

    On Wednesday, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge ordered Cosby, 78, to give a deposition on Oct. 9, and his accuser, Judy Huth, to give a deposition on Oct. 15.

    This decision could prove to be a turning point in whether the accusations are true. Most cases have passed the statutes of limitations for criminal cases, but this and future lawsuits might be the means to bring Cosby to justice, should the allegations be true.

    Huth, 56, claims in her civil suit that Cosby provided alcohol to the minor while she and a friend were at the mansion in 1974, and then sexually molested her by “taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.”

    Cosby denies that allegations and his attorneys say the suit is an attempt to extort the star.

    Judy Huth’s attorney says her client is happy with the ruling.

    “We are pleased that we will now be able to move ahead without further delay on Ms. Huth’s case,” Huth’s attorney, Gloria Allred, said in a statement.

    The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office could not bring criminal charges in December when Judy Huth made her allegations, saying the statute of limitations had long ago expired.

    Cosby has counter-sued Judy Huth, accusing her of extortion.

  • El Chapo: Feds Offer $5 Million Reward For Cartel Boss

    El Chapo made news last month for his spectacular escape from a high-security Mexican prison by making it through a mile-long tunnel to freedom.

    On Wednesday, federal authorities announced a $5 million reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, the notorious Sinaloa cartel boss.

    In connection with the award, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration set up a toll-free tip line for the public to report information that may help bring Guzman to justice.

    The tip line in the U.S. is 844-692-4101. Callers outside the U.S. should dial 001-844-692-4101. Tips can also be emailed to [email protected].

    A new wanted poster circulating names El Chapo as a top international fugitive.

    Guzman “has destroyed lives and communities throughout the United States and Mexico and his capture is a high priority for the DEA,” acting Commissioner Chuck Rosenberg said in a statement. “His escape poses a danger to the safety and security of both our countries.”

    El Chapo is facing federal charges in several courts in the United States.

    Last month’s prison break on July 11, in which Guzman escaped through an elaborate tunnel that had been dug under the shower stall in his cell at the Altiplano federal prison near Mexico City, was not the first for the wanted man. In 2001, El Chapo escaped, but was arrested in the Mexican seaside town of Mazatlan in February 2014, after more than a decade on the run.
